Had to pull off to the Side to wait for my fries, and when I got my fries the employee Diana literally handed me the fries and said "here". Horrible service, went in this morning they took 15 min to give me 2 sausage mcmuffins while i was waiting for my order I looked at all the workers and just let me say they are SO RUDE! First the women helping us was pretty rude, the counters were dirty, they messed up our order and when we asked for ketchup and salsa they didn't put a single one in. Wish they would make up their mind. Got told that they were only accepting orders through the kiosk. Place order for a drink and go up to pay only to have the two people in front of us order at the counter and then the person behind us was told to order at the kiosk. Make up your mind people. Order a large coffee around 9:30PM, highly disappointed seeing employee mix old coffee with coffee that was being brewed from under the machine. The manager was right next to the employee while doing so, you would think with what's going on with the COVID-19 they would be more cautious. 4 sausage egg McMuffins... that's all I asked of them. But it doesn't start there. Pulling up to the (double stal) drive thru, during mid morning, it took to long before I even got a greeting and even then I was told to wait a moment; a couple more minutes. As I'm finally placing my order that should be coming out to about $8 but instead is displayed as $16. I saw this and immediately (and politely) asked for a proper total. A couple screens later, the proper total was displayed and we moved on. Paid for my order as the attendant repeated my order back to me, four Sausage egg McMuffins. Got to the window for my food, pulled past the window before I decided to check the bag and noticed it was really heavy. Now, I know how heavy one sausage egg McMuffin is, I've held enough of them. I can imagine how heavy the bag would be, but this bag... like a brick. So open it up and what is it? Like 8 sandwiches, not even one sausage egg McMuffin... So I walk inside, there's a line to the counter, this location only takes orders through the kiosk... so as I'm waiting wait for some people to get the hint (patiently), mainly because ABSOLUTELY F*ing NO ONE was tending the counter (which is why only taking orders through the kiosk is a terrible idea). After about five to six minutes of waiting, I finally get to the counter and I tell the employee about the mix up. She takes the bag AND my receipt, goes to the side of the store, puts the bag I got down. I assume she's told the cooks to get on the order and I proceed to wait another (honestly here) 12 minutes... before the same employee who addressed my issue asks if I'm still waiting... "yes, I am" as I'm leaning, assuming an attitude. She asks for my receipt.. and I reply that she's already taken it. After going to the back, comes back and says that the receipt was thrown away and it was never remade. Another 4 or so minutes later I finally get my order. And that's it Just kidding. I get home to finally enjoy my glorious golden goodies, all psyched. Got a bowl packed, ready to enjoy my day off. I take my first bite and it's absolutely awful. The English muffins weren't crisp, the sandwich tasted unseasoned, just terribly bland. Like taking a bite out of cardboard. The egg was as thick as an entire sausage McMuffin. All in all, I'd recommend the extra miles to the next nearest McDonalds. The location needs a new manager, staff completely by the looks of the rest of these reviews. read more

Worst experience of my life!!! they told me to pull over to wait in the front for my soda and when I asked if they could just pour my soda in a cup and I would be gone Oscar the manager was very rude told me"to move out of the way" because his friend behind me was waiting for his food that was already done. all I had ordered was a soda. They have a poster in the window for 2 for $4 for mix and match bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits with sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin or bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. When you order, however, you are ONLY allowed sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. False advertising!!! Also (this is worse) when I asked for a cup for water I was refused WATER. I work around the corner. Between picking up breakfast/lunch for myself, grabbing some to go for my boyfriend & picking up large orders for the company, I have experienced highly inconvenient situations. Over charge, added items on bill, not enough food in bag, runny eggs in my breakfast sandwich, large fries with fries for a small, rude customer service.. this McDonalds is a mess. The last time that I had a problem was about 3 months ago and I did call to complain. I am still waiting for the complimentary meal card that was supposed to come in the mail. Since then I have went from a 5 day out of the week customer of multiple orders to a 0 day out of the week customer. I will not eat here, I will not pick up for anyone else here & I actively advise others not to eat here as well. read more

Horrible service! Employees are so rude! They get mad when you order a lot of items from the menu. They're machine for ice cream never works. They always mess up my order. Stopped going after the 4th time they either give you something different from what you ordered or they forget to give you an item you got charged for. The food is always over cooked. The lettuce is always old and brown. They slap a whole tub of mayo in the chicken sandwiches and the bread is always stale. The line is always backed up, you want Mc Donald's? Because of his allergies, he can't eat diary. I know, pretty sad for a two year -- who could never enjoy the taste of ice cream in his life. Both the worker and manager on duty said, they would need to charge full price regardless if I want the ice cream or not for the cone. I told them both, that I've been to over 20 McDonald's in the SOCAL area and they always charged me twenty five cents (usually the price of a sauce). In fact, the manager even ignored me at first (with her back against me). She knew I was asking her a question. Now you tell me, how can I walk back to my car with empty hands to my two year old boy? Exactly. It was hard. Truthfully, McDonald's needs to train their employees on better customer service and an ounce of compassion. Folks, there are a million fast food restaurants.
