You can customize how you want your egg prepared (fried, runny, scrambled) and the type of cheese (American, cheddar, pimento), and I was quite happy with my fried egg and pimento customizations. The biscuit was flaky and tasty - definitely the star of the show. You order through a kiosk at the front of the store, and they call your name when your order is ready. In our case, we were sitting at one of the two tables out front, and they brought our order out. The seating is relatively limited.
