It did have a TON of sauce on it which made the burger a little too salty for our palate. The chicken strips were also on the dry side. At first I had thought the goop was all the melted cheese, but no, the overwhelming flavour of their vinegary burger sauce was all I could taste. There was almost no discernible char on either patty, and it tasted like a steamed burger patty. What a colossal waste of calories and beef. As for the service, there were 4 people behind the counter, but as far as I could see, it was the quiet guy and lady that were doing most of the work.
