This particular location is trash. Ordered a large quarter pounder meal with a coke to drink during my lunch break. The burger was burned beyond being edible, they gave me a Diet Coke instead of a coke and only filled my medium French fries half way full even though I had ordered a large meal. Two days in a row (and not the first time) these idiots cannot get an order correctly. Two days in a row they screwed up our order. If you still at the window to verify they did it correctly the staff yells at you to move away. After the order being screwed up today, I called the manager who would NOT offer an apology and instead told me to call their corporate offices. Considering that most of their staff has an IQ in the range of a garden hose, I am not surprised. They are clueless about getting orders correctly and could care less about customers. It might rain, im actually giving a place 5 stars in New Mexico. But it is very well deserved. Someone noticed me while they were busy and helped me right away, with a greeting and smile. Well, it's 9 am and I'm at Micky D's for bfast. The offering is much the same as every other McD around the country. I'm sure the prices are the same for every franchise restaurant around Santa Fe. Employees are pleasant and courteous and greatly deserve a substantial wage increase. One might also advocate for employees to join a Union for increased collectively bargaining power. Demand side economics are the key to a healthy economy. Consumers with money to spend makes the economy function. Higher wages are essential. Restricting the money supply through banks with high costs of capital on top of a near zero interest rate has brought us the largest wealth inequity since the 19th century. How difficult is it to make a breakfast sandwich correctly! This is the second weekend in a row we have ordered and something was wrong. This time it was way off. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and when we got home discovered it was just the bread with nothing inside! Called and spoke with Lucy the manager who apologized and assured us she would talk with employees. She asked us to come back and pick up replacements. Nope, not going back out. I only go to this McDonald's. The reason for that is one specific employee. He always works the graveyard shift. He is a long-haired gentleman that pulls his hair back in a pony tail. He's always polite, courteous, and prompt. I have been to this location about 30 times over the past year (very late at night) and this gentleman is always working. Went here friday & i ended up getting food poisoning. How do i know? I ate here after getting out of school and all day i didnt ate anything else, it seemed weird to me till 11 at night i started getting a huge head ache, shakimg from feeling cold. My wife and I stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading to Colorado. We ordered 2 sandwich meals and waited. It took forever to finally get our orders. My wife took a bite from hers and found the bacon was missing. She took it to the counter and got the sandwich completed. I took a bite from my sandwich and found the sausage was missing. Same workflow followed. When we got ready to leave, a policeman had just arrived, presumably to evict the homeless who stayed overnight paying for their room with a simple meal. Really bad customer experience. McDonald's food is McDonald's food, and I knew what I was getting in that regard, so no complaints there. However, I will not return to this particular store due to how I was treated, first by a crew member, and then by a lack of response by the manager (who was asked for twice and never came out to see me). The crew member just really needs to remember that customers are customers, now someone to put in their place. Again, the food is the food, and you know what you are getting, so all is fine there. However, if you want to be treated like the paying guest that you are rather than an adversary, go to another of the McDonald's stores in town. By the way, the woman who gave me my food and attempted to get the manager to come out was lovely. They have made changes with the way you order. you have to order on a dirty virus infected screen that most people need help using. The order process went from a few minutes to more than ten minutes. The bathroom upgrade is not very safe. The hook they installed on the door is low and dangers for toddlers who can bump their heads on the hook. We will not go there again. read more
