The McDonalds in Reedley is honestly the worst there is. They take foooorever to give you a meal. The staff seems to not care, no one aproches you (I get it it's McDonald) but hey, everyone deserves some kind of attention even if it is a fast food joint. And the coffee is NEVER fresh NEVER!! I went at 8 am and it tasted like it has just been sitting there. I've gave it many tries. I go to McDonald every week because of my kids, they Love it. But honestly I prefer to drive to the Dinuba location it's a lot faster and believe it or not they always have fresh coffee. This place is great ! All you need to do is order 2 weeks in advance and still wait 40 mins when you arrive and hopefully they haven't lost your food or order. Have been here twice since it was renovated. The first time, I waited a little over 40 minutes for two happy meals and a 2 for $5 (quarter pounder and 10 piece chicken nuggets). This time I went through the drive thru, thinking it would be faster. It was, but when I came home, one of the big macs I ordered only had bread and the two patties. They just remodeled this location...they need to remodel their staff. Ordered through the drive thru; the manager took my phone for a code which she didn't need to. Took a few minutes and still couldn't get the code to work. When I finally received my food a double cheeseburger and Medium fries; which tasted like it was made yesterday. Disgusting. Our son requested McDonald's for his birthday lunch so we took him here. Every single table was dirty. Not even exaggerating. Every single table. There were maybe three other customers and it took forever to get our food out. While were waiting, an employee came storming out of the back yelling something (we heard him cussing right in front of our kids) and then he flopped down on one of the dirty bench seats. His feet were on the seat and he was making himself comfortable and talking loudly on his phone. Oh and he also threw a piece of paper on the ground and left it there before going to lay down. The only reason we didn't ask for a refund is because our kids were super excited for their happy meals. We understand that this is McDonald's and our standards are low, but this was bad. Bad enough to make us decide never to come back to this particular location. Also, the fries were cold and gross and the chicken nuggets were burnt. The worst McDonald's of all time. They don't open their dining room. People are waiting outside at 830 even though it says dining room opens at 530. They have a doorbell, rang that, no one came. First off...can you guess it? Ice cream was broken!(as usual lol) Then seeing the manager eat fries off an order on a tray and put the tray back..in front of customers(we were in the drive thru), should've warned me that it would be disgusting. Boyfriends quarter pounder was clearly old, the meat was dry and falling apart, there was I swear 2 drops of ketchup and 2 drops of mustard, the cheese was old and drying on the edges. In the amount of time you stay waiting for a mobile order, being the only car in the drive thru, or sitting by yourself in the dining room waiting for your food, you'd be better off driving to one of the surrounding MCD's. McDonald's in Reedley is severely understaffed and has bad service. You know the workers hate their job. Orders used to get out fairly fast, now it can take anywhere from 20-35 minutes to get orders out. The staff I feel bad for, they are rushing to take, make, and serve orders, they are frustrated and irritable with each other and customers. Not worth going to this McDonald's. Try a different fast food place or another town near by with a McDonald's if you're really wanting food from there. read more
