Ordered steak, egg, cheese bagels Get them home and no egg in either one! Why? What happened to the egg??

Someone had already taken a bite out of 1 of the chicken nuggets in my box. This is what I get for eating out on Christmas Day I guess.

Someone had taken a bite out of one of the chicken nuggets in the 20pc I ordered. 5 stars because I know you guys like to congratulate yourselves on these reviews. Thanks for the 19pc

We (my husband and I) placed two mobile orders to be picked up through drive-thru. The line was long but went quickly. The person we first spoke to at the speaker was friendly. When we got to the widow for food puck up nothing was said. They just handed us our food, no "thank you", nothing. Our orders were correct so I guess that's what matters.

This little item was a joke, I put a card next to it for size reference, this was a bag of disappointment. This was $1.99, not worth it at all, it really should be on the $1 menu for the size. Not to mention it was very dry. Even the kid didn't want it, my niece rarely passes up a donut. Save your coins and just go to the donut shop and 2 or possibly 3 glazed donuts for less or just a tad bit more.

very unprofessional They took a long time and no food on my sandwich I'm not happy at alll

This is probably one of the more efficient McDonald's I've seen when it comes to their drive-thru management. They have one lane that splits into 2 kiosks and they're get you in and out in a jiffy. I've never had any problems with my orders either. Staff have a casual and welcoming vibe. They even recommended a special they had going on to save me some money. Makes me feel like continuing to come back and support! These folks are doing great work out there.

I was able to get to the front of the line and order their burger that I was told was one of the best. I grabbed a beer as well because it was one of those days ya know! I took my number sign and found some space next to a couple playing card games on a bench inside. They had a self serve icewater area that I was able to fill up my water bottle. I was also able to grab some ketchup to enjoy those fries. My burger and fries was delivered and there were more fries than expected. I focused on those first because who like cold fries, right??? The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. A standard burger build but done perfectly! Beer was cold, food was great and the ambiance is a perfect local bar. Great spot to go if you don't mind hunting for a parking space.

This an okay place to go if you want a late night bite to eat…read more The service was great, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff. The place was not full but it wasn't empty. There were couples playing pool and a group of people playing a gambling card game. Me and my husband both got their cheeseburger meal and his was a beer combo. The meal was really pricey and consisted of mostly fries and a mini burger. In order to get enough satisfaction I would need probably three of these burgers as they were the size of sliders. I would be better off going to McDonald's for the price. But if you like fries more than burgers then go for it . The fries were also really salty. The burger had great flavor but it needed to be bigger. I see this as a place where drunk people go.

Second if you have kids, then again, this is your place. I was there on a Saturday about 2 pm and there were multiple families and the kids seemed to really enjoy the vibe. As for the food and service. Service was great - people are friendly and attentive. I had the Bacon BBQ burger - good - not great, but worth the $15 or so. If i had one critique it would be that the sauce was too heavy and just detracted from the experience. As noted, the Burger had too much sauce which made the burger very messy. The burger leaked all over my hands and I used the two paper napkins in about 3 seconds flat. I went to the counter to get more napkins but there were no dispensers. So then i went to the restrooms to grab a paper towel but both restrooms were occupied. Then I pointed out to the staff that they should have napkin dispensers for their guests - the staff could see i was getting aggro so she offered the hand sink in the kitchen! Nice! Great service. A+ A few detractions - this is clearly a restaurant that leans on SYSCO - a major food purveyor for the restaurant industry. Many reviewers like the fries and shakes - I'm 90% sure these are frozen fries from SYSCO (you'll find the same fries all over the place), and the meat in the burger is probably sourced from SYSCO as well. Don't get me wrong, still tastes fine - just not distinctive. How do I know? A giant SYSCO truck was in the parking lot making their delivery when I was there. As for the atmosphere - it feels like a "Jonny Rockets" style retro burger joint but lacking the 50s style charm. It's white and red and very sterile feeling. It has some 50s decor but it's all pho/plastic and not authentic. It's not the type of place where you'd want to spend any time. It feels very well suited for a shopping mall where people can pop in, eat a solid burger and shake, then get out. The owners clearly spent a lot of time and money converting the space from the dive bar it was to what it is now, but I don't think it's a good use of the space. It's huge - it's got a large patio and tons of parking. It's the kind of place that should have been designed for guests hang out for an hour or two and spend some money, but instead they designed a small menu, counter service restaurant with a sterile atmosphere, the quick service trifecta. I hope they make it, but a space that large must have a pretty hefty rent. They'll need to fill some seats and get some wallet share to survive.

I was amazed with the size of the regular loaded nachos, it was huge! Both burgers were of decent size as well. The patties were seasoned well and super juicy.
