Went to get my Buy one blizzard and get the second for .99 deal running in August. Had trouble trying to redeem and the Manager said it was only a one time deal. Showed the app language that CLEARLY stated once per day, she she was rude and just walked away. When you run commercials on TV and the language is clearly written a Manager should know how to run their business and at least try and treat a customer right. Will never go back to this franchise. At least when I googled the promotion it said I was 100% correct and it can be used once per day. read more

This is a drive thru or order/pick up at the window DQ. The staff there is nice! We ordered a flurry and my husband had to have a box of Buster Bars lol. They offered to hold it inside in the freezer until we were ready to go (since we enjoyed our blizzard outside). This is really just a to go facility - only 2 picnic tables out front if you want to eat there. And, it's right off a very busy street so it's a little noisy. I was craving DQ chili dogs, so I made a visit to the store for two chili dogs with onions and a large hot fudge peanut butter malt. Went through the drive-through, got my order fairly quick and got on the road. About five minutes down the road, I reached into the bag to grab my straw, and there was no straw for my shake. So I turned around went back to get a straw because hard to drink a shake without a straw. Got it got back on the road only to find out that my malt was peanut butter only. When I got to where I was staying, I contacted DQ with my dissatisfaction. The franchise operator called me two days later and offered me a free meal for my inconvenience. There was nothing wrong with my meal except wrong flavor and no straw, but she insisted on providing the same meal for free. That is customer service. I used to consider DQ's chicken tender basket to be the best and usually very consistent at each location unfortunately my last visit will be my LAST! The chicken tenders were small and tasted like they were left over from lunch and just warmed up. The country gravy was like water! It was so thin that it didn't stick to my chicken tenders! This was my 2nd time here and both times my dipped ice cream wasn't dipped very well. I watched them dip the ice cream and they literally dipped it for less than half a second or make the dip thicker, not sure what's going on. I thought maybe my 2nd visit might be different but it wasn't. So I won't be returning. The whole purpose of ordering the dipped cones is to have the coating on the vanilla ice cream. I was so excited to get Dairy Queen because I haven't had it in years. I ordered a medium chocolate soft serve with rainbow sprinkles yesterday and it tasted off. I have been a customer of this location for 9+ years. Usually I would be the first to give a big thumbs up. We visit every Wed. evening. I always get a Lg chocolate cone. In the past several months I've been more unhappy than happy with the ice cream. And believe me I know how dairy queen's ice cream is supposed to be. First, it isn't as chocolate as normal. Second it's not been the usual creamy ice cream I love. If I had to describe it I would say it's more like cool whip. Fluffy not creamy. Went in today and asked for a meal, fudge stuffed cookie, and a hamburger. Asked for lettuce on one of the sandwiches, no lettuce. Asked for ketchup on the hamburger, no ketchup. In the 10+ years I've been going here I have never received anything less than a perfect order. The food I order is 100% perfect and fresh Every. Single. Time. I don't know how they do it. I've been to several other Dairy Queens around the state and none of them have the same level of quality. As of this writing they are one of the last great concession stand type businesses where you order from a window and eat outside. Maybe that's how they do it, keep it simple and focus on what matters, the quality of the food.
