No straw wait in line for 15 minutes, you would think i get hot fries from the time it takes them to cook. the new guy sticks both his arms in my vehicle with bag and drink rushing me out like i aint been waiting for cold food. its like this ever single time not exactly the same situation. theres little things in the world a regular actual person prays for you might wanna win the lottery u want your house and car debt to be gone and you want hot fries when you go through mcdonalds. because nothing hits more then fresh fries but you arent lucky enough i honestly think at this point your odds of getting struck by lightning are higher why are the masses keeping these joints in business probably the same reason the government gets away with everything it does because nobody cares read more

Most dysfunctional McDonald's I've ever been to. Took 35 min to get a burger and there was no one else there.

Went later in the evening so there wasn't a line. Waited 20 minutes for our order, 2 large meals so that we could also get monopoly stickers. Ended up getting our two large drinks, one sandwich, a 4 piece chicken strip, and one small fry. We spent over $20 and hardly got what we actually ordered. Didn't even get the right sauces. This is pretty common for this location though. Need to start going to other locations instead :( read more

Honestly one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, crap ton of rules, why can't I pee without paying? Why am I only allowed to stay for an hour at a time, I could have gotten a lot of food. I only saw 4 employees that whole time none of which looked or acted friendly. Food was mediocre at best. It was warm but you could tell by the taste it was sitting out for a while. Worse chicken nuggets I've ever gotten for a McDonalds. Barely any tables were clean and the floors were dirty. Play area wasn't even open? Honestly in there would have been the cleanest place they have to offer. Also why can't nobody have a water cup I understand that a lot of kids get water cups to fill it with pop but you can put in the drive through system and give them water instead, it's summer... people need water... Cane here after cedar point... all workers ignored us on multiple occasions.... they saw us multiple times and turned and proceeded to chat with each other. We had to use the electronic ordering system to even get acknowledged. Went to ask for our cups and again got ignored. Took three cups and walked away... now have been waiting for our "fast food" for 5 minutes. And out kids kids meal did not come with his apple slices. read more

Literally wish I could give this place a zero, the line was long and slow I ordered 4 things a small fry and 3 Oreo McFlurrys (one with extra Oreo), and the older reddish blonde haired lady that handed us our McFlurry didn't tell us what one had extra ores (because I literally couldn't tell by just looking at them) so I asked when she came back "do you know what one of these has extra Oreos" and her literally response to me was "I don't know I don't make it" but in such a snappy rude way, I worked fast food for 3 years and I was always told to know exactly what I'm handing out the window because the customer sure won't. Mango pineapple smoothie tasted like Carmel... because they didn't clean the blender. The person who took my order was rude. I didn't hear a single hello, or greeting, or remotely welcoming word from anyone who worked there. I asked for no salt fries for a happy meal, was asked if I wanted extra fries with it, and I said yes please, no salt. The guy at the com said "I heard you". what?! Who is training these people. Literally horrible in every aspect. The lady that took my money in the drive thru today was very pleasant. But the rest of the staff is every time ive been there is rude and act like you don't exist. As a long time lover of Mackee's and a more recent fan of Sandusky, Ohio I can only say the best things about this McDonald's. I'm not one to throw out five star reviews with abandon but this McDonald's? Five stars. Any day of the week. Even though I've only been there one day of the week. Once. There are so many great things to be said about this McDonald's but I only have so much time to Yelp (and you only have so much time to read), so I'll keep it simple. The clientele. A+. I had a lot of people smile at me. I love that. The service. My egg mcmuffin was ready in approximately 98 seconds. What else is there to say? The food. Loved my egg mcmuffin. So much that I got another one at another McDonald's the following day. I can't say it was as good as this but still. The ambience. Cushy seats and Wifi. Hello fancy! And the restrooms. Worst food and incredibly slow service. Our order was one Big Mac, one quarter pounder w cheese, and one large fry. The large fry was half empty, the fries were old and dark brown. My big mac was old, the cheese on the side of the bun had bubbled, it was overheated, so old. My boyfriend's qp w cheese was cold. To top off this extremely poor quality of food, the wait was over 10 minutes, and the receipt was illegible. I was going to fill out the survey. I was unable to do so, since I could not read any of the information on the receipt, so finally I called the store, and after about 15 rings, no one picked up, and I gave up. This was easiest the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I have ever visited. My husband and two daughters (15 & 2) stopped on our way home to Detroit. A worker brought us our food and sang happy birthday to my youngest. Another worker came Into the play area a little while later to see if any of the customers needed anything. The bathrooms were very clean also! I wish that the McDonald's in the Detroit area were this great! read more

Don't go to this McDonalds. The manager on duty was a shorter older lady with reddish blonde hair and was incredibly rude. Their POS system messed up our order and she wouldn't try to remedy it at all. We just wanted the food we paid for but she kept telling us we were lying about ordering. After proving with a mobile bank statement that we had indeed paid, only then did she call her boss and then give us our food. We had to wait 30 min for 4 cheeseburgers.. she was very rude and short with us and everyone including the other workers. On top of all the trash bins being overflowing and trash all over the floor. So we stayed at Camp Sandusky & stopped at 730 am otw home to MI, travel all a lot, visit many McDonalds across country....have never been so rudely treated and had such stale, cold food & coffe was wrong 2X. Drive thru girl, who was "Manager in training" according to the Manager---needed A LOT MORE TRAINING. Mostly on her snarky and childish attitude, as she walked past me & sneered making a guttural "heh" loud sound on my way out the door after already having slammed the drive thru window shut in our faces while we were speaking to her. We tried to explain what we ordered, so she could get a new coffee (since she couldn't read the order correctly). Went inside for a manager (1st X ever) to ask for a refund, because at this point the 2nd "hot coffee" was cold & I incorrect, and she at first refused to agree to find me a manager, until she realized I wasn't going away. While I was able to order right away and the employees were helpful when I needed my sandwich fixed, I was very unimpressed with our wait time and the fact that I got a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Explained to her I did not want to come back up at the moment, she rudely HUNG UP ON ME. went today for lunch, and what do you know, they forgot some of my food again.
