It's a fine place to stop if you're not too picky about what you're eating. Diner is a misnomer. It's fast food - burgers, fries, etc. On the upside, service was fast and the food was piping hot. On the other hand, Lord help this place if US Foods is late on their delivery. Nearly everything was straight out of the freezer into the fryer. Except the overly wet chicken salad. That was probably straight out of the 5 gallon bucket. The chicken strips were more like planks, both in shape and texture. They were maybe 1/16 - 1/8 inch thick and most of that was breading. Oh, and the decor is Rte 66 theme park and the ketchup is generic.

There were two women working while I was there, one I'm nearly positive was a new recruit (she was pretty hesitant, didn't know where things were, but was sweet and kind all the same). The other woman was a different story. She seemed as unthrilled and annoyed as possible at the pure idea that customers actually came to eat at the place she worked. She was rude and very blunt to the new worker, and gave her next to no guidance while she attempted to fill orders. She made no effort to hide her feelings, and took her time making our food (no matter how annoyed she was that we were taking up her time). Overall the experience was far from pleasant, and I would only go back if I knew for certain the rude worker would not be there.

One thing that I did notice was ants crawling on top of a metal surface to the right of the soda pop dispensing machine, and some ants were crawling along the top of the woodwork trim along the west wall and onto the table I ate at. Mentioned this to one employee whose name was Jesse, according to my receipt. His response, I know, I mentioned it to my manager the other day. I guess she will call an exterminator guy. Well, OK, maybe if you cleaned things up better than what you have, maybe you wouldn't have ants in the first place. Guess I won't be eating here anymore, if they have ants, and seem unwilling to get things cleaned up to get rid of them.

I was going to get a double portion cuz I was really hungry or thought I was from getting the nasty chicken on Tuesday... But she talked me out of it and now I know why because it was worse than getting the chicken at the new Long John silver's. Panda Express didn't have no brown rice which everyone knows it's healthier so I think that should be on the menu instead of the white rice which is fattening and I did get three crab rangoons but you couldn't taste no crab in it and they were stale too or not fresh.
