With fast food chains, you have to take reviews with a grain of salt if they're a few months old. I think that staff can be a revolving door so the experience can change drastically based on the current team. I have to say that I have had no issues with this location. As a matter of fact, I've received excellent service and found that the staff go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and accommodate you if they're sold out of something. Seems that the people working here are generally happy to be there and genuinely kind, which is always a plus! I'd like to note that I made orders at this location from evening to early night. I know that time can be a big factor with service and overall experience -cough cough WENDYS cough cough- but, everything has been consistent here! :) read more

Do not order curbside if you have anywhere to be. Multiple times when the drive-thru line did not have a long queue and the inside was not packed, I have waited over 10 minutes for curbside. I may have waited longer each time but went inside. I don't see the advantage of ordering ahead for curbside when service would have been quicker if I walked in and ordered on the spot. read more

The service just wasn't reasonable and on top on all that while ordering my food an employee was answering texts ignoring my order and made me repeat myself 3 times. There is a whole lot going on in this place today. For starters, I am still sitting here after 20 minutes of mobile order being placed and no one at the counter, there are three people arguing with one man's at the last 20 minutes about some thing on his iPad. No one is addressing any of the customers there are four customers standing waiting for their food for the last 20 minutes. Order was incorrect, and the best part of our experience today? There was a gentleman standing in the restaurant portion of the McDonald's. And he is belching and burping repeatedly. As I am typing this right now, he walked up just this minute and mopped my shoe and the bottom of my foot so I had to tell him to please stop!!!! Unreal!!!! Not only does it manage or from another location need to come in and do an intervention, I would say a whole new staff needs to be put in place here. Shocking. read more

I rarely post reviews for fast food chains but experience was horrid that I feel like others should know.  I ordered two coffees, a latte, and a hot chocolate on the kiosk. I wasn't sure whether they were taking in-person orders but the kiosk is right there as you walk in, so why not?  I'm about to pick up my order and the employee says that there do not have lattes nor hot chocolates.  I ask about mochas, cappuccinos (and other items on the hot McCafe menu) and they simply say that they only have coffees.  Why couldn't they mark this on the touch screen menu? Okay.  So we ask for a large coffee in lieu of the two non-coffee items but ask what about the $ we already paid for the latte and hot chocolates?  Little did I know this would cause so much distress. They said that they couldn't process refunds for things ordered through the kiosk.  Only when they brought out a manager did they say that I could just pick a replacement item off the menu, which is still really unacceptable given they didn't have any other hot beverages. What an experience.  I was hoping a non-contact kiosk order was safer and faster but boy was I wrong. read more

I ordered inside, 25 minutes later I got my order. My boyfriend asked for ketchup and told me the worker basically threw it at him and he had to pick each individual ketchup packet off the counter and put it into our bag. On top of that, a McDouble was forgotten in my order and when he went back up to ask for it, the worker was so rude. Every time I go to this McDonalds it is a horrible experience. One of the cars honked just to see what was going on and then finally a worker spoke in the intercom screaming "honking won't get you your food any faster". This McDonald's rarely gets the order correct. Today my husband ordered the big breakfast which is suppose to have eggs, but when he got home there are no eggs. Most of the time we check before we leave the window so if it is not right, they can correct the error. A few years ago I was so discussed with the consistent poor service that I called the corporation and complained to them. They informed the owner. This location has recently undergone renovation and it looks great. Unfortunately, the same unruly children are still working behind the counter. The girl says, "Can I help you?" I give my order, but she can't listen to it AND scream at her coworker at the same time. She finishes her shrieking and turns back to me and again asks, "Can I help you?" I give her my order a second time. Another young woman accidentally knocks a small, empty cup onto the floor, then picks it up and PUTS IT BACK for the next person who orders a small drink. Probably the worst fast food experience of my life. Got a rock hard double cheeseburger, raw fries, and a wet "chicken deluxe" that was far from deluxe. It was smothered in a sauce, had one shriveled up tomato the size of a quarter, and a pinch of lettuce that was not even on the sandwich. I ordered a filet o fish for the second time at this location(8500 Henry ave.) thinking it would be better this go around, but I was WRONG. The sandwich was below room temperature and the fries tasted like leftovers. The look I had on my face you would've thought I was having a stroke. I was extremely dissatisfied once AGAIN. Whenever we go in during the day the service is fast enough but night time they're understaffed and they act like they don't want to be there, which I don't blame them for. It's late, they're understaffed, and there is 10 cars in the line less than half an hour before close. I'm super patient but it's so sad watching these girls have to deal with this kind of workload on top of what they have to do to close up before leaving. read more
