But I have worked in the hospitality industry for a great deal of time now and I truly do understand the ups and downs that come with working a job where you must handle people, but this is completely unacceptable on so many levels. When I went in to order, I noticed workers in the kitchen sitting around on their phones, and the young lady at the counter kept pushing for an upcharge. Once is enough, but asking me, "Are you sure about that?" is downright rude. The food itself wasn't bad I ordered from the KFC side but the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The yelling and cursing coming from the kitchen were shocking, and one girl was practically screaming customer names as she handed out orders. This place has a reputation around town for needing better management, and I see why. To the staff working that day: you're being paid to work, not to play on your phones or throw tantrums in the kitchen. If you hate your job so much, go find another one instead of ruining someone else's day with your lazy, careless, and downright disrespectful behavior. Clearly, no one in charge cares, and it's obvious that several people on that shift shouldn't even have jobs..
