I can no longer support this establishment. I will seek my WAB cravings elsewhere. Back in June I placed an order in the drive thru. This location has messed up our orders so much in the past that we got into the habit of searching the bags before leaving. After waiting in their designated parking spot, I checked my order and was missing gravy for chicken strips. I go inside for the gravy. I decided to check my bags again and realized they did not include my extra dressing that I paid for. Back inside once again! While eating the salad I bit into something hard. When I spit out the food I discovered this metal washer. Immediately called the store and manager said all she could do was replace the salad. No thanks. Pain got worse throughout the night. Scheduled a dentist appointment for the next day. Dentist extracted the tooth! Filed a complaint and patiently waited for their response. Amazing staff - absolutely perfect burgers and service. But man, please give these employees some a/c. As a guest, I get to leave after my meal, but not these poor hardworking employees. They have to stay for +6hrs I imagine. It's inhumane to keep these employees working these under conditions. Hit the drive-thru around 10:30pm after work and there were SO many people in line. It was the only thing open in the area, so I decided to wait. And I waited. And waited. I ordered via a team member coming out to my car before I could even see the menu. I don't eat here much, so I just ordered a cheeseburger with no onions or pickles, large onion rings and a chocolate malted. I sat in line for about 45 additional minutes, paid and left. As I was driving home, I noticed there weren't any onion rings in my bag, but there was no way I was going back. I don't know if they are understaffed or this amount of business was unusual at the late hour, but it was truly a disaster.
