The food was HORRIBLE. I ordered a plain hamburger & a small fry. The bun was hard and crunchy! I've had softer croutons on a salad!! The meat patty had onions on it that I had to pick off (I'm allergic to onions). The fries tasted like cardboard with salt. The drive thru lady was nice; that's the 1 star. Ordered through the drive through, the employee taking our order was nice. However, when we were given our order, just a large Diet Coke, the lady said "here is your Coke Zero" or something along the lines of it being Coke Zero. I said, "No, I'm sorry, I ordered a Diet Coke." And then the employee was like "Oh actually it is a Diet Coke." We drove off and if I would have had more time, we would have gotten back in line because it was a Coke Zero. I waited on line in this McDonald's from 11:00 am to 11:45 am on January 23, 2025. To be told from a McDonald's worker they were only serving the drive thru window. R and I stopped here for a small breakfast this past Sunday morning. R had ordered ahead using the mobile app, and when we went inside, he entered the table where the food was supposed to be delivered. Parking was easy to get; this McDonald's location has a dedicated and free parking lot for its customers, and it has ample parking spaces. It appeared that most of the customers use the drive thru window anyhow. Within 5 minutes of us being there, one of the employees yelled out R's name, letting him know that the order was ready. R yelled back to him, "Aren't you bringing it to us? That's what I requested." The employee said, "Oh." and brought the order to us. The food (Egg McMuffin, Egg and sausage McGriddle, and hash browns) was ok. Tables were left dirty and weren't cleaned after customers left. There wasn't an option of getting water refills from the self-serve beverage dispensers. I understand why the kids' play area is closed, but I don't understand why the entire big dining area is also closed in that section. The dining area closest to the entrance and the order counter is actually smaller than the dining area near the play area. I looked in the play area dining area, which is separate from the other dining area, and there were boxes on some of the tables, making it look like that area was being used for storage. Although I gave this a 3-star rating, I'm not sure I would recommend coming to this location. read more

I thought everything was okay when I was charged for the order because I gave the pin to my friend then when he got up there they refused to give him the order because the nfc was not triggered. By the far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been too. I was stuck in the drive thru line between two cars for so long I was able to listen to Beyoncé's newest album "Cowboy Carter" all the way through. THAT IS OVER AN HOUR!! (Quick PSA: everyone go stream and listen it is fantastic), and no one came and took an order. Who ever owns this needs to be fired and corporate needs to take over. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It's that infamous. Once we received our orders, about 15 minutes later. I double checked the bag. All the correct boxes were there. There was an extra box of fries that we didn't order originally but was added to our bill for whatever reason (????). Thumbs up for the unwanted add-on, folks. We get home, open up the boxes and we realise the Premium Buttermilk Crispy Chicken didn't look right. I'm halfway into eating this sandwich and it didn't taste right either. This imposter was definitely sitting in the right box but since when did the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken have shredded lettuce? Then it clicked: the staff intentionally, out of pure laziness took a McChicken and placed it into a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken box. It took them 15 minutes to concoct this plan? They could've said "Hey, we ran out", "Hey, we're too lazy to fry this" or "Hey, we spent 15 minutes not working and this is what we could come up with. Let me refund you your money." But this, this was intentional with the intent to defraud. This was definitely one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at ANY McDonalds (domestically and internationally). Terrible service. I have visited this location twice: 1. Late night visit on a Friday night with a ridiculous drive-thru line - I ended up backing up to leave the drive-thru line 2. Saturday breakfast with a very short drive-thru line (no cars ahead of me, and only 2 cars behind) 1. This location needs to figure out that it's one of the few places open late at night on Roswell Rd, and people tend to get hungry after a Friday night out. The place had maybe 1 or 2 people manning the drive-thru at night, and there were AT LEAST 10 cars in the barely moving line. 2. The drive-thru was pretty quick, but the service was rude - not the best way to start a Saturday morning. I ordered a Big Breakfast, Sausage McMuffin, hashbrown, and coffee. However, I ended up with no Hashbrown and Coffee. Partially my fault for now looking at my receipt before driving to the food pickup window, but the attendant at food pickup gave me an attitude when I asked if it was possible for me to just pay for hashbrown and coffee with her. She just stared at me and said, "You didn't pay for it, so go around and order again." Attitude really makes a difference. I would've gone around again (since there was pretty much no line) if she had been nicer about it. I'll just go to Waffle House from now on... Go anywhere else for your fast food. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is fast, interior is clean and the food is good. I have zero complaints and this is the only location I'll be going to from now on.
