This is, without a doubt, the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only is the service lackluster, the food is often cold, and the staff generally give you attitude. On top of that, they don't want to let you use valid coupons from the McDonald's app: for example, I asked to use the coupon to buy one breakfast sandwich and get another free. You would think this wasn't a problem, right? Yet, the staff person tells me it's not possible unless I get a sausage McMuffin with egg. Well, the coupon doesn't give that limitation. Further, the manager then rudely and curtly tells me that "the computer says is with egg, so it's with egg." It also wouldn't have hurt to have him tell me this with some semblance of politeness. For some reason the lobby is closed, and the only way to order is through the Drive-Thru. When I approached to order the employee said "one moment" then proceeded to help 5 vehicles that were behind me in the other order lane. After about 7 minutes waiting I decided to just follow the line and order when I got to the window, then when I came up to the window and informed the employee that my order hadn't been taken she told me to head to the back and try again. I get this is mcdonalds and i have managed two different restaurants i never leave bad reviews because i understand the industy but this morning i encountered an emdployee and manager that sucked at life. I ordered a mcgriddle is cinnamon roll. When I ordered the McGriddle she asked if I wanted sausage or bacon I said sausage. When they give me my food I look at my McGriddle and it's just the pancakes and sausage. So I tell the lady at the window that I wanted everything on it but sausage was the meat I requested. This was too difficult for her to understand and she insisted that I ordered a plain sausage McGriddle. The manager comes over and also tells me that I just ordered a plain McGriddle with sausage. I had to argue with the manager he was extremely rude then finally they bring me a little box with a piece of cheese and egg. I should also add that the lady taking orders talked extremely fast and her English was so poor you could not understand a word she said. The managers English was not much better. Which was fine I was very polite to them but they were extremely rude to me like I was an asshole because I didn't speak Spanish. This is America it's not my fault that it's difficult to understand your hellacious English. I was very polite I told them I was not trying to cause a problem I simply did not want a plane breakfast sandwich. It's common industry practice when someone orders a meal and you asked what kind of meat they want the assumption is they want everything else unless they tell you they want a plain meal or they just want that one meat item and that's it. This manager argued with me over the most ridiculous logic these people were idiots. The manager huffed and puffed and didn't want to fix the problem and made it my fault which if it was I would accept it and admit it I was even willing to just pay for a whole new sandwich. I just left this McDonald's about 5 minutes ago and I am very upset. My sister and I were having a quick bite to eat when a loud group of men sat next to us and I saw them harass another girl. She yelled at them and left and then he came over to us and started harassing us loudly for over 5 minutes and made us extremely uncomfortable. Everyone was watching and the manager on duty was too. She did nothing and allowed us to be verbally harassed. We are both teenage girls and felt unsafe. Honestly unacceptable. Items (Tried to) Order: Hot Cup of Water I order a Hot Cup of Water every now and then, but I've never had to pay for it (EVER.) I was really disappointed when I was being rung up for my items that a hot cup of h20 costs $1.10. Really??? In addition to that, all the outlets had plastic covers that protected the outlets. The covers were impossible to slide to use the outlet. Awful customer service. I don't like to order inside, I just do drive-thru. I rather go to McDonald near Mountlake 9 Movie Theater. They have better customer service, and it's more nicer there. The customer service I received tonight was outrageous. I received my big mac lukewarm, enough you could tell that it was sitting there for a while before. I went to the front counter and politely requested that they remake it for me. they began to tell me that they would not because I had already taken a couple of bites. (but let me ask this, How else are you supposed to tell if your food is cold without taking a bite, I'm pretty sure nobody is going to stick their finger in there food to see if it's hot.) I'm not sure if they were understaffed or getting robbed or what was happening but man they should call it slow food instead of fast food. The car in front of us had a whole meal missing from their order (which we heard because our windows were rolled down). They took so long that all four cars at the drive through shifted into park and turned off their cars. We finally move up to the window and my friends BBQ sauce was missing. I applied online for a side job. One of the manager's came into my home store where I work as a checker. She told me to come in for an interview. I went in that night to ask her name so I knew who to ask for for my interview the next day. The assistant manager on duty "Jaimeland". He told me I needed to go back onto the McDonald webpage and correct my availability. And then call him back in 24 hours. First of all, you cannot go back and correct anything for six months. Long line at the drive-through because one of the lanes were shut down. They had trouble using Apple Pay so I wound up paying cash only to find out that they had charged my card as well. When people talk of the rude staff at this McDonald's it is not hard to believe when you talk with the people at the franchise office. First let me say this is not the first time this has happened at this location... I order something simple such as a number 2 with a coke and a McChicken, then I pull to the drive through and the lady asked me what I ordered. After I tell them they ask for my receipt. Then it takes the 3-5 minutes to get me my food without even an apology, all this while the cars behind me are getting mad, Working the drive-thru can be stressful and hard but it seem like they put people there who are not ready to be there. I never once got an email back from the on duty manager or GM and find that horrible. There are other Mcdonalds to go to that are just as close. This place had one more shot read more
