If I could've gave no star I would've. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. Most of the employees are standing picking their boogers instead of doing their job. They couldn't comprehend more than one order. The girl taking money didn't speak English and was impossible to understand. We ended up paying for the same meal 3 times and it was the car behind us. We waited in line for 25 minutes and ended up with cold fries and a ruined night. They also lied about their hours on the door and shut down early which is what started this whole deal. They also stopped taking our cars order mid order and went to the other line and took their order first. To end it all we lost our baseball game. Go orioles. read more

Let me just start with the service. AWFUL! My friend Lynda and I were having a marry ole time and decided to go to the Golden Arches for some food. We were driving down 41st and spotted this McDonald's... that was our first mistake. We requested two orders, which is pretty simple. My order was perfectly fine, other than the normal bad quality. Here's where the problems start, we order Lynda's food and the worker just went all Willy nilly on her order. We ordered two number sevens with NO ONION! And requested two small sprites. The workers said he couldn't do that, so we just leave them medium. He did not! We got a large sprite, two medium sprites, and a fucking Dasani!!!! Whatever, we drove away where we found ONION ON HER BURGERS! ALL FOUR!!!! Then she went to enjoy one of her multiple beverages and found no straws! Should be 0 STARS if i could! This place is a freaking joke! Every time i go there they are super slow and this last time i went is the LAST! I went for breakfast and placed a mobile order. I got there right at 1025, 5 minutes to spare before breakfast ends. When i got the window they sent me to a mobile order spot to wait for my food. 15 minutes later i go in and they said sorry no more breakfast even though i checked in and went well before breakfast ended. I reheated my fries because they were so cold and my nuggets were cold as well and tasted like rubber. I just made a special trip (within the last 30 minutes) to this McDonald's to get hashbrowns...I've been getting breakfast at McDonald'S since about 1979, and in all that time I have NEVER been served such ridiculously RAW HASHBROWNS! These are just mashed potatoes in the shape of hashbrowns. They fall apart when you try to remove them from the little bag they come in. This place is always like that. It sucks. They have no consideration for the customer. They just serve you under-cooked food, and presumably laugh behind your back for being such an idiot as to waste your money on their ill-prepared crap. I keep telling myself I will NEVER eat here again, and convenience keeps overriding my judgment. Never again! Went there today they forgot the happy meal for the third time in 3 weeks have called all times today I had enough I pulled up and called the store told them what happened once again . Half the building smells of toilet due to poor cleaning and a lack of proper ventilation. Interior is in a constant state of filth. Only star goes to staff, who worked hard to get people their food, and were appropriately respectful and apologetic for the situation. This restaurant is beautiful. I love this place. The salmon marinated in ginger-mustard really hits the spot. The waiters are wonderful and serve you well. They gift you with a free-meal coupon every time you order something more than $20.00. This is the only McDonald's i prefer to go to. Since the remodel, the vibes are just so much better. But what i really like about this McDonald's is their attentive and kind employees. I stopped in to grab a quick lunch with my aunt recently and we were kindly greeted by a lady showing us how to use the new kiosk form of ordering they offer. She walked us thru the process and our food arrived at our tables shortly after... It was great! They usually mistake my strb. & crm pie for an apple one, but they always fix the problem and get me the right pie asap. Our food sat getting cold for several minutes awaiting two small coffees to be added to the tray before they would call it out as ready. One cashier got one coffee, then someone else came in the door do he stopped to take their order. The other cashier looked at it, then turned her back to the dining area, looking toward the kitchen. I went up to the counter, asked for her attention and requested our second coffee so that our food wouldn't get any colder. She obliged, then returned with an apology saying they are told that taking orders takes precedence. So I guess getting the product out while fresh just isn't a priority. read more
