Anytime we can I stop here I love their wings. Flavor and value is always good. The service was awesome I ordered on my phone and it was ready and correct when I pulled to the drive in. A lot of places don't let you mobile order and drive through so that was a cool option. Restaurant looked well kept on the outside beautiful building. read more

I always try and avoid eating too much fast food, but I'm always finding myself at this Zaxby's, maybe at least twice a month. Personally, Zaxby's is at the top, when it comes to fast food. This location simply validates my feelings. I have never had a bad experience coming here. The food is always delicious and consistent. My common go-to order is usually the Big Zax Snax, which comes with 3 tenders, fries, toast and a drink. Their chicken is always juicy, which is quite surprising when it comes to fast food. They also don't just use salt on their french fries, they add cajun seasoning as well. Plus, their Zax sauce is the cream of the crop of fast food sauces. I also have really enjoyed their signature sandwich, and boneless wings. The key thing about this location is their consistency, I'm never disappointed with the taste or the quality of the food. Aside from the food, the interior is hip and regional. The service is usually pretty good and the place is clean. This location certainly gets my seal of approval! read more

This Location is unbelievably terrible, i always come to this location on a frequent basis with no problem whatsoever. Until today, i always get the Wings N Things Combo. i was having a normal day feeling completely fine until i came to this location. I did consume all of the food. a few hours later, i began to feel shaky & hot and i felt really sick , i didn't realize what was going on until i realize i had food poisoning. i did in fact call the store and one of the shift leaders who wouldn't identify her name i have videos of this young woman. just simply being disrespectful. i've never experienced anything like this i mean come on have some compassion. there wasn't anything done about it and i will take this as far as it can go she needs to be fired immediately or other bystanders will just continue to get sick and nothing is being done about it. read more

Has always been very quick with our orders & to top it all off we recently ordered our food as they were opening without realizing. We pulled up about 15m too early and were going to cancel our order but they saw it was a simple order of 2 fries & 2 drinks and just threw it together for us. Great management and great timing. read more

So I usually don't write about a fast food place unless it's just awful and I want to steer people away from that location. So, on the flip side, I wanted to praise the workers of this Zaxby's on Roswell Road near the Pep Boys. Been going a few times a month via drive thru, and they have got the assembly line down! I rarely wait more than a few minutes, the orders are right, and I never fear seeing a long line of cars. Like, even Chick-fil-a can learn from this location. I'm amazed at the speed of actually having your food in hand. The Steak n Shake that closed down around here used to be a nightmare; the Taco Bell a block down the road is STILL a nightmare. So, definitely hit up Zaxby's if you wanna quickly get your food and head on back home. read more

Check your order before leaving!!! We just got home from the drive thru. The lady who handed us our meal couldn't speak English and messed up our order. Called and spoke with GM, Cody when we got home. He can only offer a 10% discount on next visit. They have also cut the amount of chicken in their black and blue salad in half which is the death rattle for most restaurants....I'll give them 6 months. In the meantime they lost a customer! read more

The manager is the worst person I've ever felt with customer service wise. They had an online promo for buy 10 get 10 I placed my online order and wanted to call to make sure I added the promo. They can obviously see the order is online and he refused to help me or add the promo onto my order. read more

The drive-thru line does move quickly, even when there are like 5-6 cars ahead of me. However, the customer service is not good here. There's a rude teenage boy that works here. I asked for an extra straw he just flat out ignored me, like I hadn't even said anything. I kept saying "Excuse me, excuse me," and he just wouldn't my acknowledge me. Then he handed me my food like it was such an imposition. He almost tossed into the car. Like handing over it politely is too hard. read more

Decided to give this place a try since there are no raising Canes in Georgia(from the Midwest). This place is a disappointment. I ordered the 4 chicken tender box, which should have been called a 2 tender box due to the size of the chicken tenders. They tasted ok but mine were overlooked. The bread they give is just buttered up so much that it taste awful . Honestly the best part if the box is the seasoned fries. Also the Zax sauce comes in a prepackaged container unlike the homemade Canes sauce. It taste like Thousand island dressing but wirThis place has a lot of catching up to do because Canes is the clear favorite. read more

