**Newly-Remodeled location** I LOVE this franchise's food - have for many, many years. But recently, they've started using antibiotics in their chicken, which gives this "off" flavor from what this seasoned veteran is accustomed to. Additionally, I noticed the once-hearty chicken breast size has diminished as well - not exactly encouraging when spending $12-$15 on a combo meal. Dare I say it... Should I ¿try? I came here for lunch today at around 1:25 pm, choosing to eat inside. Parking was easy to find, but it's not all that safe to walk from the car to the entrances into Chick-fil-A due to either people driving around the restaurant too fast, or drivers not watching for people who have to walk between cars lined up in the double laned drive thru. I used my mobile app to order a chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a Sunjoy half lemonade and half unsweetened iced tea, and entered my table number so that one of the employees would know where to bring my food. In spite of this place being very busy with the majority of customers going through the drive thru, I didn't have to wait too long for my food. During my wait, I noticed that there were still some people who came inside to order their food and took it to go. However, there was a small majority of customers who ate inside. I counted maybe 5 tables at the most being occupied while I was there (and I'm including my table too). A smiling employee delivered my food on a tray to me, pausing as he got to the table, asking, "Kevin?" The food was served hot, the drink cold. The chicken in the sandwich was decently thick breast meat that was bigger than the bun. The chicken was delicious. The waffle fries were ... meh. I'd be glad if they were at least a little crispy, but these were fried but still soft/limp. I'm glad I ordered ketchup to dip them into because the fries were also flavorless. My drink was ok; the mixture tasted more on the lemonade side than the iced tea. While I was eating, I tried to listen to music from my phone through my bluetooth ear pieces, but had to turn it off because of four obnoxiously loud employees who thought it was okay to laugh and yell (yes, YELL!) to each other, no matter if they were standing right next to each other or across the room from each other, and they kept it going. The three women and one man were so loud that I noticed other customers looking at them. One woman sitting at a nearby table was bothered by them, too, and she stopped using her ear pieces and just turned her speaker volume up. I would have thought the remodel would make service better, but I was wrong. The parking lot has very few places, and going from the tiny parking lot is a nightmare. Not only do you have one lane to navigate, you now have two of them to dodge. The food is very slow in coming and the workers are often just standing around waiting for orders. I was behind a car and was brought my food, but a car in front of me was waiting for their order. I couldn't get out of line, so I was forced to wait. Ten minutes later, they finally had a their order finished but now my food was cold. I haven't been to a Chik Fil A location that didn't have issues but these issues are avoidable. I really, really like Chick-fil-A as a company and have lectured for years (business at a university in Atlanta) about how their customer service, quality and business model is a best-in-class experience. I also think reviews of fast food restaurants are mostly futile. However, this experience was so infuriating that I thought I'd jot it down just IN CASE someone's on the fence about whether to get food delivery from the Sandy Springs CFA. Here's the abbreviated timeline of what happened: 11:10 ordered four sandwiches, two salads and a drink (about $65) 12:10 sandwiches and drink arrived (from a CFA employee). I asked about the salads (about $28 worth of food after tax and tip), and the CFA driver said to call and they'd refund me. (Meanwhile, my wife and her mother needed to find something else to eat.) 12:20 I tried to call restaurant. No answer. Left a message. Never called back. 2:00 Call the "Chick-fil-A cares" line on the app. They said they'd have someone contact me. Didn't happen. 4:10 Tried the restaurant again. Someone picked up. Told him about the two salads. He said he'd get someone to help. I was on hold for ten minutes before hanging up. 4:30 called the care line again and asked how I'd receive a refund? They said someone would call me. Nope. FOUR DAYS LATER I received an automated email from the GM, Lawson Bailey, suggesting I GO THERE so they can give me a free salad. LOL. I had to go to the trouble of challenging the expense with my credit card company before being refunded the $28. These guys will no doubt survive on that 285 traffic, but I'm one less customer they can count on. read more

