I not only wait in a long line but when I am finally eager to order I'm told that ALL desserts are not being served due to low staff! I understand people may not want to work during these times but to completely stop serving an entire section (and my entire reason for showing up in the first place) due to low staff is just utterly ridiculous. Even more so, despite removing a section of their menu, they still have difficulty with fulfilling orders quickly. This clearly just shows lack of organization. Well.... every single time I've been to this location they have always got my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Food items are always missing in the bag and the drive-thru is SLOW! If they're gonna take a long time they might as well have my order correct!!! They seem to not know how to properly cook quarter pounders, because I can almost guarantee you that the meat in the middle is going to be pink. Don't even bother doing "special instructions" because they're not going to add/remove "extra bacon/ no cheese" for example (that you paid extra for). So many reasons why this place is no good... 1. Rude and inept staff. I have never ordered from this place without at least one item wrong or missing. However, when they get your order wrong, it's somehow your fault. More often than not it's the managers, not the underlings, that are rude. It's so frustrating! 2.This place smells awful! A cashier AND a manager providing a language barrier? How does this happen? 4. Crazy people abound at this location. Yeah, it's Perris, so you're bound to see a few mentally unstable people - but every time I go into this location there seems to be an unbalanced person inside. Ordered two double cheeseburgers and only got one. My mistake was waiting till I got home to check my order. This has been my go-to McDonalds for 7 years. Over the last couple of months, the quality and service has gone way down. Two out of three times, I have to go inside because my order is wrong. Not just a small mistake, but half the order. Last night we bought dinner for 5 people. Our bill came to $47.00. Everything was correct. However, half my daughter's fries were not cooked. My son-in-law had some raw fries. My mother's 1/4 pounder was raw. And I was up all night sick after eating a Big Mac. I will never go to this McDonald's again. Then the mobile order for pickup takes like 20 minutes! The drive thru is always stupid long and the place is gross. It took them 15 minutes just to get out my tea today! That's it! The food has gotten better, but the customer service is horrible. I went last night and we were told to please send our order through the kiosk. We're supposed to take a sensor with a number so that the associates can bring the food to your table but instead the manager on shift kept yelling out our number and when I told him that I thought they were supposed to deliver our order to us he looked at me and said "ok" and then just walked away from me.
