This is legitimately THE WORST mcdonals I have ever been to.. I have been twice in the last week, not by choice I might add. The first time I went through the drive through.. 1st I made my order and there was no one at the window to pay.. (I never actually ended up paying) 2nd I drove up to the window and they tried to give me the wrong meal.. when corrected I was thrown two small fries. Wrong. Corrected. This time a cheese burger. Wrong. 3 rd times a charm right? Wrong again. On the 4th try I was told to park and the curb and was forgotten there. I went in to get my final order.. it was wrong again. I left. Disclaimer: I ordered one hamburger only ketchup. They also got the girls plain coffee in front of me.. wrong.. too. So take two.. I was now intrigued could a fast food location be that bad or was it an off day for them. Spoiler Alter: THAT BAD. This time I went in and ordered a hammer only ketchup again. It took 10 minutes to get the first hamburger and it was.. you guess it.. wrong. Keep in mind I was one of three in the store and the store employees almost tripled the guest. The women next to me asked if they had apple pies the cashiers response was "don't ask me questions" she and I then had a bonding glance. As customers rolled in displeasure seemed to be almost contagious.. with good reason. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, I hope corporate sees this review. read more

Yes it's true. This McDonald's is horrible. The slowest, worst service in the fast food industry. Update on another try: AC is broken so it's 85 degrees inside. Nobody around to take order. Worst experience for a whole... customer service gotta do better... they keep messing up orders. Today the first window the girl just told me prices no repeating order back to me. (I'm being nice) I asked nicely my order was incorrect she "claim " she asked me if that's my order (she never did). Girl second window switch her tone with me. I got my order I check my food (parking lot is tiny) their car parked waiting for pick up I'm guessing, clerk asked to go around the car so I try, the clerk come back said " lady, I told you move around the car." I have never given a 1 star rating in my life, but this place is the first. It took 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru, and we came at an off hour. This is McDonald's, so it should be pretty turnkey. The staff were slow, unhelpful, and rude. I would avoid this location at all costs. read more

I placed my order at the kiosk and received a partial order 5 minutes later - the drink was missing. The employee said he would be right back. 10 minutes later I brought my food back to the counter and told them to remake it because it was now cold. Another 10 minutes and I finally received my meal and drink, but the sandwiches were made wrong. I wasn't about to wait another 10 minutes for another remake! Never coming back to this location! This restaurant started off great when new owners took over. As expected though the service has gone far down hill. Don't even try to get a curbside pick up everytime so far I've had to come in and check on my order after waiting for 20 minutes or so. Drive thru is unfriendly and slowwwww. Unfortunately this McDonald's has turned completely in the last 6 months from a place I enjoyed going to a place I only go if I absolutely have to. The local Burger King, Chick-fil-A, zaxbys, and even Taco Bell have service head and shoulders above here. read more

Lately, I've found myself eating at many McDonalds for convenience while being out on business. My opinion has bee going up . Served hot , McDonald's food is OK as fast food restaurants go . It says 24/7, but as I was pulling up a guy yelled at me and said " We're CLOSED!" There were 5 people inside sitting around and eating. I've been through this location before and they were open at this time. Also, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been. They always either forget an item I've ordered every single time. Been to this McDonalds too many times to count. Which is like two times a year for the last three years. This is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The food is always hot and prepared well. The staff are kind and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back. Side note. It does have a play area and it is very nice. read more

Had to leave a review before I even ate my meal! Advertised prices are a joke they have been price gouging here! Dbl quarter meal is advertised as $6.69 both on line and on the billboard but they charged $10.28. The Big Mac should be $5.99 but was $8.78. Showing a roughly 30% increase. The lady said it was corporate office who changed the prices and they have not been updated but she was totally having an attitude when we questioned her. Y'all need to STOP ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERS AND LISTEN. They need to be happy I gave my life to god and changed for my son or I woulda fought the front window crew . Point blank their rude and go back and forth about who messed up instead of just saying my bad and giving me the items I ordered. Sad location. Ate there yesterday & they were clearly understaffed. Only 1 girl (& she was new) working the registers. She would disappear to the back every few minutes for unknown reasons. Even with a line 6-deep of ppl trying to order. The place was very dirty. Floor in desperate need of sweeping. Coke machine had spilled liquid all in front of it. I believe 2 managers were even there & not doing much -if anything- to remedy the overall mess of the place. No one really seemed to want to be there. Food was tepid (unmelted cheese slice on my unwarm biscuit) & fries unsalted. We won't return. read more

