Chairs still up on tables. Looking inside I could see that there was no food on the line by the register. I never saw a single person. Huh.... The drive thru was in full operation. Pulled on the locked door again and knocked...no response. Just a locked door. Was there a sign stating the dining room was closed? Nope. Nothing. So basically instead of Bojangles for lunch we got a tummy full of disappointment. Instead we went to another restaurant whose dining room was open. In this case, Bojangles managed to not only lose a customer, but whatever dining room customers/revenue they would have gotten that day. So a couple days later my wife called the location to see what was up. I'm not sure who she talked to, but when she mentioned that the dining room was closed the only response was "We are aware"...and that's it. No apologies. No "If you visit again we can make it up to you". Nothing. So much for this Bojangles location. Apparently their drive-thru customers matter more than dining room customers.

If you are looking for delicious Mexican, superior service and an overall welcoming vibe, make sure to stop in. My only regret is that this restaurant isn't in my hometown.
