Placed an online order at 3pm on a Thursday. Arrived at the restaurant at 4pm and they were closed!! Lights out, door locked.

Pathetic is the only word to describe this location. Not only when you ask for extra veggies do they give the smallest amount possible, they fraudulently add a tip to your bill even though you never agreed to tip. When you ask for refund on your tip the cashier states the manager isn't available when the manager: owner is never available. Also they can't even make a sandwich correctly, purposely forgetting to put items you requested on it. Not to mention when we attempted to have the incorrect sandwich corrected, the cashier takes the sandwich I had held and placed it back on the line where new sandwiches were. Talk about gross. I return this sandwich, the employee it only took the sandwich from my hands and placed it back on the line with other sandwich to add minimal toppings. That is sooo gross and against the health department. Once a food item is handed to a customer they're not supposed to take it back. I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was good. My son ordered the roast beef and it was weird that the bread looked like blood oozed into it. Makes us question the freshness of the meat. There doesn't seem to be a lot of foot traffic at this location, and after reading others reviews, maybe I should be concern as to why it's usually empty. Was there and watch as employee Bree take a big order in front of me. Despite the customer being somewhat confused as to what they wanted on their sandwiches, she was very friendly and courteous. When it came to my turn to order, she maintained that same friendliness and was very helpful with my order. It stop there, after I paid she thanked me and directed me where I could get more napkins. This is the BEST Subway Restaurant that we've ever been to. I asked for a lot of extra veggies and they didn't disappoint. I've used different Subway branches and I always order 2 different footlong sandwiches online and I ask them to cut it in half and to wrap into four 6-inch sandwiches. 99% of the time they don't read or follow my requests so when I pick it up I usually have to tell them to wrap it individually which causes more of a delay. It's 9:08 am and I'm standing outside of the Subway on Milliken & Kenyon Way. They have a posted sign in the window that states that they open at 9 am. The door is locked and I'm watching the worker walk around inside and watching me knock on the door. She finally opens the door without a word of apology for opening late. I told her that I'm shocked that a Subway would have such flexible hours. She said that the owner knows that they sometimes have to open late and that it's cool with them because it's not a franchise and that he actually owns the store.
