Truly awful experience!! I had a reward for a frappe 50% off and the two ladies working November 6th at 10:05pm were incredibly rude and denied my discount. Even though I showed both of them that the coupon stated 50% off ALL frappes that still said it did not apply to new drinks even though the coupon stated all frappes I tried asking for clarification and they said the app is a third party and they had no control over what it said. Meaning even if the app did say I get a 50% discount of ANY frappe the ladies are able to say no it's a new item WE will not be honoring the item. Super disappointed in the service here it was awful incredible unhelpful. McDonald's should be training people better on what the app does and say there is no reason a McDonald's employee does not know what is happening with the app It's a multi million dollar company and your people aren't even trained on the app how is that possible. Went inside just use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised with how sparkling clean it was, how much seating there is, how the play structure was enclosed in its own room, bathrooms clean and stocked. This one used to have a playland. Now just a large MC D. Positive is if you wanted to work on a laptop and get away from people or kid noise this one is huge and you can find a corner away from all and usually vacant. Workers are not that friendly overall from the 15 years I have come here. The lot is busy but easier to park and wider than Truxel door location. I like it here in that there is more room to wait for your order than the small one at Truxel. The drive thru gets busy but I almost always go inside as I hate wrong orders or long waits in the former. read more

Wet floors sign's all through dining room. The women's bathroom was not clean, and there is still a garbage was out of it and laying on the floor and there was two employees in their chitchatting. Once we got to our order which was reasonably fast, it was wrong. They gave us the wrong food. There was a cloth that they used to clean the cables and trays. It was sitting on top of the garbage can for a longer period time over 35+ minutes. It's a great McDonald's the only one in the town that's open 24/7 with that being said, I think the night staff needs a break... I've been here quite a handful of time at night and it's usually the same staff member on the intercom for drive through. He seems tired and pretty over it. You pull up and he said, "Yeah go head", or "What else"... some time he doesn't even speak... Then there was the time I only ordered fresh fries, and might as well I just asked for stale, miserable/cold fries... never thought food would make me question my life .... But it was really upsetting because it was the only thing I ordered and they couldn't even get it right. The night staffs seems like their own utopia. This is probably one of the more efficient McDonald's I've seen when it comes to their drive-thru management. They have one lane that splits into 2 kiosks and they're get you in and out in a jiffy. I've never had any problems with my orders either. Staff have a casual and welcoming vibe. They even recommended a special they had going on to save me some money. Everyone knows to check their order before leaving McDonald's right? I usually do but this time since I only ordered 2 items and one of them was a happy meal I didn't bother. Well of course the one time I don't check they make a mistake right? Isn't that how it always happens? To take my order via your app then have me yell at a screen for 10 minutes to tell them I have an order only to have it canceled literal minutes before getting to the window - after being in line for nearly an hour - and then, on top of all the insane b.s. you just put me through, to tell me that there is nothing I can do and I would not be serviced WHILE I HAVE THE RECEIPT IN MY HAND AND THE DRIVE THROUGH PERSON KNOWS I HAVE BEEN IN LINE FOR AN HOUR SINCE THERE WAS SEVERAL OTHER CARS WAITING IN FRONT AND BEHIND ME BLOCKING ME IN. Not even an "I'm sorry sir that's unacceptable, please show me the canceled receipt and we'll make the order since you've waited so long". No...nothing. I got turned away. I got turned away after being forced to yell at your screen for 10 minutes (again; YOU CAN CHECK YOUR OWN CAMERAS AND SEE) and after I sat in your drive through line for an nearly an hour (once again: You can verify this I am NOT making it up) and despite having proof that I made the order, that it was succesful, that money was taken from my account, that I had been waiting for nearly an hour in line, and that the order was canceled after I had been in the line for at least 40 minutes and was unable to leave. I was seriously the VERY NEXT CAR IN LINE to the pick up window when you canceled it. Best part: The cancelation email said that my order was canceled due to the store being closed. IT'S A 24 HOUR MCDONALDS, I WAS IN LINE ALREADY FOR NEARLY 1 HOUR, THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME WAS SERVICE, AND THERE WERE CARS IN LINE BEHIND ME THAT HAD ALREADY ORDERED FOOD AND WERE WAITING TO PICK IT UP. Yet the store was closed and my order was canceled and I was told to just leave? When your business screws up this monumentally you usually A. provide for free the original order (it was 15 dollars after tax; not going to break your F'ing bank) and then you offer something free on top of that as a way of saying sorry and retaining business. Hard baked lies should be the title on those round rock hard cookies. When I came into the store, it looked nice and inviting. There's a playland in there as well. These people do not know what they're doing. I placed a mobile order at 1:05, and got in the drive thru at 1:08. Waited 10 minutes to even get to the first window, and when I get to the second window they hand me someone else's food. I tell them I have a mobile order, and they inform me it's up front so I have to go in. First of all, you can't just grab the order and hand it to me? So I go in and of course, they can't find the order. Right after I come in, the guy that was behind me in the drive thru comes in with MY order that they couldn't find. Right after I walk in they tried to give me another order, which I should've just taken. They ask to see my mobile order, which I had to go back to my car to get my phone and show these smart people. Finally at 1:37 is when they give me the right food. A double cheeseburger & a 6 piece nugget... that I waited 32 MINUTES FOR.
