Not grease or burger juices (there were no juices as the patty was very dry) just an overload of sauce! Perhaps that was to cover up the fact the burger was cooked dry. This location still has long lines (at least at the drive-thru) since they opened, but these days, if you go outside of peak times, you can get through fairly quickly. I went once at around 11:45AM and then at opening (10:30) and got my food within about 10 minutes both times. In-N-Out customer service is always great, too. In the times I've been there, their employees are friendly and give you service with a smile - I believe it must be part of In-N-Out's training and company culture.
