I went to McDonald's expecting a good meal to enjoy but instead got the opposite. First of the cashier lied to me about an order and I had to go back because he misunderstood. I thought it was a small mistake so I ignored it. Second of all my friend had ordered a happy meal for her little sister and they forgot the toy and the apple juice. We also asked for extra barbecue and only gave us one. In the barbecue I found a hair. We asked for 6 piece chicken nuggets and only received 5. My friend also ordered a power aide and didn't receive it. I hope they improve but I am very disappointed about my experience. Side not the cashier was rude. Never going back again. read more

There is a nice tile mural made by school kids from the neighborhood Franklin School in one of the dining rooms. Average at it's best. Employees want your money and then they kick you out. It's adequate food, adequate staff and adequate hygiene makes it an adequate restaurant. I see nothing special but being rushed by employees to order and eat. Sometimes a random homeless man eats inside and smells up the place. Why have a television in a restaurant when they're picky about people lingering in their restaurant? I'm supposed to finish my food in 30 minutes? That's just weird and unusual for me. The atmosphere was better before and in todays' standards it's just bleh. Also the occasional cholo or chola will give you attitude when you order. My pro's are the proximity of this place, the fries are usually fresh and their modernized look but bummed that they have the authority to kick you out. I'm sure that law was placed to kick out the homeless, since I've never been kicked out. I just saw the sign posted. I would recommend people eating here if they like McDonald's but if they're picky like me. They wouldn't return with high expectations. read more

1 star. Not many choices to select from at 10 pm on a Sunday night after a concert at the Bowl. Sooooooo....it's McD's. I should've kept driving, but a greasy burger just seemed like it'd hit the spot. Red flags, baby! No drive through, but eh no big deal. Surprise- waiting inside I found a lobby FULL of people both waiting and ordering. The issue? Restaurant was under staffed. I place my order, waited, waited,waited and as I was waiting a frkn cockroach comes a crawl'n onto the counter next to me! holy *&@!# ! Finally, got my order. I'm in my car checking it and it's wrong. So, there I go back to McD's. Waited, waited, waited for a redo. Understaffed, roaches, wrong order... Dissapointed. The bathrooms were disgusting especially the men's. They did not put sugar in our coffee like it said on the sticker. Trying to get there attention on where the napkins were took a few minutes to get them to realize like hey turn around customers are talking to you. I went to McDonalds once and I will never again, the food is terrible the service was slow. So, after I went I did research about the company. I do not like McDonalds because of how they treat their animals. They produce food in a fast, easy, and cheap way which is horrible for the animals and the environment. They put meat in their French Fries and advertised them as vegetarian. A researcher at Harvard Medical School dissection McNuggets, he discovered they had the same unhealthy fats as beef. Why was this? McDonalds cooked McNuggets in beef fat. If you advertise something as chicken or french fries, you have to tell people that they have beef in them. McDonald's are mistreating the animals. They can change. In-N-Out and Burgerville are the change in the fast food companies that we need. In-N-Out is family owned, the ground beef is fresh, the potatoes are peeled every day, the milkshakes are made of of real ice cream, and the pay is higher, managers get 3 times as much than other managers at fast food chains. As a result, they tend to stick around longer. This hasn't affected the quality of In-N-Out's food, the most expensive item on the menu is just $2.50. They make the highest amount of profit per restaurant of all fast food chains. Burgerville sells food that comes and goes with the seasons, all of it fresh. Fast food companies should make this change, and the world would become a better place. So I leave this as a hope that is a lesson for McDonalds as to keep up with the growing market, they have to provide TRUE and ALL facts, and they have to be environmentally friendly. read more

I had a get a free large drink coupon off of the McDonald's app with ANY purchase. So I ordered a regular drink full price and was going to use the code to get the free large drink. When I tried to use my code, the employee had NO idea how to use it. After a few tries the manager came over and said I had to buy something else. But I told him free drink with ANY purchase and he said I had to buy something else. Terrible service but at least the cashier girl was really nice about it. read more

The people are always friendly and the food is your typical McD. The place is very clean with a large parking lot and even a place for people to play basketball. They have good coffee, but could be hotter at times. read more

Located on Milpas away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It does not have a drive-thru, though offers plenty of seating. Every time I have gone here, I have been approached by someone asking for money near the entrance. The management does not do a good job of taking care of this problem.
