Amazing staff - absolutely perfect burgers and service. But man, please give these employees some a/c. As a guest, I get to leave after my meal, but not these poor hardworking employees. They have to stay for +6hrs I imagine. It's inhumane to keep these employees working these under conditions. Today I ordered a meal for my family for delivery, and after the food arrived 45 mins later I started passing out the food and noticed a full meal was missing and a chocolate malt. So I drive over to whataburger to get my food they didn't send me and the manager doesn't even bother to rush my order. I've already missed dinner with my family and now I have to wait even longer?! Hit the drive-thru around 10:30pm after work and there were SO many people in line. It was the only thing open in the area, so I decided to wait. And I waited. And waited. I ordered via a team member coming out to my car before I could even see the menu. I don't eat here much, so I just ordered a cheeseburger with no onions or pickles, large onion rings and a chocolate malted. I sat in line for about 45 additional minutes, paid and left. As I was driving home, I noticed there weren't any onion rings in my bag, but there was no way I was going back. I don't know if they are understaffed or this amount of business was unusual at the late hour, but it was truly a disaster. I got some burger with tons of onions on it (which I hate), no cheese and it was barely warm. My side of O-rings has about 4 in there total and they were cold. The malted was divine, so...one star. So where do I begin. - fries were cold - I had vegetables in my burger when I wanted it with mayo and cheese. - my husband's burger had only mayonnaise and cheese when he wanted vegetables - no straws for the drinks - all spicy ketchup when we asked for both spicy and regular - had to wait for over 40 minutes just to get the food - had to go inside the store to get our curbside. - hamburger was raw!!!!!! The staff at this location is so incredibly friendly with great attitudes, however, do NOT waste your time doing curbside.
