The inside of the chicken is green

The chicken deluxe mccrispy is so nasty. I got it and it smelled like weed. I also opened the chicken and saw green stuff with black specks. I'm very disappointed and I love McDonald's. I go there all of the time. The service is always good. They're always pretty fast about getting my meal, but the food for the McChicken was nasty but the fries were good.

This Rutland, VT McD's is big. Two lanes whisk the line away. Automated drink cup arrangers, cut the employees' work in 1/2. Burgers were losing the condiments all over.. onions under your seats.. Rebel review: 3

This place is a weird one. First, it's the biggest McDonald's I've ever seen. Huge. With a huge children's area. That seemed terrific. It was packed and everyone looked happy. The parking lot was packed and drive thru line had 6 cars that I could see. But for the rest it was pretty bad for a McDonald's. The line was waiting while the teller was taking to another employee about who knows what. For a loooooong time. Saw us. The line was forming. And continued getting longer. So finally an order comes up. It was wrong, which was immediately identified by the customer. So then everyone gets distracted by that. Ok. Finally we are up and we have the employees attention. We order. Not a smile to be seen. Totally transactional. Food arrives. I can say my recently acquired taste for the pick quac sandwich has been cured. My sandwich was terrible. If the line hadn't been so long I'd have brought it back. I won't be back to this place. Nor can I recommend it.

It's exactly what you'd expect it's McDonald's just don't expect them to get your order right.

The cashier in the drive through wasn't wearing a mask and coughed into her hand. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. COME ON, REALLY?

The sugar house coffee was a standout. Rich, smooth, and exactly what you want on a cold Vermont morning. We also tried the handmade biscuit, warmed and buttered, and it genuinely felt like a hug in biscuit form. Shoutout to Ethan for being incredibly helpful and thoughtful with recommendations. With his guidance, we built a fantastic sandwich with sourdough, hash browns, avocado, green sauce, and chili crunch. He understood the assignment. Messy, hearty, and delicious. The vegan wrap was also flavorful and satisfying. We left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Speakeasy Café, especially if you're looking for strong vegetarian and vegan options in Rutland.

And the owner is a great person. Tea: loved it! The selections are astonishing. Sandwich (tomato and mozzarella) and soup (broccoli and cheddar) just SO GOOD! High quality ingredients; exquisite taste, not overdone; and the bread... delicious! Rutland is blessed to have this place. As good as any similar establishment in a big city, here or abroad. All at very reasonable prices! Definitely the place to go.

When we have more time we will be back. We were quickly acknowledged and answered any questions we had. We ordered 2 drinks teas both were delicious, can't remember them right now. As our drinks were being created I was checking out their huge selection of bag teas, I had Lapsang Souchong tea on my shopping list for making seitan, I was shocked to find it in our lil small town and so happy! The Gentleman that waited on us knew all about its smokey flavor! I'm impressed! Looking forward to using it this week! The shop is nicely set up and has room for expansion. Has a seating area that is nicely spaced out. Very clean shop items, teas have their own areas. Looking forward to visiting with some friends soon!

Family of 5 visiting on vacation...return visitors…read more All of the breakfast food was very well prepared and had great taste. The Sugar & Spice pancakes are always a must have for my son. I had an omelet off of the Specials menu with Pineapple, ham and mozzarella...Basically a Hawaiian Pizza but in an omelet. Very good, if you like Hawaiian Pizza. The home fries didn't have much color to them but we're actually cooked through and tasted good With a nice texture. The only draw back was our server, while efficient, had like in the way of people skills. Every interaction was as short as possible. Not bad, just not good. Lots of items to shop for if you are a tourist.

We finally decided to try out S&S and I found it good, but not worth the 5 stars everyone gives it pancakes = well cooked, round, pretty standard. don't get 4 pancakes unless you want be in a pancake induced coma. also, they put a literal small ice cream scoop size of butter on the pancakes. Only IHOP does that and it's way too much butter. If you are eating all of that butter, you might need an extra dose of lipitor. Toast = kind of boring S&S pancakes = kind of tasted like pancakes with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Home fries = those were good I was there with two 16-year olds who both thought the food was "mid". I did see a small girl sitting with plate in front of her that had a waffle with ice cream and whipped cream piled so high, that it was almost as tall as her. Her eyes were huge and she was trying to figure out where to start. That waffle looked pretty good and as I passed the table, her dad was leaning in to "help out and keep the plate clean". They sell a lot of baseball hats and t-shirts.
