Not Truly Military Friendly- I was extremely disappointed to learn that this Chick-fil-A location only offers a military discount to current active-duty service members and does not extend the same respect to retired veterans who have already completed their service. What makes this even more frustrating is that there are no military bases anywhere near this area, so realistically there are very few--if any--active-duty service members coming through. In other words, it feels like a policy that allows them to say they support the military without actually honoring the people who live in this community and have already served their country. Many businesses proudly support all who have served, including retired military members and veterans who dedicated years--sometimes decades--of their lives to this country. Limiting the discount only to active duty sends the message that once your service is finished, your sacrifice no longer counts. Our veterans carried the weight long before the current generation put on the uniform. A truly military-friendly business recognizes active duty, veterans, and retirees alike. It's disappointing to see a company with such a strong reputation in the community fall short in honoring those who served. Hopefully the "Rockwall" Chick-fil-A's will reconsider this policy and extend appreciation to all military members past and present. read more

Rockwall Ridge Road location during breakfast hours between 8 :30 AM & 9:30 AM ( most recent visit June 24th at 8:15 AM) repeated customer service issue with drive thru. The attendant who hands you your food is so rude everytime she hands you your food. She literally said " Here you go" while looking away. My order was wrong however, the trainer Rachel typed my order in correct ( Rachel is always pleasant as most team members give excellent service). Ihave contacted the Manager Chelsea several times about the attendant she has very long eye lashes ( you will know how this way)about the poor customer service from this one emoyee. Management offers a free breakfast sandwich at next visit which I calmly decline due to me notwanting free food, but do need the customer service increasedby her emoyee. I have been going here since it opened mondays. I went this morning ordered my usual #6 with chicken instead of bacon. The director waited on us. First he said so you want a #7 with a muffin. No we want a #6. Then he punch numerous buttons and said ,So you want a #1. no a. #6. Then he said its the same y. No it has egg and cheese. I said you need to get hhelp because we always get this. He said I'm the director. I said that lady over there always ta my order when we order. The customer service at this location is awful. We had been waiting for our food at our table and somehow they had just forgotten or missed our order? We had to go back to the register and show them the receipt to get them to make the order. Several items in the order weren't correct either and they did not seem to care at all. I can't seem to get fresh (hot) fries and the management seems incapable of improving the customer service. If you like your Chick-fil-A sandwich with a side of rude customer service than this is the place for you. I'm here at least 4 times a week and the morning crew needs an overhaul. Mobile orders just sit there behind the counter complete but with employees that refuse to acknowledge customers. So you end up with cold food and a rude employee mumbling something to you under her mask when you finally do get your breakfast or lunch. Ordered delivery off my mobile app, this morning. My $6.50 breakfast was not correct. The exterior label was, but the sandwich didn't match that. I called the store, the lady I spoke with blamed Doordash, and I said no this is a store issue, how was the driver to know the sandwich in the sealed bag was not correct. I asked to refund the item as it was ordered on the app, I was told all she could do was offer a replacement if I would come in. I ordered delivery for a reason, so as to not have to pack up a child connected to oxygen... No help, no resolution. Really disappointing, we go to Chick-fil-A a lot. This is one of the worst Chic-Fil-A's I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed by the fungus stench coming from the drive thru. Approaching the front counter, all I could focus my eyes on were the fruit flies flying around the food and beverage stations. The customer service wasn't the best experience, but I will mention that they were extremely busy and seemingly short staffed, and the staff they did have seemed overwhelmed and confused. I placed a mobile order, by the time I received my food my drinks were watered down and chicken all dried up in the bag. It was disgusting and almost inedible. For someone who goes to Chic-Fil-A often, this was unacceptable and VILE. I wouldn't step foot near this establishment even if it wasn't half busy!!! read more

Honestly one of the WORST chickfilas I've been to. First off , while I was getting my order taken I seen a BIG ROACH crawling across the counter . I grew up in the hood so I know FOR SURE what a roach looks like . I seen lots of other reviews mentioning the roaches so I wouldn't be surprised if the place was INFESTED . The level of customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. In the mitts of a pandemic these employees have a smile on their face and are always eager to help you. I work and live in different counties in Texas and I can tell you this is by far one of the best locations I've ever been to. I can get in and out of their drive-through line within 15 minutes even in the middle of a lunch rush. I also noticed how they have drinks out there to keep the staff cool they have tents for the staff to sand under and I noticed one guy was sweating and the manager came out and told him to come inside and cool off. They have really fell off I don't know if it's just this particular area the city because they are so busy in there so overwhelmed I have went there several different Saturdays first thing in the morning I'm the only one in line they make me wait and then the line gets backed up and everyone behind me gets annoyed and then long behold the order as well 4 times straight wrong order not one small thing being wrong the whole entire order being wrong one time I went there and I got no chicken on any of my sandwiches and they sell chicken and then another time when I ordered just two small items they tried giving me six bags of food...what a joke read more
