The hunger was starting to set in and Firehouse Subs was right next door and they said we could eat our food while we waited. My oldest daughter took our orders and walked over to get our sandwiches. Absolutely disgusted I'm vegan and walked in for a vegetarian sandwich. I ordered no cheese no mayonnaise what I didn't think I would have to say is no meat. Yes they put roast beef on my freaking vegetarian sandwich. I tried to call twice just now to speak to a manager and got disconnected both times SMH. This is completely awful. There's no way this could be a mistake. The receipt clearly says what I ordered. And the meat is blatantly on top and under the vegetables not just a little piece possibly cross contaminated but meat added to a vegetarian / vegan sandwich SMH. After being exhausted from a long day, I do not feel like driving all the way back to the store and waiting another 10 to 15 minutes for them to fix this. Do not trust this location and if you choose to make sure you look through your food, especially if you have any dietary concerns/preferences. They told me last week when I was there that they were not gonna be serving the Swiss cheese anymore. They just wanted to let me know because I always order Swiss cheese on my sandwich. This place is a rip off. I used to go here quite often years ago and the one thing I liked about it was the sandwiches were loaded with meat and vegetables and were delicious. I stopped the other day because I was hungry. I ordered a large Smokehouse sandwich (beef and cheddar). And made it a combo with chips and a drink. Not only did they forget to give me my drink, when I got home and opened the sandwich, at least two inches of bread on each side had no meat and they only had a tiny bit of meat in the middle. The amount of meat on the sandwich would be appropriate for a small, this should have been loaded with meat and cheese. I won't be going back here, complete rip off. I cannot believe I ended up paying well over $20 for this combo that was more like an appetizer than a meal. I had an incident that occurred at the Firehouse Subs located at 11995 Foothill Blvd. Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. On Saturday, March 1, I had alot to cook for a family gathering the next day so I wanted something close, fast and good to eat before getting started. With many choices to choose from I decided on Firehouse Subs. I love their subs and they are close by. I purchased a medium pastrami on white and paid with my debit card. My first mistake is telling them I didn't need a receipt. They fixed my sandwich and I went home to eat it. As I got to the last few bites of the first half, something is pulling in my mouth. I open the sandwich and there is thr longest brown hair embedded in the sandwich. I'm totally disgusted and spit out the remainder of the sandwich that is in my mouth. It's late and I don't feel like driving back to the restaurant. I decide to go thru the corporate because there's nothing these young kids and the restaurant can do for me at this point. They would justtwll me they can make me another sandwich and i don't want another hair sandwich, I want my money back. I went online and there is a virtual chat with a nonhuman. I say that I want my money back, I don't want a new sandwich. I give them my clothing description, the time I went into the restaurant and my orde so they could look back thru the videos. The chatbot asked for my name and mailing address. As of today, a month later, and I have not received a check for my 1 medium pastrami sandwich. I have not received any correspondence from the company. And I know it was NOT my hair in the sandwich because my hair is braided. The lady who made my sandwich had long dark hair. I think these restaurants need to make employees who work with food wear hair nets and change shirts. If someone combs their hair and the hair sheds and is now their shirt when they go into work, that hair will eventually fall off in the food. I will find another sandwich shop to go to. read more

My favorite sub/deli establishment to go to in the IE! They always make my sandwich exactly the way I order it, and they never forget my banana peppers on the side. Employees have been pleasant from my experiences. I usually order at this location at least once a week and will continue to be a customer as long as their quality and service remains the same. There have been a few times the wait is longer than I'd prefer but I understand they get busy at times and I may just be there during a rush hour. I think out of the multiple times I've gotten a sandwich at this location maybe once or twice it wasn't correct but it's not too big of a deal since I'm there so often. 5 stars for delicious food and great customer service! read more

The entire team was warm and friendly. The GM was there when we went in tonight, and he was great too! Super funny, and had us laughing as we waited for our sandwiches. I had the Hook & Ladder (turkey and ham with Monterey Jack cheese)...YUMMY! My sandwich was served hot, fresh, and fast. My husband ordered the Hero (I think), and he loved it!
