Horrible, I went parked outside and started to head in when I tried to open the door but it was locked. Another customer had to open the door for me. I got in and immediately they started to give me bad looks to the point where one of the employees tells me the lobby is closed (during the middle of the afternoon), ok it isn't a big deal I go into the parking lot place a mobile order and head to the drive thru, it takes them 6 mins for them to even acknowledge that I was there, and even then they told me to wait because they were short-staffed, I get it I also work at a different fast food restaurant. Once I am able to tell them my mobile order code they tell me to pull to the first window, but NO ONE is there I pull to the second window and I see some guy on his phone, completely unbelievable. They still had the audacity to ask me to pull forward which I was awarded with cold food and missing 3 sandwiches. 3!!! read more

This place honest is horrible service. The manager is very rude to begin with. Next the blonde that works there is incredibly toffee as well. Nobody says hello. This morning I went by and the manager mumbled her words. I've worked at mcdonslds for almost 3 years now. Snd i have never seen this bad of customer sercice. Their rude inside too. She doesnt even wait for the people to get there food. She just calls our the number and goes on with her business. That is NOT how a manager should work. At all. The manager should be nice. I thought when they tore the other one down and built this McDonald's things would change. I normally don't do reviews but corporate needs to come and check this place out. Yesterday at lunch it took me 15 minutes to get through the Drive-Thru and I was third in line. The employee at the window said they have 5 people working. At lunch? This is not the first time. This McDonald's was never a quick stop in the morning to grab a coffee and hash brown-always took nearly 10 minutes. I saw that it reopened and it's lunch time so I thought 'let's grab a quick bite!' Again, nothing 'quick' about it. I waited on the drive thru line for 9 minutes to place my order (I was blocked in so had to stick it out) and an additional 6 minutes to pay and pick up the order. read more

Very poor service. I realize it's just fast food so you can't expect much. They forgot about me in the drive thru for 10 min until I decided to just pull around then they had to refund my milkshake because the ice machine froze. I went this morning just to buy a case of coffee before going to football practice , and the young lady at the ordering station just said "we don't have enough people to do orders rn it's only myself " I was like wow it's 10am and it's only you working . Three strikes and I'm done. Visited this new location three different times since reopening. First two times ordered ice cream to be told ice cream machine isn't working. I am writing this review to let everyone know that because it's a chain, it doesn't mean the restaurants are all the same. I was taking my family to the N.C. state fair and stopped off at the mcds at 401 & ten-ten rd. I went through the drive through around 5pm when I was greeted at the window by a young girl with a tremendous attitude, we waited a long time and then we get 2 med drinks. when I said I think you might have the wrong order the attitude got worse (we only ordered 1 and 2 small) we finally get our food and we are missing items I go into to see the and see manager and 3-4 kids working hard. I ask manager for a business card and the missing items, she says I don't have a business card but my GM is sitting right there. I walk up to her sitting in a booth with friends to tell her about her service and she says sorry and turns around and keeps talking. So just when you think this is the end I bite into my NEW MORE DELICIOUS QUATER POUNDER and it tastes like cardboard with pepper on it and threw it out.BEWARE BTW Wendy's is across the street far better choice read more

Thumbs up to whoever trained Emanuel, not only to that person but also to his parents for teaching him such amazing manners. Thumbs up to him for making my experience thru the dive-thru a really good one. He was so polite, so enthusiastic and once again I was really impress with his manners and costumers service. That is really hard to find at a drive thru. Sometimes we are judgy with young people but it is very nice to see such predisposition to work, even if it is at a McDonalds. And to make it clear I don't even know this kid, but I am so extremely happy I though I had to let people know. Thanks Emanuel! read more

Past reviews said that this location was slow.. They were spot on. At 7:00am, there were TWO employees working both drive thru and indoor. I was second in line to wait 10 minutes for service. I received my coffee promptly though if was half full, and my mcgriddle took another 8-10 minutes. If you're in a rush for time, I would recommend Sheetz across the street. read more

I cannot complain about this staff enough. I have been visiting this mcdonalds very frequently in the past 2 months due to a recent move. And never have I been greeted kindly, or even smiled at. But today was worse. As I pulled through the drive through, I waited at the speaker. And then I waited some more. Finally some girl laughs and said "oh, can I help you?" And so I order my food and get to the pay window and the girl is texting on her phone. Not secretly but texting as she swipes my card, and she takes the next order, and hands me back my card. Never once making eye contact with me. So I pull to the next window, and that girl was also rude, but I've come to expect that. But I thought there was supposed to be a cell phone policy at work?
