I had the worst experience I've ever had with this McDonald's. I ordered through the McDonald's app and received a call from the delivery driver explaining that a team member had given my order to the wrong driver. Even though the driver had the correct order confirmation code, the team member refused to remake the order, despite the mistake being entirely on their end. I then tried to speak with the manager to explain the situation because the driver was struggling with English. Before I could even say more than a few words, the manager was extremely rude, interrupted me, and said she "did not have time to deal with this" and refused to help in any way. Not only was my order mishandled, but the customer service was completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for customers. read more

Ordered a full McGriddle meal this morning, was charged for the meal with an apple pie. Get my food, they gave me two sandwiches with nothing else. I ask them about the rest of my order, they proceed to tell me they charged me for two sandwiches and didn't have any of what I ordered. I told them I would like what I ordered. Then they tell me they don't have an apple pie. And that even though I ordered a meal, they said it doesn't come with hashbrowns. They hand me another bag, somehow with an apple pie they said they didn't have, still no hashbrowns, and my sandwich only has the sausage and nothing else. Please do better. read more

I Saw the sign what I came in hiring $20 an hour starting and I think it's totally ridiculous and I think we should all boycott McDonald's. It's basically a $5 an hour job and yet they're letting us pick up the tab by all these exorbitant high prices for a small Burger even smaller burrito and skimpy fries. Kids meal is almost nothing who wouldn't want to feed their family that? There's five people in here in the afternoon 3:00 and no wonder why it's ice cold in here tables are ice cold air conditioning blowing on you made three of us start coughing all different locations in the restaurant I think that's insane!! Four restaurants here on this corner and they're all about 60° inside I'm sure the restaurant association has normal temperatures the restaurants are required to have my toes are cold too from this cold tile floor like they have throughout California. You don't find this another States this is absolutely unbelievably insane. I'm going to contact that restaurant licensing entity and have them start investigating this craziness. Panera bread's new store here is the same way. Only in California would anyone put up with this!! I've been from the east coast to the Midwest to Canada to Florida and never come across this kind of craziness and abuse. I see parents bring a little tiny babies and very small children in here with no coats no jackets and I see little boys sliding their arms inside their t-shirts in here to keep warm! What kind of parents does this does California make parents this way? Are they on drugs or just truly idiotic? Bottom line is we need to stop all this craziness in California with these high prices everywhere for rated service as you find in reviews and upon delivery of the goods so to speak. read more

I have been to this Mc Donald's several times. I haven't encountered any issues. This location is by far better than several locations I've been to in my time. The staff are always really nice at this location believe it or not. Place is actually clean. Lots of seating at this location, spacious. I honestly don't have any complaints about this Mc Donald's. read more

Don't pay in cash, these kids don't know how to count! And they're on such rapid-fire autopilot that they close the register too soon so you can't get correct change. Also, it's not common sense to give you ketchup packets anymore but they throw your food at you and run away so you can't even ask. The fish sandwich I got was hard and cold and had very little tartar sauce . I btought it back and they had me wait after the drive thru area to remake it. I waited 15 mins and the girl told me it took long because they had to remake it. I opened it up and it was full of spit , alot of spit. Not extra tartar sauce . It was gross . read more

In the last year, every time I order a large fry, which is my regular order I ask for extra crispy and extra salt. I get neither every single time. The same thing today just now I picked another order no extra salt not even crispy let alone extra crispy and it tasted like an old order didn't taste fresh at all. Awful location. Called ahead of time twice to see if a menu item was available; was told it was TWICE. Came specifically for it and was told they don't have it... the "manager" there is awful too, horrible customer service. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff is unprofessional, rude and should definitely not be in the service industry! I visited the drive-through today at 4:35 PM and the rudeness began right when I pulled up. The drive-thru cashier kept getting my order wrong and then yelled at me to just place my order! I drove up to the window instead of yelling back. The window was empty and a different girl came back to take my order. When I got to window number two, the girl threw the bag of food at me and slammed the window. I will never go back to this McDonald's ever again! Once I was babysitting my nephew for a weekend. He was about 3, and I had picked him up from preschool and we went to explore the tide pools in OB. After we were done, we headed to Pt Loma and on the way he said he needed to go to the bathroom. We were headed to McDonals to grab dinner anyway so I told him he had to wait. He then held up the empt water bottle he had downed after our adventure and told me he couldn't wait. I told him to take deep breaths and I pulled into the parking lot. I unbuckled him and we raced into the store. The lady behind the counter saw us rushing and pushed the button to unlock the bathroom. For obvious reasons, they keep the bathroom locked, but I really appreciated that this lady saw we were in a bit of an emegency and helped out! For that...5 stars!!! Yes I am writing a review about McDonald's on Midway mostly because of Ashley actually all because of her. The mobile app I use almost every day wasn't working she said they have an experiencing this and took care of me absolutely wowed me with Customer Service with the best smile. I'm in the customer service industry and This doesn't happen too often! It was fast and friendly and delicious I will return here because of her. I own a company and I would hire her in a heartbeat because of her customer service her attitude and her friendly smile. The food was actually ready by the time I finished this review and I can't believe that McDonald's has such a great employee here kudos to you guys and I hope you give her a promotion and a raise! This is by far the worst McDonald I have ever been to. I ordered a dulce frap and was litteraly the only person in line. I paid at the first window and moved to the second window. After telling me to kindly move forward to the side I waited there for 15 min. I went in and talked to the manager about my wait time and he was sitting there on his phone.
