Today was National Cheeseburger Day! While grateful to see an offer for a 50 cent double cheeseburger deal today, this location prepared the uber-thin smashburger version, burnt it, served without onions, on a stale bun, and loaded with mustard. It was not an isolated mistake because two burgers were replicated in two orders back to back. Unfortunate disappointment. Take note: Dunkin Donuts does not sell pint size overcooked donuts on free donut days. McD's please do not make deal days when you can not produce a consistent quality product. Or simply be transparent, tell the customer "we are sold out" and offer us our own choice of substitute. read more

The servers was excellent. We just order food just today and they just say the people were quick. It doesn't take 10 minutes or 20 minutes for food at least takes like five the food takes excellent. I will come here every day if I want to. although the place is messy, but that's fine. read more

Where to start. 1) worst food ever. Ordered 3 items all were actually horrid. Ice coffee with no ice and burnt coffee, sausage biscuits that were old and obviously microwaved till burning hot and unchewable, and a strawberry shortcake mcflurry that had no strawberry shortcake. So we were well down the highway before realizing what they did to us. 2) complained formally to McDonald's corporate...responded with blow off and deflection to franchise... never responded. 3) asked McDonald's corporate again for information... no reply. Excellent service and food. I went through the drive through at the peak hours of lunch time (about 1230) and although the drive through was busy the cars were moving FAST! They work very efficiently! They used both drive through speakers and both windows. The food was also hot and fresh. I recommend!! read more

manager, regional manager had a, " a really do not care attitude" i was served chicken and 1\4 pound sandwiches and large fries, they were all ""not good"" fries were very skinny and hard and warm at best additionally, the large was not, not large at all, it was half filled sleeve!! you should have it filled?? guess they really do not care at all!!!! 1/4 lb was not like it should be. the chicken sandwich was warm not hot and served with a shovel?? yes, i opened the little box container and looked like it was shoveled into the containee?? again, the manager (regional manager had a very bad attitude. a take it or leave it attitude. do not go to this place for food, if you want hot food dogo here!! mananger needs to go back to manager school, she does not know how to treat customers guests as they say in this new world we all are forced to live in. lots of other choices. stay away,, do not go to this place. if you do,, good luck you might be getting a meal bad meal. read more

Checked in on 11/3/2015. Location is excellent. Just off the highway, near a big mall. I'm sure it gets lot of highway traffic for those who want a quick stop. Tea, chocolate milk, coffee, fries - all good. Chicken nuggets - below average. In the end it's McDonald's but one of the cleaner ones. read more

The dump of the town. This place never gets an order right and never makes it right. Miss management is an understatement.

Very very slow curbside, is busy hours but execution of services must be a priority shouldn't wait 20 minutes for a curbside.

First time eating McDonald's in over 2 years just needed some calories but this McDonald's is not open 24hrs they close at 10:00PM. Waited in line for 20 minutes but their employees are practically brain dead so that was expected. No need to complain about the service what do you expect it's a McDonald's. One of the cleaner Macdonalds. Just off the highway so entry and exit is fast. Average place for a quick bite. Got their chicken nugget meal which comes with 10 piece nuggets, fries and a drink. On request they substituted hot tea for the drink. Chicken nuggets were average, fries seems soft and undercooked and tea was warm and ok. read more

Terrible experience on 5/3/22 with manager of all people. Waited almost 10 mins to place order at register only to be told "orders can be placed at touch screen kiosk". She refused my request to take my order at register and walked away repeating her kiosk mantra. Another customer observed her behavior and also walked out. read more

Just got food through the drive through. Asked at the speakers for no ice in my sodas, got to the window and the girl hands me sodas with ice. I say ver nicely they were supposed to be no ice. she says no problem, fills up 2 more with no ice hands them too me covered in soda like soaked and sticky and only 3/4 full. she shut the window and I waited for my food and I could see her laughing about it with her co workers. I pretty much love it! I really haven't eaten there in awhile but I did have some today and I got to say...I was pleasantly surprise with the food! It was delicious! I usually just get some chicken nuggets and a medium soda but today I tried something different. I tried a Big Mac and it was delightful! Now I am not a fan hamburgers but I'm gonna be honest it was amazing! If you enjoy hamburgers them I would a hundred percent recommend the Big Mac! I also got some French fries with my meal. It was a medium size and I would say they could definitely put more French fries in the container and I probably ask to get them fresh. I didn't and it was a mistake and I'm pretty sure even if you asked the still wouldn't make them fresh. Non the less my meal was amazing but always get more packets of what ever you put on your fries if your gonna get medium size fries. And if you don't put anything on your fries then your pretty much ! I went through the drive through and I can't honestly say what it looks like inside but the last time I was in there it was kinda dirty. i typically don't write reviews but this place has truly earned 1 star. i recently moved to the area & was excited to see such a big clean mcdonald's near me. i've given them 4 chances now and each time they truly disappoint.
