I waited 20 minutes (maybe longer) for 1 breakfast burrito. I ended up just leaving so who's knows how long it would've ended up taking.

Service is slow always. Rarely do you get fresh food unless it's during a rush and even then it's a toss up. In order to keep drive thru times looking good they almost always pull cars forward. They have two speakers, but never use them properly. They use one person to alternate between both lanes instead of having two people taking orders as intended. This McDonalds is in a good location due to the fact that there isn't another fast food place nearby. They are a little slow on the drive through but always accurate and friendly. Easy to get in and out of with multiple entrances from the main road and access to a stop light for leaving read more

The girl with the pink hair taking orders is simply unpleasant. She doesn't hide the fact that she's annoyed with her job. The lady who looked to be a manager at the pick up window is no better. i would leave zero stars if i could. this is genuinely the worst fast food establishment i have ever been to. you're always in line for at least 15-20 minutes every single time. on top of that, the food is ALWAYS wrong. there have also been countless times where they have forgotten several things in my order. so, after waiting an unnecessary amount of time already, you must then either get back in line to fix your order and wait another 20 minutes, or go inside and be treated very disrespectfully by the employees. the employees are never friendly. i would even be fine if they acted indifferent towards customers, but they are downright rude. ESPECIALLY the manager. it is a waste of time to visit this mcdonald's. Horrible service and quality of food. I worked at a northern Kentucky McDonalds for four years so I know y'all should do better than this. I placed an order on the app and selected to pick my order up in the drive thru. When I received my food I noticed the large fry I ordered was missing. When I told the person at the handout window she told me I was wrong and asked to see my receipt. After I showed her my receipt she called a manager over who then confirmed that I was correct and the large fry was missing. After getting to my house, the 10:1 meat in the McDoubles were very old and dry. Huge disappointment. read more

First, we ordered on the app for curbside to make our dinner pickup faster... which backfired. I don't think they start making the food until you check in that you're there which I didn't know. We had changes from the original menu items for allergies and thought ordering 10 mins out would speed things up. We ended up sitting in curbside for 10 minutes with cranky, hungry little kids. The employee apologized for the delay which was nice and even told us which food was in which bag. It would've been a nice touch if they included a fork for our bun-less burger and ketchup for the fries, but we made do without. Not sure how to do that on the app if at all. This is one of the slowest, unfriendly McDonald's I've ever seen. They take you hostage in the drivethru. Always a 30 minute wait with only 4 or 5 cars in line. Meanwhile inside no clue about customer service. I just tried to order something and was told "no we're out" and she walked away. definitely the worst mcdonald's in richmond. go to literally any of the other ones in richmond. they say they open at 5am, but i've been told on more than one occasion that they're not open because no workers showed up. they almost always get your order wrong. when they do, they get the manager to take care of it. while she will, she is short and cold. they are often out of sweet tea and never have any ketchup cups so you continuously have to go up to the counter. this place also isn't FAST food. it often takes up to 25 minutes just to get through the drive thru. read more

Food was fresh and good. Workers were patient & kind and at my age you need patient. I was using a cane and even tho hubby was with me a worker came from behind the counter & took our tray and carried it to a table - never had that happen before. I work nights and this is the only place open sometimes but half the time you sit in the drive through waiting and waiting and when you finally pull forward there is a little handwritten note that says closed for cleaning. WHY can't they put that out in the drive through??? And I can't tell you how Many times I have ordered food only to be told at the payment window they can only accept cash. One of the worst McDonald's in town!! I use to work here a few years ago, and there were great employees here at one point in time. This McDonald's has went downhill. I've had order after order messed up, and I've refrained from making a fuss, but today is the last straw. We order on the mobile app and order a chicken sandwich with no sauce, we get home and it has sauce. So we bring it back and can't go inside because of COVID. We call and no one answers, so we call again, and we tell them the problem with our sandwich, and at first they say they can't replace it, but then we tell them we're already in the parking lot, so they tell us to pull around to the side door and they would bring it out. We sit for 10 minutes and still no one had came out to even acknowledge us, or bring us our sandwich. After the 10 minutes we call again, and we ask how much longer the sandwich would take. The man that answered seemed clueless about the chicken sandwich we were waiting on, and asks someone about it, and she screams that it's coming. After sitting there for about 6 more minutes, someone comes out and says the chicken is JUST NOW being dropped, so we could have it fresh. Like we've sat here for almost 20 minutes and still have no sandwich. It should not take that long for ONE sandwich. I would be so ashamed to be associated with this McDonald's. It used to be the number 1 McDonald's in Richmond, and now it's garbage!! Now I get to go home, to cold food because I had to wait so long for a chicken sandwich. Smiling people, fast service, and the food was as good as I remember McDonald's being.

I went through the drive thru to place my order for 4 Big Macs and 1 double hamburger. I also asked could I get my 2 free hash browns that they cheated me out of on my last visit. I waited around 20 minutes at drive thru. When I finally got my order I left and on the way home (30 minutes drive) I check my bag and a double hamburger was missing. The last time I was at this mcdonalds they cheated me out of 2 hash browns, now they cheated me out of a sandwich? So I turn around and go back and I had to wait 25 minutes at drive thru for a $1 sandwich!!!!! Are you kidding me?? I have had steak and lobster at a 4 star restaurant served to me quicker than this $1 sandwich!!! After waiting 25 minutes I finally got the sandwich. All of the sandwiches was cold and could barely be ate. I have been to hundreds and hundreds of restaurants and at least a hundred different McDonald's in my life, this McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to in my life!!
