No fries in a happy meal is common. They don't want people to order at the counter, but the ordering kiosk don't always work or take cash only. Perhaps not the best McD's that I've been in. Came here on a late night as this was one of the places opened pass midnight. Ordered some Fillet-O-Fish and some drinks. The cashier was polite, no problems here. However, the young man (I wished I recalled the name) who we picked up the order from was not the best in terms of customer service. We asked for some extra napkins, and he rolled his eyes. We came back to the counter to asked for some sauce and he gave that look as if we were such an inconvenience to him. Both times, he seemed like it was too much to ask for and it was distracting him from chit chatting with other employees. Apart from that, this location looked like it is not well maintained - the tables were not wiped, there is garbage on the floor, the bathroom was a mess with toilet paper and food wrapping all over the place, the signs on the window were falling off, the soda machine area was all sticky with dried soda on the counter. Food quality was up to par (otherwise, it would be a 1 star review); service was basically a 1 star. C'mon guys, get your act together. read more

I went to the drive thru and ordered about 6 sandwiches and 2 McDoubles, when I got to the second window to get my order there was a McDouble missing, I informed the staff and she went to call the manager and he was looking at the screen and at the receipt and said I didn't order a McDouble. I said I know what I ordered the lady missed my McDouble. And the manager Michael that works at this location at 6pm, argued that he cannot give me a McDouble because I didn't order it or paid for it. Unlike many people, I admit to liking McDonald's. My first job in high school was at McDonald's and I know how hard it is to work there. I always treat the people that work there with respect. My visit to this McDonald's was a frustrating nightmare. I went there on July 16th around 12:30 p.m. The Drive-through line had more than 30 vehicles in it so I decided to go inside and Dine-in. The Kiosk was disabled so I just waited in line. There was only 1 person in front of me. After waiting 2 minutes I realized something was going wrong with that person's order. Then 2 additional employees showed-up trying to figure-out something with the cash register. One of them appeared to be the Manager - No Name Tag, just a different color shirt. A minute later 2 more employees stopped what they were doing to observe what was going on at this cash register. No other lines were open. I motioned to the manager to open another line and was met with a blank stare. I waited another 3-4 minutes, went to the restroom and came back. Still 1 line, now with 8 people in it. I waited another 5 minutes and those same 4 employees could not figure-out how to make the cash register work and it did not occur to them to open another cash register or two. I finally left. Meanwhile the Drive-through line had grown to over 50 vehicles. The look on most of their faces was that of being trapped in Drive-through hell. I will never go back to a McDonald's where Indifference is treated as a virtue. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. The staff was all over the place, it looked chaotic in there, and it was just not a good experience. I don't even write reviews on fast food places but this was just such a bad experience that I felt like I needed to share. I usually do a mobile order and have curbside pick up but all the spots were full so I had it so that I would pick it up inside. I waited TWENTY minutes for my food and I didn't get it. I saw people place their order right there in front of me and get their order within minutes. If I had known, I wouldn't have done the mobile order but every time I've ever done a mobile order I've gotten my food within five minutes. Twenty minutes and they didn't even start my order. I told them to cancel my order and that I wanted my money back but the manager said I could do it on my app. I told them there's no cancel button so he gave my the number to call.. on a McDonald's bag. I called them and they were closed. This was such a bad experience and it was very frustrating to see people come in and out before me. The workers were rude too. It's not like I had high expectations, but I needed something quick and this was definitely not it. Very disappointed. I tried calling the store and their phone is disconnected.