Zaxby's is the very popular fried chicken chain that I'd never tried until last week. I wanted a super fast meal but couldn't bring myself to go to a sandwich shop, and I was randomly driving around and saw this shiny, new Zaxby's building. As I pulled into the driveway, I also saw a shiny new sign for their ranchero salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, corn, black beans, tortilla strips, and grilled chicken with picante ranch dressing. I've had this salad twice now, and I really like it. The greens in the salad are dark greens, which I prefer, and it says a lot that a restaurant with a drive thru gives you dark greens while a sit down restaurant that charges $12 for a salad gives you a crap ton of iceberg lettuce. Also, I'm not a fan of ranch dressing because it's so heavy and thick, but this version is much thinner - still creamy but not as heavy. I know it's odd to get a salad at a fast food restaurant, but that's how I roll these days. Just a regular Zaxby's chain. This location is usually pretty clean and I've never had any problems with the staff before. I always get the wings and things which is pretty good. Only complaint I have with this place is that sometimes the wings seem/taste not so fresh, like they were sitting out for hours and they just slabbered on some sauce and popped it in the microwave. Other times though it's fresh, so it's a hit or miss with place. read more

Wings were old and discolored; chips were over cooked. Overall low quality food. Cashier was friendly and the restaurant was clean, so I'll try it one more time. Otherwise I'll have to find a different Zaxby's. Invest in higher quality wings and you'll get more repeat customers. read more

This location is hit or miss. Service is usually fine from what I recall. Ate here last Sunday & the chicken fingers were good but very small. Much smaller than @ other locations. And that's been the norm almost from when they first opened. Plus the fries were room temp at best. For my $, I'd rather drive a little farther to get better fingers from another Zaxbys. I ordered a salad once in their drive-thru & it was pretty good. Kinda sad since this location is still pretty new. Corporate (or the owner) might want to read the comments they're apparently overlooking on Yelp. read more

YAY! No more going to Holcomb Bridge Rd or into Buckhead for a Zalad or a Big Zax Snack!! They finally tore down the old Arby's that had been sitting empty for several years. The last action this lot got was Tyler Perry using the old Arby's to film "Madea's Big Happy Family". I believe they just opened this week. I noticed they were open yesterday. I tried online ordering for the first time. The ordering process went smoothly To get to the drive-thru you have to go to the back of the parking lot and circle around. It's kinda weird and I'm hoping it doesn't cause problems, like traffic jams in the parking lot. I like where you can come in on one side and leave on the other side. The only mishap was that I tried the wings, for the first time. I ordered spicy honey BBQ. Upon arrival I was told that promotion ended last week...someone needs to update the online menu. I got the regular BBQ, which has a lil kick to it...not bad at all. The manager also let me try the sweet and sour spicy sauce, on the side. Great customer service! The drive-thru moved quickly! Other than that I picked up 2 house Zalads...one fried and one grilled. Unfortunately, the fried wasn't mine...cuz I'm trying to do better...and my body will thank me later! read more

Service in the drive-thru was quick and friendly, even if the drive-thru lanes are situated a little strangely. When you pull into the parking lot you basically have to make a big U-turn in the back to swing around into the drive-thru section. It's not that complicated but I am sure it will confuse many people! Our food was delicious and fresh - we took two meals to go and didn't get to dig in until twenty minutes later so you know that's saying something for fast food. No complaints. read more

I spent $40 on dinner for my family, I ordered the zensation salad which everyone knows has a sauce on it then they give you ginger dressing. I have no dressing in bag, it's not like I can just add ranch to my salad to solve the problem due to the sauce already on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RETURN read more