We stopped by McD's on the way home around 11:30pm and realized their employee did not give back our credit card. Turns out the employee went on a shopping spree and spent $506.39 at Foot Locker and $381.15 at Kid's Foot Locker. We called McD's and have been unable to get through. There's not much to say about the food here. I eat it because it's a guilty pleasure sometimes. Service-wise, it's probably one of the worst ones out there for the drive-thru - If you go during an off hour, anytime between 9pm- midnight, it's likely you'll be waiting for a fresh batch of fries which somehow can take 15-30 min? - That one time they said they were sold out of chicken in all its forms: sandwich, wrap and nuggets. Boggles my mind how this was possible, but ok. - Asking for honey mustard sauce, but receiving BBQ instead. Bleh. - Ordering the regular cheeseburger but received the double cheeseburger. Not that I was complaining, but given the last point I made about sauce, this place doesn't fulfill orders well. - More recently, a closed second lane but all orders on the screen appeared in the closed lane's screen and not in the first lane. And yet, I'll still return for the glutton in me that hearts McDonald's fries. read more

This is the worst Mc Donald's I have EVER been to. I was forced to get food here late at night as Waffle House had a wait and I was starved and exhausted. There were two other cars in the drive-thru, so I figured with this places reputation I could still get in and out in less time than Waffle House and I had a small amount of hope that my order would be correct. I ordered a chicken nugget meal with a Sprite. It only took 20 minutes for me to get my meal! The staff were exceptional at being rude and acting like asking for ketchup and honey was the most annoying thing that had happened to them that year. I'll make this clear, I waited 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food, I had already waited over 10 minutes to get them to take my order. I pulled up to check my food, the fries were stone cold as were my 6 nuggets instead of 10. Waffle house would have been faster and at least the food would have been edible. This was the last time. I went through the drive-thru last night and sat there for 15 minutes and no one ever said anything. I drove around and came back and the same thing. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the Atlanta área. The late night drive through is slooooooow, the people working there are clearly unhappy and the way they speak to customers is beyond rude. I tried to order two different chicken sandwiches and the girl in the drive through said, "we don't have those". I said ok "tell me what you do have" ... she yelled, "I just told you we don't have no chicken!" These are the type of people that leave a bad impression on the rest of the community. I have been to much better, cleaner, friendlier McDonalds! The employees at the Drive thru are not very nice at all and never smile and really have nothing nice to say at all. Every time i have gone through the drive thru I have had something missed off my order. So i gave up on the drive thru and just go inside if im desperate enough for a cheese burger! The absolute worst McDonald's anywhere ever! I just watched an Uber rats driver and the cashier get into a fight about who is supposed to make the drinks for the delivery order. The three people in front of me all drove away with out getting their food. The cashier decided to yell her case to everyone else there saying "why I gotta do it?" And instead of anyone coming to the window to take my money they all walked by and stared at me. I sat there watching for about five minutes being ignored and drove off myself. It seems late in the nights they close one of the twin drive through order menu's. It sucks when you are behind some one indecisive asking what's inside of a double cheese burger. Some things I also noticed they changed. Apple pies are not 2 for $1 here. Some of the sandwich prices are little higher. They also took a while to get my order ready and still forgot my fries. This store #662 is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've eaten at McDonald's all over the world and this one has the rudest and most incompetent staff. 2 order speakers, evidently both broken b/c no one ever greeted me. Finally drove to the window to order. Posted any size drink for $1 - but charged me $1.49 & had the nerve to tell me it was tax! Since when does Sndy Spgs, GA have a 49% tax rate? Also, only filled it @ 70%. Even while ordering in person, they still did not input my order correctly. Ordered 2 for $4 sausage & egg McMuffins; got 1 for $3. Ordered a Bacon McDbl & did not get bacon. When I noted that the reader board said in 5 or 6 places that any size drink was $1 & that it's false advertising to charge more, they argued with me that they're a franchise & they could charge what they wanted. MGR on duty said she COULD give me my money back but that she didn't HAVE to. She made a crew member refund me from her own money. This is the rudest staff I've ever encountered, & this was not an isolated incident at this location.There was 1 crew member that was not rude to my face (nice girl in all black), but everyone else should absolutely be relieved of their duties immediately. We've visited 4 times and never actually been able to get food. The first two times we waited in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes before leaving without even getting to the pay window. The third time, mid day and the doors were locked. We were waved to the drive thru which the line wasn't moving so we left. The fourth and last time we will ever visit, we sat in the drive thru got over 15 minutes and again never even got to the pay window. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in not only Georgia, but the US and the entire world (and we've been to Mc Donald's in Germany, Japan, France, and Italy). THE WORST. You're handling my food. - not being able to take a debit cards -- cash only. Who carries cash? It's not 1995 - twice we have driven away after sitting in the line 20 plus minutes with no one communicating with us. Not even and McIntroduction. - the attitude of the drive thru attendants, their manner of speaking and tone is deplorable. They are short, flippant, rude and unprofessional. I know that this isn't the Ritz Carlton but it takes little effort to be polite. - being out of quarter pounder patties -- it's McDonalds! Major inventory issues. - an order for 2 Dollar Menu items totaling $7.42. Ummm.. not a mathematician but comeonn. - McFlurry machine need a McAnic (mechanic). It is consistently mcBroken.
