This is the most poorly run Chick-fil-A in Savannah, and maybe all of Georgia. We only live a mile from this location and we NEVER go here anymore. Completely inept and unprofessional staff. I deliver through uber eats. I went today to pick up a delivery. I told the lady the name of the customer. She checked the computer and said it wasn't up yet. 30 minutes i waited and nothing. I go back up and ask her to check on it. She checked and then told me it's already been picked up and appeared as a duplicate. So that's why it didn't come out. I told her it would have been nice if she told me that 30 minutes ago when i first asked her. She proceeded to ignore me and move on to the next person. Complete lack of care for the time and money she costed me by not fully checking the first time. This is actually the second time this Chic fil a has done this to me. But the first time, the staff was apologetic about what happened. So I just let it go. Chic fil a has officially made my blacklist of companies i will never do business with again. I live right down the street from this location which is so awful! There's always a line here if you go during peak hours like breakfast or lunch and I mean a long wait like 20+ minutes in the drive-through. The staff is always friendly just like most every other Chick-fil-A out there. I can't say that I've ever had bad experience here but I can say this is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever had an issue with. I ordered a Keylime shake the other day and it was melted by the time I got to the window to pick it up which was really annoying but still tasted pretty delicious. The second occurrence was during breakfast and the biscuit was extremely hard. Overall I'll definitely come back to this location because it's extremely convenient. But maybe the next time I go I would go into the store versus through the drive-through so I get my food right away and can address them if there's an issue. read more

Went through the drive-in line on a saturday am to buy our family breakfast[ for 15 minutes we waited in line] placed our orders for breakfasts and then got to the receiving window and was told that they had no eggs and they had no hash Browns. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager told us that the they did have a enough food brought in and she didn't want to make any reconciliation with me as a customer or take any constructive criticism regarding the poor service. I feel really bad about writing this review. However, we chose Chick-fil-A for lunch because we really wanted a fresh salad. Even though they were very busy, the young man who took our order was very sweet. The hic-up came in after we received our order at the window. (Side note: we do not eat seafood on a regular basis, which means that we were not very knowledgeable of the menu) after receiving our order, the order ended up being completely wrong. Our order was one Market Salad w/extra meat grilled, and one Caesar Salad w/extra meat Grilled, and a medium fry. We were not informed when we placed our order that they do not have a regular Caesar Salad; so after we paid almost $30 the market salad we ordered was correct, however, the salad dressing wrong, the second salad was wrong by default only because the young Man assumed that we knew the menu, and he gave us a Lemon Zesty Kale salad/market salad and my mom is allergic to berries and lemon. Long story short, after getting a refund for both salads and I only wanted a refund for one, I recommend not going to this location when it's extra busy and make sure you know the menu when you order. read more
