I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my recent takeout from Panda Express was disappointing. Especially at opening when food should have been served fresh. The fried rice was undercooked, the chow mein was dry and lacked flavor, and the fried items had an off taste and unpleasant aftertaste--likely from old or poorly maintained oil. As someone in the food industry, I understand things happen, but this visit fell below standard. I hope management addresses these issues moving forward. read more

I used to make fun of panda express and the people that would eat fast food Chinese, but that all changed when I tried Kung Pao Chicken. The only thing I would change is less zucchini and more peanuts but other than that, it is my go to for Chinese. read more

Ordered the Bigger plate w/ orange ckn & fried rice along w/ a bowl of king pao ckn w/ chow mein & 1 order of veggie spring rolls. Was asked to pull forward bc they had to make the orange ckn. After waiting about 16 mins I went inside bc I thought she was bagging my food. Was told then the cook was finishing up my order & it'll be out shortly. At 22 mins she came out w/ the wrong order. At 25 mins she came bk out to inform me they don't have Kung Pao ckn nor was the rest of my order even right then. So yeah, thank for completely wasting my time. Note this is in the last hour they were open (& about 2 wks ago-forgot to finalize post). They were not busy. I watched a man pull up, walk inside & get his togo food all while waiting before she even came out the 1st time (& I think I can safely assume she was the MOD since she's the one that issues my refund) That was honestly the last time I'll attempt to enjoy Panda Express. So, I don't know what the deal with the ratings and reviews but hopefully my more recent one (as of right now) helps out. I got my food yesterday from drive thru when I got home and open the box, the entirety of the food was steaming, I mean it was like it freshly made and given to me as it just came out of the pot. This hasn't happen once, this has happen twice for me. Coming here and those are the only two times I've been. It tasted amazing and I had nothing to complain about. This place is really good whenever I've been and I do think that the reviews have been a bit harsh. I hope this review helps! read more

Same complaint as everyone else...every single time we come here we get a song and dance about what they no longer have and then ridiculously long wait times for anything to be prepared. I've never seen anything like it. They will not be in business long with these tactics. I'm never going back. read more

I love panda!! But the this one on 75 and 1417 is rediculous!!! They are putting the panda name to shame!!!! They are always out of food like they are too lazy to cook before the food runs out!! So I never can get what I love. Then they skimp you on your food, I've never seen panda give 1 spoon full of each item you ordered. Someone that knows how to work at panda please!!please come and take over!! I'm going to write this review knowing that I will return to this Panda Express even though this place is a constant disappointment. I got white rice today it was brittle and hard. Just disgusting. I called back and the GM acted like he was not surprised. Very quick with the replacement. I wish they'd just stop selling the stuff they don't know how to prepare. Generally it's a crap shoot what they do have from their own menu and if for some reason they have it, it's been sitting around for way past it's prime. Ordered to go through door dash and the food was horrible. The fried rice wasn't fried looked like steam rice with eggs in it. Got a drink no straw. Wouldn't recommend this location. I tend to always have problems with it. read more

We have been to this Panda Express three times and they hardly give you any food, it's stale and barely warm and it's obvious they are trying to cut corners due to the lack of business. The fact that I pull in and hour before they close and they then proceed to lie about wait times in hopes that you won't order is highly infuriating, I've worked fast food some nights I even ran the kitchen BY MYSELF, but you know what? I STILL didn't come up with these stupid wait times to keep a customer from getting what they want. Anyway I tell them I'll wait anyhow then the young man comes to the window and states "We fired up the other fryer so we can speed up your wait" NO y'all lied because you don't wanna do you job!!!! pulled in at 6:30 pm on Sunday. Doors locked but workers inside. No sign on doors saying "please use drive through" or "we're too lazy to clean inside so we only are doing drive through service". Place was out of a few items. Service was sub-par at best. The young man taking my order was YELLING at the cooks and the cooks and the cooks were YELLING BACK. So unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for food. Got home and food was cold. ( I live less than 5 minutes away). This is a hard NO in the future. read more
