Krystal, I know you must be rolling in your grave at the food that comes out of this place. Do people have integrity anymore? I mean honestly when I'm at work I always think about how I would feel before I present something to a customer. We ordered a sack full of cheese Krystal's, two fries and two drinks. The Krystal's were definitely sitting way past the expiration timer (and I know because for a short period of time I worked for Krystal's). We got the ones that were supposed to be discarded for sure. The Krystal's on top looked so bad it almost scared me and they weren't edible (I honestly would've chewed the box before I bit into that Krystal burger). The fries were only halfway filled and we ordered strawberry Fanta but what we got was a mix of what I'm assuming was Fanta, lemonade and orange soda because there's just no way it was Fanta. I wish I could work at these fast food places for one week and show them how it's supposed to be done. Have some INTEGRITY and take pride in what you do, no matter the job or title!! read more

3 years ago I ordered food for pick up on NYE! I paid for my order. I went there to pick it up and they were closed! The next day, I called to speak to the Mgr. She refused to give me a refund and told me to call an 800#. I did and was told to talk to the Mgr. I've sent messages over the past 3 yrs and have not gotten a response nor my refund! I know $30 does not seem like a lot of $$ but NOW it's PRINCIPLE! One now moved to a state where we have WHITE CASTLE which is 1000x better that Krystal's and the Customer Service is 1000x better!!! Awful service. If I could give no stars I would. Woman at drive through has an extremely bad attitude and constantly yells at customers. As a Detroit native, White Castle is a given when visiting home. Sometimes I travel home just to have them. So when I arrived here in GA and heard that Krystal was "GA's version of White Castle" my car couldn't get me there quick enough. Wellllll, While Castle they are not, but they are an adequate substitute for the "after the club late night" snack that I'm used to. My name is Brian Monroe I visited your in store in Jackson, TN it's right off of Vann Drive, I came this past Saturday. It was around 4:30 pm I saw three workers that day, One was on the grill, the other was in the drive threw, and the last was on the front counter, I waited for almost 45 mins until I got my food, When I did get the women was so tired she handed me my food with the chili dog upside down, my Ice Cream was all sloppy, I told them not to put onions on my food and they did. The Mister is a Savannah native and he'd been telling me about Krystal since we first met. We stop at this location every time we are in town. I'm not going to attempt to tell you which is better, Krystal or White Castle. After all, the Mister is behind me screaming that it is clearly Krystal. But the fact is, your loyalties and your preferences will likely be formed by the geography of wherever you grew up, or the first place you got the munchies. Upon entering this Krystal, I usually am struck by two thoughts. "Why does a fast food burger joint in a questionable neighborhood need wifi?" and "I want a milkquake." I've yet to either use the wifi or enjoy a milkquake, both because I'm too busy defending my half of the sack of burgers the Mister and I are splitting. The burgers are wee and on little white buns that get soggy quickly if you don't eat them quickly. I highly recommend splitting a sack of 12 and some fries with a friend. You can get them with cheese or not. Mustard, onions and pickles come standard. Apparently ketchup is verboten. The fries are solid, but nothing to write home about. After a half sack and fries, I've never had room for the milkquake. They serve breakfast as well, including some disgusting 'sunriser' bowl contraption that is sort of like the breakfast version of that KFC bowl thing. It's terrifying and probably enjoyed by teenage boys all over town. Oh, to be young again. This particular location isn't in the best neighborhood, so bring your street smarts. I pulled up and waited at the drive through and waited for about 15 minutes. I circled around to double check if they were open and sure enough they was. As I made my way back to the drive through, somebody happened to be ahead of me in line. They got served and had like a three minute wait. Then I pulled up again and waited for about 10 more minutes and nothing. Absolutely nothing. I circled around around once more and they were still inside just talking to one another so I got back in the drive through and waited for about 3 solid minutes this time and still nothing. I pulled to the window and waited for about 6 minutes and even honked my horn and they all walked to the back and didn't show any sign of wanting to help me. I I knocked on the window blew the horn again and still nothing. My horn is very very loud so there's no way they didn't hear me and I knocked on the very firmly but I'm in a kind manner and they still didn't do anything. The manager then stepped from the back with his arm around a lady and they looked at me and kept going acting like they didn't notice me. This location is absolutely not worth the wait at this hour. If you come here at night you will wait a ridiculously long time. Daytimes are ok but the night shift is very slow, on the weekends the drive thru line may be 30 minutes or more. The employees at this restaurant needs to be fired....They're more concerned about entertaining each other. I ordered 4 sausage biscuits, a sausage gravy biscuit and a sweet tea. Instead I received 3 chicken biscuits, a coke, and the sausage gravy biscuit was put in a long container instead of the bowl and stood long side upon the bag. When I got to my location.
