On a road trip and hubby the driver picks this place no vote. As many of you know this place was always a favorite but during Covid not so much. But my mind was quickly changed at this location since I didn't get a choice of where to eat I figured I would get the Double Filet of Fish Meal with a Coke. Hey on vacation live a little and throw calorie counting to the side. Not only was the service friendly but fast too! My filet of fish was perfect as was the fries albeit too many lol. Our family had banned this place because the order is ALWAYS wrong...freaking always!! Sunday, the kids wanted McDonalds, so I gave in and went back. The super complicated order of two breakfast sandwiches and pancakes was once again more than this crack staff could manage. This McDonald's seems to really struggle with special requests like "extra sugar in my iced coffee" after failing to add extra sugar I took my coffee a receipt inside to ask for another coffee. Instead I was handed a small cup of liquid sugar. Fun stuff. read more

Refused to refund the amount of the free food item in the app, even after being deducted from account. Employees including manager were not helpful and very unprofessional. I went through the drive-through and order my food they were rude as it was on the screen when I got my food I asked the gentleman if it was all there he said yes I said is there straws for the drinks he said no after a brief pause I said can I have a straw so then he just handed me one very rude about it I work right around the corner I got to work with mine and an associates breakfast come to find out they completely left my breakfast out of it. I've attempted to call the location multiple times there's no answer I've spoke to a couple people in regards to how that happened and everybody tells me this is the absolute worst McDonald's around for customer service I must agree out of the three or four times I've been there in the last year every time has been a problem I feel as this is the end for visiting this franchise!!!! read more

I downloaded Yelp JUST to leave this review. My boyfriend and I ordered like normal and when we got to the window an employee gives us the wrong sizes for the drinks so we ask her if she could change them and she gets super mad and refuses to change them saying that we didn't order large. Then we asked for sauce and water because Im on a road trip I need water and the manager randomly steps in and is like she's been very nice and lenient with you guys and DENIES us a cup of water. Mind you I lost my voice so I can't talk and my boyfriend the whole time only asked for the drinks and sauce so god knows why she got the manager involved and why they got hostile. 0/10 the employees and the management god awful. I don't care what type of day they've had that was awful behavior. Who denies someone a cup of water? read more

I received awful customer service from a woman whom identified herself as a manager over the phone, yet refused to disclose her name and even hung up On me, and then refused to answer preceding calls. I unfortunately chose this McDonald's to grab a quick breakfast for my family, and upon arriving home realized my 5 year olds breakfast was missing. I know notoriously they are known for missing items, and I should have checked before leaving the parking lot, however the whole ordering process had already taken entirely too long as their lobby is closed, and I had to wait in the parking lot for them to prepare my order and bring it out. I had melting ice coffees from Starbucks, and just needed the orders Home. when I called the store about the mishap, the "manager" was extremely hostile, and even faulted me for "not seeing the large obvious banners outside that explain the lobby is closed", she informed me she was unable to do anything for me if I was unable to return to the restaurant, which obviously wasn't an option at the moment with 2 hungry, aggravated children. I wasn't even offered a later time to come back, I was just hung up on when I asked for her name. I actually had to call a surrounding mcdonalds which provided me the number for corporate and even informed me that that particular McDonald's has had numerous complaints before. I can see why. Hopefully they are able to retrain staff to effectively deal with customers particularly when they are at fault and forget to supply customers with their complete order. I do not frequently eat McDonald's, and in the future I certainly wouldn't recommend this one. read more

Terrible service. Didn't give me any utensils, straws for drinks, or syrup with my meal. I go in to order something extra and waited 10 minutes while nobody took any orders. Never got it. Everyone waiting had something wrong with their orders had been waiting forever just to end up walking out without any help. Meanwhile the coworkers are arguing over who is more helpful while they could be doing something useful instead. They totally abandoned the customers inside coming into fix orders from the drive thru lane and simply did not care about their customers at all. Awful. read more

Service was fantastic and very quick. Quality of food was made very well besides my squished double cheese burger. The fountain drink area smelled like urine because of the stagnant water. It made us want to vomit, literally. Stopped here tonight at 930 pm. No one else at ordering and only a few people in lobby so not at all busy. Garbage cans outside and in lobby all over flowing. Trash all over lobby and bathroom floor. No door to the register, back counter area and looking back there was disgusting. Trash and food all over the floor. Ordered a McCafe which was free as it was the 6 th on my app and after her rung it up and it said free, he said he couldn't give it for free unless we bought something. Being we were just coming from dinner, we weren't hungry and with how dirty it was, I would not have eaten there anyway. When we argued that he had already redeemed muy free one from the app so needed to give it to us, he finally said he'd put in his managers code to override it. The service here was great, we were waited on by Sam , and we received accurate friendly service. We did not have to repeat our order , which was nice change from some places. We did notice the very younger staff , looked 16 were talking nonstop , making service for Sam harder, at which them they simply ran and collected our order and served it up with a smile. The manager was viewing the scene as I was and I wondered why something wasn't said to younger kids, thus putting more work on mature ones? The food was great but one hamburger from grill had toasted half off bun, cooked slid and served. It was a mid week afternoon and there were only five people in two lines. I think the place needs to train supervisors that it's more than scheduling to run a place. Pay the good workers more and Adults more than school kids. If you been loyal for over a year your experience is seen by customers like me.