Not sure why the low rating but I've been here twice now in a 4 month span and been quite happy with both my food and experience. The location is convenient but busy...off of Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. Last time our fries tasted like super burned oil, this time I didn't get fries but I found a hair in my sandwich I took it to manager and while refunding he kept asking did you use any gift card, reward, WTH I'm back looking at my receipt and it clearly says I have used my credit card as a total charge of 11.49 how could he not figure it out is another wonder. It's a rather minuscule issue, but the fact that it happens 8/10 times that I go there is a little ridiculous. I ask for sauces and I get none. When I received my food my driver Johnathan advised that they had forgot to give him my beverage. He then explained to me that he would go back to the restaurant and bring me my drink and refund it. That did not happen. He then calls once back at the restaurant to advise that he is the only driver and would it be ok if he provided me with a reward and a refund instead of bringing the drink back. I advised yes even though I was already irritated that the food was cold, I agreed bc I understand that things happen. I woke up today with no credit on my account nor reward which led me to make this complaint. I'm not pleased at all because this has never happened to me at Chick-fil-A. read more

I ordered $250 of catering on 8/7/22 to be picked up by 11:15am on 8/8/22. I arrived inside the CFA at 11:10am somewhat expecting it to be ready because their website and receipts clearly states "promised by 11:15am". The person behind the counter said they were preparing the food and that it would be ready shortly, he retrieved the drinks and gave them to me. At 11:25 I was still standing by the pickup area. The store operator had walked by me multiple times and never said anything. I know it was him because his picture is posted right there and he was the only person not wearing a CFA outfit but walking through the kitchen. So I went back to the counter and asked a guy in a black polo if he could help me with my order. After about another 10-15 minutes he came back with my food and explained none of the food had been prepared. I at this point was late to the business lunch I was getting the food for. I should have checked the bags for the sauces I specifically requested in the online order I completed but of course it wasn't there. So, my food was late and the order was t completed as requested. I makes it so much worse that the operator walked by multiple times and never said anything, never came out after they realized there was a problem. Clearly this location is successful in-spite of its service. Just further evidence of the chick-fil-a brand going down the crapper. I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The cashier was very friendly. Overall, it was very clean inside, and the condiments were fully stocked. I went here to try Chick-fil-A's new Mac-N-Cheese, and was not disappointed. The order came out in less than 5 seconds. The Mac-N-Cheese was extremely cheesy. I love Chick-fil-a, but there have been multiple orders where something was left out. They are so busy that I don't always check my bag before leaving the drive-thru, but never again. I have had multiple times where they left out a cookie, which they ended being very nice and allowing me to cookies for free the next time I came, but they have also left out salad dressings and other sauces. Who can eat a salad without dressing?!? Super frustrating and ruins the whole salad! This has happened to me in the drive-thru, ordering delivery through the app and ordering on uber eats. There are two reasons why this location isn't getting my 5 stars. First, we asked if on one of the kids meals, could we just get a grilled cheese instead of chicken nuggets. The reason is because one of the kids is a vegetarian. Every Chick Fil A prior had been accommodating. However, the guy behind the counter said that this wasn't possible. Sucks because that meant the child could eat either fries or a fruit cup for lunch since there are no vegetarian options for kids. Second, I wish (in a perfect world) that Chick Fil A helped monitor the kids play area. I say this because a child who was a lot bigger than mine kept kicking the kids. I couldn't see the kid in the tunnel doing it, but my child came out crying twice. The big kid's mom probably had no idea and I didn't feel like dealing with confrontation as we all sometimes need a break. I just wish that a third party was there to tell him that he was too big, not being nice, and needed to apologize. That's all read more

WORST ChickFilA I've ever been to. Every time i have vistited this location, i have been in pain quickly after i eat the food. The fries at this location are never actually cooked through. And i believe they definitely use old cooking oil. The young kids taking the orders in the drive thru do their job okay but have no sense of hospitality or how to communicate properly with customers.
