Absolute joke of a management team. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I waited 30 minutes, spent nearly $50, and my order was completely wrong with half the food missing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was not able to go back to the store that night. After getting home, I called customer service and was told I'd receive a refund within 10 days once store management processed it. I was promised a follow-up call the next day which never happened. Instead, I received an email from Marlyn Voght saying their policy is to "go back if the order is incorrect." When I spoke with her directly, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to refund the order unless I physically brought the food back to the store. I explained the food had already been thrown away, and she repeatedly emphasized that refunding that amount of money was a big deal to which I responded, "Yes, I know. I paid it." So apparently, they expect customers to dig food out of the garbage just to prove their order was wrong. Completely unacceptable customer service. Franchise management should be embarrassed that this is how customer complaints are handled. read more

Our local McDonald's is at it again. Besides a one-star rating and a drive-thru that takes a half an hour to complete, they are falsely advertising that they have the Buffalo Bills Mafia boxes still for sale. I just ordered one to find out that there are no more boxes and no one said the boxes were no longer available. As a buffalo fan I just wanted a box. I feel like I should be reaching out for legal advice about a lawsuit against McDonald's Corporation for false advertising. Consistently bad! Over the last few years we have stopped in every few months hoping it's gotten better, it never has. Can take 10 minutes just to place your order in the drive-thru and then another 20 minutes just to get to the first pay window. Not during peak meal times but at 2 in the afternoon or 9:00 at night. The worst Mcdonalds... The staff shut the drive thru down so a couple of them could go outside and smoke a joint. There was like 3 people mopping the dining area while all this was happening. Sat here for like 20 minutes before it started moving. I took my grandkids in on July 1st at 3:15pm. The kitchen floor was a disaster, food all over the floor. Dirty tables in the dining room. I started to put my order in at the kiosk, couldn't find the combo's, asked an employee, she didn't know where the combo's were located on kiosk, so she took my order at the counter, she rang it in wrong. I noticed on the receipt it was wrong, so she rerang the order. I ordered 4 plain hamburgers, they were made wrong, I brought the food back and had it remade. The buns were hard. Kids picked at the food. I should have just returned it and got my money back but at this point, I was just done. I called the restaurant 3 times, no answer so I called the phone number on the door that is listed as the owner's phone number. I spoke to a woman and told her about my experience. Very sad to say how bad it was today. It's my closest McDonald's by far but I'll drive far and wide to not go back. My big Mac had a bottom bun that was rock hard, that's never happened to me before at any location. There was no ketchup out, so I had to wait again and ask for some. I asked him if they were going to tell all the cars lined up out there and his response was you can come in and order. So in I go and there are 4 girls waiting to order being completely ignored, turned around and left, went yo Wendy's and was in and out of the drive thru line in less than 10 minutes.
