Very disappointing today. Went through drive through. Purchased 10 piece nugget meal. Specifically asked for extra sauce and ketchup. Bag had neither one of those items. Came here to get a happy meal for my sister and she usually substitutes the apples for extra fries. The worker who took our order didn't understand and charged us for an extra side (which is cool I have no problem with that as long as I get the fries). Upon paying he did not hand us a receipt and it was my mistake for not asking for one, so make sure you do! Anyway! After being charged extra, as it appeared on the screen, we did not get the extra fries. I went back into the store to try to fix the issue and the lady in the cash register was hostile from the get go even though I waited patiently for her to approach me. The first thing she says to me is "Do you need something?". I'm in the service industry so I get it.. but I never gave her a reason to be rude to me. I ended up just asking to pay for a small fry, but thankfully the manager, from what it looked like, understood my issue and gave me a small fry after the said employee walked away. Regardless, y'all should train your workers better. There's no reason to 1. Not give a receipt AND get the order wrong/over charge 2. Be rude to individual's (especially if they have done nothing wrong and you over charge them). read more

I am pregnant and really wanted a Big Mac. My boyfriend went to try this McDonald's again despite the fact that they botched our last order. I cannot eat onions as they make me very ill. I had him order me a Big Mac with no onions. When he got home... there were onions all over the burger in my first bite. It had said no onions on the receipt. How hard is this??? Food was good, freshly prepared, though the fries were a smidge over cooked and a bit under salted. Soda was fantastic tho, with tons of carbonation in my coke!!! Employees were friendly and store was clean so I assume they went through a change in management since those other reviews. The restroom is super modern and obviously recently renovated. However, the entrance to the restroom does not have DOORS!!! so you can literally step back from the sink and see into the dining room. This is not a feature I want in a fast food restaurant. Maybe that's just me. The actual stalls were the tinest I have ever seen. I couldn't even get in and close the door without pushing myself against the toilet. The parking area nearest the main entrance only has four spots; the rest are all on the other side of the lot, which means you have to cross over the drive through lane, so just be careful! read more

First thing we noticed was the handwashing sink was blocked. The sweet tea was expired by 2 days, according to the sticker on the front of the dispenser. And the cashier who took our order was disinterested and wanted to finish talking to us as quickly as possible. It's common to review when things go wrong and not when they go right. The idea being you don't get a 'cookie' for doing what you're supposed to do. Super annoyed by tonight's visit. First of all, the majority of the time when I come late at night, it's "cash only". Fix your freaking computers so they can accept credit cards 24/7. You're losing sales, because half the time I just go home instead of to an ATM to get cash for you. Secondly, I ordered my drink half cut, and it was all sweet tea instead of half unsweet, half sweet. So damn sweet I can barely stomach it. Finally, my hot and spicy was not only missing the mayo, but also the lettuce. Have your employees stop being lazy and make the sandwiches they're supposed to be. I enjoy the mayo and lettuce and the sandwich was bland and barely edible without them. Overall, this last trip was a total waste of money and very unsatisfying. So I normally wouldn't waste my time reviewing a worthless McDonald's, but this is different. I came late, 1:30am (my fault, I'll admit that) and ordered 2 large drinks and 2 large fries. Waited around 30 minutes just pull up to the window. Waited another 5 just to be acknowledged. When I was finally "helped" I had THE worst service I've ever received. First, I was told it was cash only. Why wasn't this told to me at the speaker? Then the cashier shafted blaming ME for it. I asked if he was going to give it to me for free since I waited so long (I also did not have cash) and he argued with me. When I asked for the manager, he told me "what do you think that's going to do?" Ummm that's just plain unacceptable. The manager on duty comped the order. When the manager walked away, I told the cashier his behavior was unacceptable and he told me mine was unacceptable. At no point in the whole situation did I raise my voice. Of course I was upset-I waited over 30 minutes for cold fries. What a mistake. I was sure to get the cashiers name and will be reporting this to corporate. Went to McDonalds on January 15 at about 12:15a. I ordered a #2 with a coke in the drive-thru. It was painstakingly slow. The dining room was closed so they only had drive thru going. When I finally got to the window, they didn't even know what my order was. They tried to give me a shake and a coffee and something else. I told them that I just had a #2 and they went on a hunt for my missing order. Apparently they'd put it in the refrigerator since everything was cold. I went home and microwaved the burger, but I don't like microwaving fries since it just makes them soggy. Terribly poor service and cold food. read more
