Now I've seen the slander of Arby's everywhere and still decided to give it a try nd well the slander isn't wrong. Ordered a simple 3 piece tender meal, first tender I bit into wouldn't even let me bite it, forget chewy it was literally rejecting me biting it! That's disgusting it wasn't even edible. Now the workers here are super helpful and nice but that doesn't help how nasty my experience was. I also got a chess take to try and it was pretty okay and probably the safest thing to get. I've heard people say..who's keeping them in business? It's me. I love Arby's. Always have. Always will. The employees were fantastic. They were friendly and happy to serve. Our food all came out piping hot. Those delicious curly fries almost burned my mouth but that didn't deter me from digging right in. My gyro had a great meat to topping ration with just the right amount of tzaiki sauce. The drive thru was full yet moved quickly. Clearly I'm not the only one who understands the hype here. Do yourself a favor and order the white cheddar Mac and cheese (limited time seasons item). Maybe wash it down with a jamocha shake. Also, their app is great. We were out and about running errands and Arby's was right there so we decided good choice for lunch. Justin was our employee member that took our order and handed it to us at the window. He was friendly and our order was correct. We did not go inside so can not comment on the ambiance of the restaurant. read more

This Arby's has been here for years and years. They're located in a cozy shaded corner next to a McDonald's. I am forever obsessed with their seasoned curly fries and jamocha shakes. And I can't eat their roast beef without that fabulous horsey sauce. I always use the drive thru, so service is generally good and friendly. This visit, my server seemed less than thrilled to be there. Attitude is everything. Don't worry, with all the coupons they send in the mail, I'll be back for more! read more

The low rating is due to the taste of beef. It tasted like I have always known it to, but for some reason the beef was too salty and I could barely swallow it down. I'm guessing the factory that provides the processed beef must have changed the recipe. read more

My family and friends have been going to this Arby's for nearly 20 years and the food has always been consistently delicious. The food is always hot and tasty whether you go inside or at the drive-thru. The beef n cheddar is a great sandwich and the filet a fish, too. But, the Rueben, to me is the best in all the city. It's not greasy, just delicious. The curly fries and jalapeño poppers are great sides. My spouse is crazy about the Gyro with the lamb. I've tried the beef filled gyro and it's a hearty sandwich. The nice gentleman gave me a military discount! What a blessing it was 50% off the Brisket sandwich wow and was it ever delicious I was buying it for my 91 year old Veteran father but of course my husband is a Beteran so I have a military ID to show so I presented at the window . Used to live behind Arby's up until a year ago. Went there often and probably 7/10 for a score, little things causing score to be lowered. Recently went there twice, both great experiences! Basically, purchased my favorite, the Half Pound Roast Beef. Nothing fancy. Damn good! I've been told at times I have a big mouth, and you need one to eat one of these! Nice roast beef, perfectly cooked, perfect temperature! Fills the belly before you have to work, and may not be able to stop and eat again. The kudos go out to the employees at drive thru. This was always slow in the past, really slow. The got me through in a more than acceptable time. Order was perfect, nice and warm! Attendants at window very kind and courteous! Really amazing menu....not just roast beef anymore! Fresh, hot and relatively quick service despite being there during lunch hour. Still a big fan of their strawberry lemonade and fruit turnovers., and of course the roast beef sandwich. read more

My careful eating habits notwithstanding, I'm duke like, what, at TWO different Arby's locations? They're not exactly a poster child of mindful eating, right? But there's a time and place for everything: heck, I even eat their fries from time to time (like today!) I like the Arby's coupons because of the value, and because they do have several good value items, particularly with the coupon. Foremost on the value list is their gyro, which - as my friend Amanda said - is better than many-a-Greek joint I've come across: I mean, that tzatziki is pretty authentic by my books. The same could be said of their Reubens as well, which, strangely, have been vaccillating between $3 and $4 apiece lately, coupon value. We sometimes go for the wraps as well, which I might split into two lunches, supplementing with a ton of my own veggies. The chicken sands are OK too - a heckuva better value than your Chik-Fil-A-we-don't-do-coupons. On the other hand, I do not care for their roast beef sandwiches, and that includes the French Dip, which is a bit over-the-edge salty to my taste. Yes, we'd sometimes get that $1 shake too! And when we get the new month's supply of coupons (like we did today), we rejoice :-D read more

A visit to Arby's is rare for me because I'm not crazy about roast beef. My arm was twisted though after receiving a text saying I could get a free small fry and drink with the purchase of their Cajun Fish Sandwich. Being the bargain lover that I am, I swooped in around 1:30 for a quicky lunch...And MAN was it quicky! I was literally in and out of the drive-thru in 2 minutes flat! Kudos to Amber for her courteous service and lightening speed! The sandwich was tasty and the fries plentiful. My only complaint is the food temp. Neither were stone cold, but they weren't hot either. Fix that and I might visit more often. read more

Apopka Florida, east Semoran Blvd location. If I could rate negative or zero I would, young man taking drive through orders completely unprofessional. Coughing, laughing, stoned out of his mind. Manager it appeared working side by side, earbud I'm not paying any attention to poor service. From the drive through I could hear a woman swearing out the drive through window. I pulled away with out any food as I could not be sure my family would not get sick from this terrible experience. I won't be back, nor should anyone else, get it together, people can choose anywhere and you made it easy for me to choose elsewhere. read more

SO DISAPPOINTED! The staff is "wearing masks" under their noses while talking to customers and handling food and cash. I confronted the manager, and she literally just made excuses. I need to express my disappointment with our local Arby's. Today, 6/9/21 I tried several times to reach them by phone, for over an hour (started at 4:15 pm). My wife and I visit and always ring the bell on our way out. My questions would have been simple, and I have never seen this Arby's that busy; nevertheless my wife drove over to ask the questions in person. I have Tonsil, Lymph and Breast cancer, those familiar with radiation and chemotherapy can attest to foods lack of taste, so when you think something might taste good...you go for it. Arby's sounded good and I asked my wife to get 2/$6 BnC without the cheese (it coats the tongue and negates any flavor you might taste; I also wanted double beef (for the protein). 2 Beef and Cheese (without cheese) costs $10 + tax. They didn't appear to be double the 3 oz specification for a regular Arby's, instead one was 5.5oz the other 5.2oz, 1.3oz or almost 11% less meat than I paid for. To not offer senior discounts is a choice the franchisee needs to justify to themselves, but to cheat a senior (people on fixed incomes)...is difficult for me to understand. In my 71 years of life, my restaurant experience has taught me, that is not the way to grow a business. I have trained corporate restaurant personnel and worked in several restaurants in central Florida; in fact one, Ruth's Chris Steak House lived by the New Orleans motto of la·gniappe "give something extra". I'm giving 2 stars because my husband liked his sandwich. I ordered the club and jalapeño bites and it was horrible. The bread & meat on my sandwich tasted old, the jalapeño bites I swear we're freezer burnt they actually had white freezer markings on the outside of them. Got medium fries that seemed to be the bottom leftover bits and pieces of the bag maybe. Not one curly fry in the bunch for such a big size. Ordered four gyros and asked for extra sides of tzatziki sauce but didn't get it. Gyro didn't have much on it either if any at all. Mozzarella sticks were somewhat cold. read more
