Dressed in pajama bottoms and a T-shirt I ran to get the girls and I food from a drive thru. While waiting in line I realized I had forgotten my wallet and had no way to pay except if they would take a card over the phone. I got to the window looking very disheveled and asked them if they could do a card over the phone because I forgot my wallet. They were not able to do that but instead handed my food to me and told me to just pay them later! Wow! I was shocked by their trust and kindness. I of course went home and got my wallet and went back to pay them. When I got to the window they tried to give me free deserts as a reward for coming back. The guy at the window said that people usually don't come bank and pay. I was shocked. A kind act should always be rewarded by the person doing the right thing. Way to go To the manager at Jack in the Box for not allowing her kindness to be harnessed by people taking advantage of it! You are very appreciated! This is the true meaning of the Holiday Season!

I was traveling through so decided to get just an original hamburger at the drive-through.. I have no idea what the original had on it but I just told them I would like for it to be made how the original hamburger is usually made. When I went to the window, they asked me if I wanted ketchup and I did not order french fries so I guess I thought they thought I needed ketchup, but I said no thank you. I did ask them what actually went on this sandwich and I'm pretty sure they said mustard ketchup, but no mayo and I requested for them to please add mayo. The sandwich looked like a tasty choice until I held it to take a bite. The moment I touched the bread it felt very stale. And as I started to eat the sandwich, the bread started cracking a lot. I then thought I definitely taste the mustard so I pulled the bread away and as you can see in the picture the amount of mayo that they slightly applied on it. If it was supposed to have ketchup on it, I suppose they left it off because they asked me did I want ketchup. But that was a little confusing because I did request for them to make the original sandwich as is .