I ordered Cheddar Bites. When I got home the box of food was nearly empty. To charge me and not provide me with the full order isn't appropriate. I called the establishment the next day & an employee told me I had to come into the establishment and I would be given a refund. I came in later that same day with my receipt, I was greeted by a manager named Elena, I told her about my conversation when I called the location earlier. She refused to offer me a refund along with all of the other cashiers. I asked if they could just give me another order with the correct amount of food as that would be sufficient, they all refused. Elena went to make a phone call and said she'd be back. After 15 minutes of me just standing there, & no other staff members being willing to help me I just left. This location has extremely horrific customer service and poor behavior towards customers by their employees. Do better. read more

Ordered take out, a chicken tender meal. Chicken was really good, fries were awesome. The onion rings were all stuck together and soggy. Cole slaw is a very small portion, and wasnt as tasty as the photos online look. Going to try the wings next time and maybe eat in the restaurant instead of going thru the drive thru. read more

I was greeted immediately as I walked in. By a guy who I guess was a manager. He promptly suck my order and thanked me for coming in. My salad was made in a few minutes and was delicious. The sweets he was sweet not so much. Still enjoyable. The overall ambience is country Kitch. The restaurant is kept very clean with The exception of some missed napkins under a table here and there but you can tell they work hard to keep the place clean. read more

I had the worst experience in the drive thru, the employee Jose ignored all of my requests and messed up my order 2 times!! I requested to have my drink after paying for my order and Jose ignored me and wouldn't give me my drink until one of the managers had to tell him to do it. Then proceeded to make rude facial expressions towards me. I've never felt so disrespected at an establishment in my life! I would probably never go to this location again due the the horrible customer experience. read more

This location is just south of Abernathy Road on Roswell Rd even though this map shows that it's around Hammond. The turn in sucks because Roswell Rd is hectic and jam packed. The drive through at this location is quick in comparison to most. I've never had an issue! read more

You'll come inside, mutation and order on the right-hand side where you see the neon sign, but when you go to the brewery itself, just know that there is free parking and there is plenty of parking at the facility. There's only one person there, and they're actually behind there stacking the food up to be picked up, so don't expect somebody to keep bringing food to you. Hot chicken sandwich - the sandwich was good, but typically the sandwiches are already pretty decent anyway. I got mine hot, but it wasn't like it was overly hot whatsoever. It had a nice little kick to it, but I could have gone further, but it was still a good sandwich. Brussel sprouts - the Brussels sprouts were okay, but I probably would not get them again. They didn't taste like they were seasoned at all, or very well. I mean, maybe a pinch of salt, but barely that. In the cup, you only got like six half pieces of Brussels sprouts. For paying almost $5 to get three full Brussels sprouts, that wasn't really worth it to me. Tater tots - the tater tots were really good, and they got quite a bit of them. They didn't come with anything, so you can get what you wanted as far as a condiment goes, but they were super hot and super crispy. Chicken tenders - so these are basically like chicken bites or chicken nuggets, I guess, and you can get them tossed in whatever sauce you want. I got mine with the hot lemon pepper variation. It was really good, but at the same time I probably should have picked one instead of the mix of it. With the hot lemon pepper situation, it was basically like lemon pepper and buffalo, but all you really tasted was buffalo, because the buffalo is so powerful you really don't taste anything else. My coworker grabbed a turkey burger for himself. Food came out pretty quickly. My coworker went to the restroom and I started going into my wings. Perfectly crispy and the sauce was good. The house made blue cheese was not really good. My coworker came back, and as he was sitting down, a baby roach crawled out from under his burger. I had eaten half my wings at that point, and just opted to finish them. But the smell of fabuloso started to make sense. Our waitress took the burger away and my coworker just opted to leave. We came here over a month ago. Just a lil Friday girls night after a long week. I think I've only…read morebeen here twice before. Once for Music Bingo and another time it was Trivia night. Both super fun and competitive!! Tonight they had a 3 person band. They played all the catchy sing along songs and a few that had people getting up to do a little dancing. Not us though we just watched. Live music always makes for a great family friendly atmosphere. We tried some new food items. It was not necessarily was my fav., but next time we'll pick something we like a little better.
