The only good part of my experience was the lady at the food window and the food itself. The guy who took my order and handed me my receipt apparently did not want to be there and the result was a rude interaction. I usually say "Thank you" when handed my card and receipt but I said nothing to which he mumbled in a snotty tone "You're Welcome" The lady who handed me my food was very nice and the food was delicious. read more

Went there for a "quick" bite after work...waited 15 minutes in line then 2 cars pulled ahead of me in line.... without taking my order, finally got around to order, when I got to the pick up window... they tell me to pull into a parking spot. We sat for literally half an hour waiting for our food in the drive thru line. People were waiting so long that they were leaving, horns were honking, it was awful!!! I come here only out of desperation!!!! I have a toddler who's super hungry and McDonald's is the only place open this late........I wouldn't come to this particular McDonald's for any other reason. Don't waste your time... from the horrible location, ridiculously slow drive-thru, ice cream machine that is conveniently always broken, and rude lazy employees that can't be bothered to care or get their story straight.... Slowest drive thru ever. McDonalds it's known for being a fast food place yet this place is the SLOWEST one ever. Been to many all over the east coast and this one by far is the slowest one. Workers are socializing and no one seems to care to get the food ready while a huge line keeps on building. Whoever owns this particular franchise should do something. read more

The service I received here was absolutely unacceptable. To start this off, the employee at the first window where you pay did not give me my receipt. I payed for my food, and she immediately closed the window and faced the opposite direction when I tried to get a recipe for my order. When I got to the pickup window, the employee handed me a milkshake which was not the milkshake I ordered. When I told her I ordered an Oreo milkshake and not a vanilla milkshake, she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to pour some Oreo pieces on top of the vanilla milkshake. The bag and the cup were completely covered in milkshake and grease and got all over my car. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order! I had no receipt to prove I got the wrong order, so I could not go back and ask for a new order. This experience ruined my afternoon and my daughter was distraught that the employee would do that to her milkshake! read more

Lunch here today. Elected to drive-thru to minimize time on our lunch. Drive-thru, even with the dual lanes was slow, and inefficient. Food was slow being delivered, and ours had some of, if not, the worse French fries we've ever had at a McDonald's. Tremendously GREASY. This was my 1st bad experience and we ordered at 6:35 and we had to wait 20 minutes and they were so slow they had no food ready and no fries were fresh so we had to wait for that and I got 10 piece chicken nuggets and a bacon and egg mcgriddle and we said is are food ready or give are money back and they said you want your food it ready we're like yes and so we had to wait five more minutes they gave us our food and I said are these fries fresh And she just walked away and rolled her eyes and went in the car and there was no bacon on mine and my fries were so cold as the temperature outside and we had to watch a movie at 6:50 read more

We stopped here on a trip, and I felt compelled to write a review because the woman who took our order went above and beyond for my kids! This was the first time My kids have ever been to McDonalds, and my first time in years. The customer service at this location was extremely impressive, and so child friendly. Check your food before you leave! They usually mess up my mobile order. Got a mcmuffin instead of a biscuit. Another time I ordered two flurries, one with oreo, one with m&ms. Got two with BOTH in them, and discovered it only when I was miles away. read more

I usually stop a few times a week for breakfast. First the manager at this time of the day is a young girl who is the most miserable person on the planet. She barely wants to answer if you have a question. She must get a bonus if she can not give any napkins.You have to ask for them. And you may get one or two. One of the machines is always out of order whenever you want one of the advertised Minute Maid drinks. The egg Mcmuffin are overcooked or burnt at least once a week.The sausage are dried out, the muffin burnt and the cheese overmelted on not melted. The egg has on occasion has been only a hard cooked yolk with no whites. It has only gotten worse since they now have placed the owners name on the door. Go to any closer one than this location. This is the slowest underperforming McDonalds I have ever been to. I literally sat in the drive thru a total of 23 minutes the other night and you weren't even busy. Why?? Its not the first time. The service there is horrible. Constantly slow, incorrect orders being served. Staff that doesn't care. 20 years I have spent in the restaurant field and it all falls on MANAGEMENT. Hire people (the right people) train them, teach them, lead them. Honestly the worst experience I had late night food with my friends. One girl who was rude enough to speak to my boyfriend in a manner that should not be tolerated. She claimed she didn't have enough time to answer by the speaker so we pulled up to the window and felt the need to say "can I just ask y'all a question? Why'd you pull away and come up to the window? Y'all didn't give me enough time to say anything." Very rudely she spoke, gave my boyfriend attitude, and clearly she could've spoken to us through her headset if she didn't have headphones in. She must be dealt with in an adult manner and we'd appreciate it if they were not on their phones while ordering our food and she could do better with a smile and not cuss in front of us when the window is closed. She is lightskin, black short hair. Never coming to this McDonald's unless some sanity comes to that God forsaken place. read more
