This place NEVER gets the order right. Always check it! One time, they got it wrong. Went in so they can fix it and they got it wrong again! Ordered mayo on a burger a few times and every time they slop like a half bottle on the burger. Even normal items are wrong. Every time I order a back double I get a single no bacon. And these guys want $20 an hour? Prices go up and the quality goes down. I rarely go here and think about hats the chances of it being wrong the one time a year I go. Chances are very good. Every single time my order is wrong. I HATE this mcdonalds! It's worse now then before they closed for renovation. I won't do drive thru anymore because I always have to go inside either way to get my correct order. You have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back and you wait another 10-15 mins for your food to come out. I am seriously so pissed rn. I ordered large 10 piece nugget meal with shamrock shake, another fry, and a cheeseburger. They had me pull up for 13 mins to wait for my food. My shake was white with a dime size of mint on the bottom. Im missing fries and my burger is ROCK HARD! I went back inside and she gave me another ROCK HARD burger. I went back the last time and i asked her to look at the burger so she didnt think i was crazy and she touches it and says this isn't even hard. I actually laughed bc its undeniable. She gives me another one and of course same issue. I just threw it out bc there's no point. It must have been sitting for hours or overnight bc its 11:30 am! She charged me for my fries bc she said I didn't order them but my order was $30? Of course I didn't get a receipt. The lady was acting like I'm just another Karen complaining about nothing but what's funny is the 2 other people behind me with their food that was also old or wrong! I couldnt get her name bc no name tag and when i asked her she said just gimme a sec and went in the back. Someone needs to correct this gross food problem and get new employees! The new redesign is horrible!!! No customer service the workers all hide in the back. If not ordering from the kiosk or computer screen u will wait approx 8 min for a worker to peak out and take ur order. I watch during lunchtime a couple groups of workers come into the Rockypoint location and literally wait almost 40 to get and eat their lunches. So much for FAST FOOD. McDonald's got it wrong here. Yes drive through double downed and looks efficient but inside is horrendous. Also no condiments napkins or anything for self service. Not to mention the 8-10 wait if u finish ur drink and would like another. I felt like we went back in time to a much slower place. This is not fine dining pick up the pace or at least have a service person walking through the restaurant to assist customers if they need a ketchup packet that McDonald's is now hiding. Or a damm napkin. The food is the food. Chicken nuggets shrunk and a large fry is now a small lightly thrown into a lg package. Get it together. As for the rest of the inside it looks like the franchise ran out of money and forgot to add some tables in the center and back of seating area. I personally don't like the remodel. As a resident in the greater Rocky point/Shoreham area a lot of times this is the closest McDonald's to me, in the past this McDonald's was completely terrible, the food was late, it was always cold, and there were many many mistakes on every order. So for the last five years or so, I have refrained from visiting this location, but during a recent visit, I couldn't believe how this franchise has turned things around, the people taking order was very polite. The food came out pretty quickly, and the best part was that it was boiling hot, that's exactly what you should be getting every time you visit any restaurant whether it's a Michelin level or a fast food Chain so I am completely happy and will be giving this another visit soon as I do not eat fast food too often to make sure that this was an a one and done situation but so far I am very impressed with the turnaround! read more

Messed up my order twice this week. Honestly your drive through people need to listen to WTF I'm saying. 1. A few days ago I order 2 for 5 breakfast special. I say I want a chicken mcgriddle and and SEC mcmuffin. The moron tells me "im sorry sir, the SEC mcgriddle isnt on the 2 for 5" to which I respond "yes however the SEC mcmuffin is." I then receive 2 SEC mcmuffins..... 2. Today... I make the same order and notice the counter girl looks in the bag and makes a wierd face... didnt think anything of it. Then I opened my bag on the way to work and have the crumbly, dry, disgusting disaster that is the chicken mcbiscuit... I wear a f***ing suit to work. Nobody in a suit wants that dough-exloding, desert sandwich. It would be a shame if someone threw the next f**ked up order all over your dining area to simulate what my pants look like after trying to eat that abomination of a breakfast sandwich. The order is always missing something, the bags of apple slices are not consistent.. I have gotten 3 kids meals for my children and one bag will have, no lie, 2 slices, and another will have 4 and another 8. Sometimes the toy is missing from one or all meals. This McDonald's location is always neat and clean, especially in the evening. Staff takes care of big groups quickly and efficiently. I've visited this location several times. Salads are always fresh- no brown lettuce, fries are hot and perfectly salted, drinks and ice creams have the right amount of flavor and sweetness. Antonio does a superb job waiting on me in the drive-through and inside the store. Everyone is professional, polite and fun, which is a good mixture in the hospitality industry. read more

This McDonald's is consistently bad. Every single time I come here it takes 20 minutes to get a meal when you dine in. The garbages are overflowing, none of the tables are clean, and the customer service is horrible. The staff is unfriendly but that's probably because they're understaffed (although they don't appear to be). Just seems that nobody has any idea what's going on. Where is the management? I try to give this place a chance every few months to see if they changed since it's around the block but it never does. I don't think I'll be coming back after this. read more

I showed the girl at the counter the code on my app. She didn't scan it so I closed the app. Then she says I have to scan the code. The code wouldn't come up again. Kept saying authorization required. The manager comes over and tries but couldn't get the code either. Instead of just giving me the promotion she kept playing with the app. I got pissed and cancelled the whole order. Won't be back here anytime soon. Lousy customer service. I would like to know why the app wants access to my photos, media and files on my device. I'm uninstalling. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's you will ever find and, if you're not near it, it's worth making the trip. The restaurant is always clean (including the restrooms-at least, the ladies), and the employees are never idle. They are always friendly and accommodating, and will go the extra mile to make sure that your order is delivered accurately and hot and fresh. read more
