Worst experience ever! I was the only one in the store. Placed my order on the order kiosk and received my order 10 min later. No biggie.. I overheard an employee say "Ha! We have no pies" so that got my attention because I ordered a pie.. so I get my order and she told me she refused to give me the sauces I ordered because I only had 10 nuggets.. also had two burgers that I wanted sauces for but ok. So I ask for a few more for my burger she laughed and said um sure. Then I said and my pie? Is it in here? She said oh yeah we are out. Soooo if I didn't overhear you say you didn't have pies I would've lost out on my money right? Terrible attitude. She had curly red hair I believe.. older lady. This is by far the worst MCdonalds I've ever been to. The customer service was horrible. The line took atleast 30 minutes for the drive thru and there was barely any cars in it. The workers walked away from the window when we were supposed to get a refund. They don't know what they're doing and they're rude. They didn't even know how to give a refund. This is seriously the worst McDonalds on the planet!!!! The manager is terrible. Three times in a row I have had problems. I ordered food for my grandchildren and waited patiently for 40 minutes. I asked about the food after 25 minutes. I explained my husband had a Dr appt at 2. They took my receipt and I thought they were making the food. After 15 more minutes, still no food. I said I want my money back. Then they took their sweet time, the manager took her sweet time. My husband missed his appt. I did not get the money back because I could not wait any longer, my husband was waiting in the car with the starving children. So he went in and demanded the money. He got ignored. A random employee then just handed him somebody else's food. So he just left with some poor person's order. Last week they completely messed up my order as well after waiting forever. Worst McDonald's location I have ever been too. I usually go about everyday to the McDonald's on baseline and carnelian or both locations in upland. However, this McDonald's on haven is the closest to my job. I go every now and then but mainly stick to my morning coffee I'd get at the other locations. Today I was in a rush and decided to skip it until my break time at 8 and gave in and drive to this location for the $1 hash brown deal and I unlocked my rewards for a large caramel frappe. An older lady comes out to me and tells me that they don't have frappe so what else what I would like...however the other coffees don't cost as much as the frappe so I wanted a refund because I didn't want to waste my points for what I didn't want. She told me she has no idea how the refund online works (I did mobile order through app) and I was like okay fine can you replace it with a caramel iced latte with my customizations. Comes out with medium coffee and no customizations?? Already supposed to have finished my break I leave and call the store and Sarah the store manager said I could go back to replace it but why would I have to keep wasting time when morning coffee is supposed to be convenient ?? Now I wasted points and not satisfied with my coffee. Haven McDonald's do better! :( will never come back to this location. read more

Went through the drive thru and got 2 sweet teas and thank god I tasted it cause it wasn't even sweet. Tasted like what toilet water would taste like. So went back to the drive thru and asked to replace them with hi-c and wtf. That tasted like it was out of syrup too! My coworker and I went to this McDonald's around 2:30am because we work graveyard shift. This review is not so much about the food but about the experience at this particular location. We waited at the drive-thru a good 15 minutes at least because it was a Saturday/Sunday night after the bars close. Anyway, despite the delay and some issue with a card only payment the staff there was the best. Super friendly guy at the first window and the second window at food pick up the girl was also super nice. The food was good and we didn't mind the wait with such great customer service. The last 2 weeks I've come to this location almost every day after work in hopes of getting food. Every single time the drive thru is either closed or they say that they're only accepting cash, one of those times they only told me that and not the person in front of me so I came back around and they magically were accepting card. lived in rancho for over 23 years up the street from this mcdonalds (everyone else get out it's too crowded now) and have NEVER had any issues with this place. my most recent visit was yesterday and MAN has the quality gotten better. my burger was perfectly made, i almost went back for another. the bun was soft, patty seasoned well, condiments topped it off. chicken nuggets were also crispy on the outside and tasted as fresh as i've ever had them. drive through was also very quick and workers were nice read more

Amazed at the great staff this morning. They welcomed me when I walked through the door. Helped me with my online order that I had placed 10 minutes before end of breakfast. When I arrived the system would not allow me to say I was there because some of the orders in my cart were no longer available (breakfast was over 10:30 am) and it was 10:32 am. The young lady went straight to her lead and they made my breakfast anyway. I explained that I placed it but they know they track where you are so it won't let you say you are there if you are not in the parking lot (worst part of the app for me). **It should let you say you are there like their competitors so your food is actually ready when you arrive. **Needless to say, I was very surprised at the staff and how they went above and beyond to make my order right regardless. I am still in disbelief because previous visits the team here was argumentative and unwilling to fix the problem. I hope this is a turning point for this McDonald's. These front counter staff/cashier deserve recognition!!! Seriously I did not mind waiting at all since they were extremely understanding. Attempted to order the J Balvin meal and was immediately told I must order through the app. Already knowing this from the Dame Drops review when he ordered and had to enlighten the Mc'D's employee the order was already placed in the pocket up screen to the location. I was then told they could not complete my order and they do not have that option here at the Haven McDonald's Rancho Cucamonga location after I was initially told to order through the app. Not totally disappointed as I haven't ordered McDonald's in over ten years just thought to see why the hype was about. I understand it's a busy shopping center but the wait time was ridiculous. We waited 30 minutes to order our food. When we got to the window to pick up our food they still wanted us to wait ANOTHER 13 minutes to get our apple pie. We opted out and asked for a refund. Brought five people here today to eat. We waited over 25 minutes for our food, they took our order down off of the screen and kept telling us it would be ready shortly. Once we received our order there was only one meal out of five that had been made the way that we requested. I had picky children with me but they like McDonald's so we went to McDonald's to feed everybody and I ended up paying $45 for food that nobody wanted to eat because it wasn't made properly. Everybody's french fries were very cold and when I got the drinks they were spilling soda onto my hand and on to the outside of the cup which was not super fun with four children who have been waiting 25 minutes for their food. The tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. My meal was the only one that was made properly though it was sloppily thrown in the Box I wish everybody else's meals would have been made properly because you always want the children to be the one who eat their food. After waiting all this time along with several other agitated patrons we did not have time to ask them to remake everybody's food so the children ended up mostly taking one bite of their burgers and we had to throw them away and leave because we were out of time. Our receipt was accurate, there were receipts on the food boxes that were accurate but everything was made wring. Kids didn't want onions, sauce, stuff like that. Last time I went to this location I also had a bad experience. Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty, soda spilled everywhere, lobby full of annoyed people. Normally it's kind of hit and miss BUT today I got great customer service from the person who took my order. I asked if the chicken biscuits were still 2 for $3.50 and they said yes but when I was given my total it came out to more. they said they would give me the $3.50 price. I appreciate that. Also apologized for giving the wrong price. When I got to the window, I was given another apology. I said no worries and that I appreciate being given the price that was given. We ordered 3 sausage egg and bacon mcgriddles and they didn't add sausage to it. We came back to ask for new ones since our orders were messed up and they gave us bacon instead of sausage.. so we asked again and the middle aged white woman with the ugly attitude was just taking the bacon off of the mcgriddles putting her hands all over our food. The place was clean. We ordered Fish Sandwich and French Frires for takeout. Their food is like other McDonald's places and it's average. The price is affordable. If you're here for breakfast before 11:00am, make sure you're here 30 minutes before. They will not take your order at 11:00 am or a minute after. The management should come out to the line to let people know so they have a choice to wait or not wait. This used to be my favorite place but I guess I'll go to the one at Victoria gardens instead.
