Firstly, despite what yelp says this location closes at midnight on Fridays. Next if I would've known they close at midnight and not 1:00 I wouldn't have pulled up at 23:54, but I didn't know so that is just what I did. After waiting for a minute or so I starting saying hello trying to get their attention without any success. Then, promptly at midnight, they turned off the power to their drive through menu making it obvious (even to me) that they were closed. Perhaps instead of ignoring a car in the drive through you could just come on and say you're already closed......that I would get. I go to this McDonald's fairly frequently for breakfast. They have the kiosks so I order my own food... rarely have had a problem with my food. However if you come here late (after 7) it's some of the worst slowest service I've ever seen. Like 15 minutes with 1 other customer for a single burger and fry. My current complaint is they are doing construction I side the building during peak hours. Like literally hammering, sawing, cutting tile. Workers are all wearing masks and ear protection while customers are forced to try and hold their ears and not get tile bits all over their food. Really what company does this? Look, this is Yelp. And I always feel just a LEEETLE bit weird writing reviews for chain restaurants. Basically, the food and decor, dictated by far off suits, tends to all be the same give or take. That said, I'm making an exception for this one. Wife N. and Daughter N. were scheduled to land at the airport at 11:45pm on this cold Monday night. They had been on a 7-hour flight, and I KNOW they probably hadn't eaten for at least 8 hours, if not more. At that time of night, there aren't a grand variety of open places to grab some to-go food. Pretty much, you're left with all the major-brand midnight fast food joints. So tacos (Taco Bell), greasy fried sandwiches (Jack), or McDonalds. Coasted into the drive through at 11:30pm. A friendly voice took my order: 4 Egg McMuffins and 4 Sausage McMuffin with Egg's. Hey, it's ALMOST morning, why not breakfast? As I pulled to the window and paid, an apologetic early-twenty-something notified me that at this time of night it would be a few minutes, because they have to make everything fresh. Umm...yeah, I'll take the fresh food please! 4 minutes later, a bag containing eight freshly made breakfast sandwiches made its way through the window. Service was friendly (I can't imagine anyone really WANTS to be working at a McD's at midnight, but the several folks I interacted with seemed perfectly happy and eager to assist) and the McFood was the freshest I've ever had. The cheese was so hot it was still all melty-flowing, just the way I like it. Honestly, I had zero customer-service issues, and was served with a smile. I didn't mind the 5 minute wait at all. And Wife and Daughter---they were REALLY happy I met them in bag claim with a big ol' bag of McD's! Happy wife, Happy life. read more

I ordered a SUGAR FREE vanilla iced coffee, and a McGriddle, I pull up to pay the lady reads me my order and it's correct. I get to the second window, they give me my iced coffee. I asked where my McGriddle was and the guy goes you can't order here you have to go around.... So at this point I'm almost late to work so I say let me just go and be happy with my coffee. I take a sip of coffee and all I can taste is sweetness.. of course, the incorrect coffee. So at this point I decide I am going to be late to work cause not only did I not get my full order, but the order I did get was WRONG: like how can't Ya'll get it together on something so simple.
