Although Angel was awesome, we did have some issues with our overall experience. First of all, there was a very large party in the back right side of the restaurant with lots of kids in it. We wanted no part of that and requested to be seated on the opposite side of the restaurant so we can talk without all the commotion and management would not accommodate our request because they said the AC was down over there. Secondly, something horrible is going on with sewer gasses seeping its way into the dining room. This is something that needs to be addressed promptly. The third issue we had was with the menu. The menu stated that the (MIX) Fajitas we ordered would include Shrimp, Beef, and Chicken for $25, when we received the bill it was an additional $2 for the shrimp, when we brought it to the attention of Angel he said the shrimp was $2 more, we did complain but nothing came of it; in my opinion they need to clarify this in the menu because to me MIX means a variety of all the meat options. Finally, the last issue is the price for margaritas. The well large margarita with nothing special added is $18. I've had much larger margaritas for $10 and $11 elsewhere, not sure where they get off charging so much for a well margarita. On the upside, our fajitas were delicious, they had a much larger mix of vegetables when compared to our last visit; however, the skillet was not sizzling when it arrived, thankfully it was hot. Although I wasn't satisfied with the size of the margarita, it was very tasty. They could do a better job on the chips and salsa situation. They claim that if you ask for extra then there is an upcharge, they haven't charged us both times we've been here when asking for more. If they did, I would be a little more upset that the chips are served stale versus fresh, they could easily remedy this by warming them before sending out to alleviate this issue. I would come back again but honestly if that sewer smell is still their next time around, I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them going forward.

The first thing we noticed upon arrival was that Both the McDonalds and Denny's lighted store signs were off. Not a big deal for us but if I was the business owner, I would be all over that. Once inside I waited at least 5 minutes to place an order. Not bad but there was no one in front of me and maybe two or three cars in the drive thru. The main register clerk was in the back and the other workers seemed to be standing around and did not acknowledge my presence. The odd thing about the whole experience was one of the male workers was walking around between the register area and where the guests would wait in line (where I was standing) with his arm in a makeshift sling. He was using a cotton web style Dickies belt to keep his arm in a sling-like-position but was wandering around doing nothing. How hard would it be to say "someone will be right with you"? I ordered two 6-piece McNugget's and two McDouble's from the 2 for $3 menu. The order total was $6.42, which is not a bad deal at all. However, the register clerk neglected to add the BBQ sauce to my order, so then I waited again for someone to acknowledge my presence. It's a shame, the manager was the one who dropped off my order but couldn't take the time to verify I was happy before, blurting out my order number then quickly walking away. Finally, the young gal working the fryer stopped what she was doing to assist. While I will give credit to the lovely man in the drive thru taking orders trying his best, but afterwards was with a service team that DID NOT CARE whatsoever, with people visibly on their phones and doing nothing on the floor while they were immensely backed up and an employee walking up with food that was not ours and then saying she had to fully reset the machine and then afterwards will get to it, with no explanation as to why, and then promptly shut the window, while I understand being backed up and needing to be quick, still at least grace us with "pull up front" to not be in the way for the person behind us. Almost another half hour later to get warm "iced" coffee which is baffling, was it just left sitting on the counter long enough for any ice inside to melt? While I do feel bad being so scathing and upset but I feel that even with as low standards as a fast food chain, there should at the very least be decent service and just a slight attempt at getting food out on time. I have been to this location before and it's a plaguing issue with food never coming out on time and a lack of customer service but this took the cake with just how uncaring the whole thing was taken and the lack of respect or consideration is emblematic of how this location is maintained and managed with lackluster customer service for the several years this place has existed for. Please just go further down the road and order from the one by Downtown, the food is more fresh and with superior service times. Do not waste your money and time here.
