5 star experience! It's Mickey D's, we all know what's what when we go here. With that said, the order was right. The service was good. The food came out pretty quickly, not sure if that's a good or bad thing. There was nice young man that made sure everything was good named Jayden. This is one of the worst mcdonalds locations I've been to. They are extremely unorganized and have no people skills. All customers are standing around waiting for their food. With approximately 10+ employees, a line around the building and the dine in filled with people, they gave no attention to anyone including the ones trying to order. Most of the employees were standing around doing nothing in the back while staring at the customers waiting. We waited 40 minutes for 2 happy meals. The manager looked like she couldn't handle the work load and was visibly upset about something. Went to the drive thru as usual and I'm not sure if the cashier is new but they charge me extra for my sons kids meal apple juice. I never get charge for an apple juice for a kids meal before but today they did for whatever reason. After I told the cashier multiple times I don't think i'm supposed to get charge $0.49 cents for an apple juice but they charge me anyways. So I repeated myself again cashier said we didn't charge you for apple juice that is tax. So here it is guys, this mcds just rip my kid off for his free apple juice that comes in his kiddie meal and upcharge me $0.49 cents. I stopped by here to pick up a quick meal on my way home from the airport. I chose the drive through and ordered a #1 and was then asked to pull into mobile pickup slot #4. I literally watched six cars pull into other slots after me and each received their orders and left. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside and asked for my meal. They hadn't prepared it yet -- no apologies, nothing -- for the delay. As I was waiting, I met a lady who was waiting 10 minutes for fries and a drink. We watched them complete her order and leave it on the table in the back. She had to ask for her order. I waited another 10 minutes a received no meal. It wasn't until I asked for the manager when my meal was miraculously ready and handed to me. This place is paying $16/hour for minimum wage talent. This was absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been in -- the absolute worst service. The owner of thus establishment should be embarrassed! read more

Used the drive thru yesterday and it took way too long to get my order. Forget paying at one window and getting your order at the second. I paid at the first window, got my drink at the second window and was asked to park and wait for my order. It took over 10 Minutes to get my order, because the young man who brought it out went to the wrong car (there were at least 6!others waiting). And ... my order was incorrect. I avoid this McDonald's as a customer at all costs. I also try to avoid this McDonald's as a doordasher. They are consistently the slowest and least competent McDonald's in the entire area. I usually try to avoid picking up orders from this particular location because of their inability to run the place. I have been ignored and forgotten about, even when talking directly to staff about orders that have been bumped off their order screen above their packing area, but not put out on the delivery shelf. It's weird they treat door dashers and Uber eats delivery people like that, and they don't want to get the food out to their actual customer that we are delivering to. I've seen this happen to other Dasher and Uber eats delivery people at this location. Today was one of the worst orders I've ever had here. I am a very patient person and I understand when your restaurant is busy I will quietly and patiently wait. Today I waited for over 25 minutes for my customer's order, and over five minutes of that time was their food sitting on the counter getting cold and I was wondering why. I figured there was still an item that they were waiting to be cooked. Nope. The expediter, didn't know how to put the stickers on the bag, and instead of trying to figure it out on her own, decided to leave my customers order on the counter to get cold until she had made at least eight other orders, packing them up and sending them out before asking her manager how to put a sticker on a bag. read more

This McDonald's is just depressing. One time, I ordered a cheese burger for my son and when I got home, all I had was the bun and cheese! No meat at all! That was upsetting. From the exterior the McDonald's looked alright but once my crew walked inside it smells like piss and feet. The kitchen was full but when I looked at the screen back there waiting for my order I saw only 3 all red tickets, Meaning they're taking too long I personally got my food relatively quickly. Didn't check the bathroom but I can tell they don't deep clean in the lobby I saw jelly packets ontop of the kiosks where you can order from. Ketchup dispensers both out of order. Dirty fountain and not stocked up and keep in mind this was around 945-1000 ish wasn't really busy at all they could have had some one put down some fabuloso or something for the piss smell read more

McDonald's Artisian Sandwiches Review: Maple bacon Dijon and Sweet bbq bacon I used my McDonald's app and got a BOGO sandwich deal, but at $4.99, I would buy one of these sandwiches any day of the week. These sandwiches were probably some of the best tasting, well executed, quality ingredients offerings product I have ever eaten at a McDonald's. I tried the fried chicken sandwich with bacon, fried onion strips, caramelized onions, and bbq sauce with white cheese. Bacon was crispy Bbq sauce: tangy, spicy Cheese well melted Artisan bun: soft, fresh, with a pretzel type quality; absolutely delicious Chicken: huge (at least 5 oz) quality chicken, perfectly crispy fried. Onion strips: crispy caramelized onions: deliciously sweet. Second sandwich: fried chicken with white cheese, Dijon mustard, green leaf lettuce, on Texas toast with crispy bacon, and caramelized onions. Why Texas toast? I just love Texas toast with any sandwich. Dijon mustard: too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the tangy bbq sauce. Green leaf lettuce: fresh and crispy but wilts fast from the heat so eat it quick. Texas toast: delicious, thick, and toasted well Bacon: again I cannot believe a fast food place gets bacon crispy normally it's microwaved. These two sandwiches are absolutely phenomenal. You can even get this same makeup with quarter-pound hamburger patties you pick the protein and you pick your bread choice. 5/5. I was so full from the first sandwich I took a couple of bites of the Texas toast and I ate the rest of the chicken with no bread. read more

Best McDonalds in my area! Ever since this location was put here, it's been my go to. Today I got a late lunch from here and the food was hot and fresh. The workers are pretty nice and I've had many friends who have worked here who have said that everything is clean in the back. Management is on it and makes sure everyone is doing their part. The drive thru line can get long but that's a given. Only improvements needed would be that some staff don't repeat your order back to you in the drive thru which is important and the mobile ordering spots need to be placed elsewhere instead of next to the drive thru line because it can create some difficulty exiting the mobile order spot. read more
