Extremely super SLOW!!!!!!!! I placed an order for curbside and waited over 10 minutes for an order. No other curbside customers. No long line. Very POOR SERVICE! When I called to see what was taking so long, the store manager hung up on me then when I went inside to get a refund, she helped other people before she helped me after. I asked her to help me then she calls her district manager, instead of giving me a name and number on a piece of paper like I asked her to and took more of my time it took this manager 15 more minutes to get me a piece of paper with the manager's name written on it. I don't usually do these reviews but this McDonald's deserves a bad one. We did a mobile order to get breakfast, my boyfriend got there at 10:55, had to wait to check in until 11:01. It took them 6 minutes for him to get up to the speaker. So we ended up not being able to get the food WE payed for all because they couldn't hurry up and do their jobs. There's no point in making a mobile order if you're going to make them wait to get to the speaker to check in. read more

Apparently the protocol at this McDonald's is to treat beverages as if they are alcoholic drinks at a bar, in so far as if you order a drink with the light or no ice, they literally don't fill up the drink otherwise. Now that is to say that it costs McDonalds pennies to serve the actual beverage itself, you're mostly paying for the cup. So when the drive thru cashier refused to fill my beverage with light ice up further after it was left only 3/4 of the way full, or offer anything other than a small cup half filled with ice, I know I'm being ripped off. So, don't be fooled by this fast food restaurant's $1 drink carrot on a stick, they mean to pinch their pennies to give you the lowest bang for your $1 as they can. read more

There are certain things that are important to a girl...for me, that would be a Diet Coke. I tend to be very picky about my Diet Coke...I like fountain drinks. I want a refreshing, fizzy, thirst quenching beverage! And I want a consistent flavor. I hate when it is flat or simply has an OFF flavor. With McDonalds, I get a consistently good product for a reasonable price. That makes me a happy girl! Another truly important thing to a a girl would be calories, i.e. watching your weight/calories. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about how bad the food is for you at McDonalds! The food is only as bad as the choices YOU make. I'm not a fast food fan in general, however, when I'm headed to work and my stomach is growling...it's nice to know they I can have a 300 calorie breakfast burrito. For my hard earned buck I get protein in the form of sausage, cheese, and eggs and the 300 calories fits into my diet as well as my budget. They also have yogurt granola parfaits and oatmeal with fruit. For me, it just makes sense. Other points to mention would be...play areas for kids, clean restrooms, free WiFi so you can type up your Yelp reviews while your grandson happily plays. Nice decor, flat panel TVs, and free refills on my beverage of choice, Diet Coke. read more

Another customer inside the store told my husband our order fell on the floor and the server picked up the food from the floor, proceeded to bag the items, and then served them to us in the drive thru. Manager at this McDonald's is extremely rude... I had a mobile order that had the number popped up and showed their address associated with a simple order under 5 dollars. I even handed them my phone so she could physically see the mobile order and correct address for herself. This manager gave no effort to fix the situation at all and I left with no food. Portion size is smaller at this McDonalds than at other McDs. This restaurant puts less fries in the container and less ice cream in the cones. When I confronted the manager that these portions are not the same as other McDs she said that this is the proper amount and that they were not going to redo my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I have also witnessed this happening to other customers (even when they complain). It is really unfortunate that they are trying to save money by cheating the customer. They are cheating McDonalds brand name. I would advise passing this restaurant by and go to another McD for better service, friendlier staff, and properly proportioned meals. read more

This place is the low end of even nasty mcdonald food. It's a convenient stop on my way home so every 6 months or so I give it another try. I promptly tossed it in the trash and left. 11/11/17 at 7pm Every single time except once (and only that once) the order was wrong, service sucks or even none at all at times or the food comes out inedible. I've been in this store waiting at the counter for more than 10 minutes without any service. And I was the only one in line for most of that time. I told the couple that came in behind me about being ignored for so long and I saw them leaving the building as I was driving out. I guess they gave up too. This easily is the most terrible mcdonalds I've ever been in. Apparently the owners don't care. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. This McDonalds has the absolute worst service on the planet. They have gotten my order wrong the last four times I went there. The lady in the window actually threw my change when she was refunding my money because the store had decided that they were putting a hold on my hash browns. When I asked how long she said she had no idea when the hold would be lifted. Then she threw the money at me. My ten dollar bill went underneath the car behind me. The traffic after me pulled forward when she told me to move forward and refused to ask the traffic to stop so I could get out and retrieve it. I was forced to go inside and ask for a manager. She refused to come out and talk to me and sent an assistant manager out to search under the next car to retrieve my money, after she refused to give me another $10. Plainly the management is the problem here. Training is apparently nonexistent and the managers' attitude is even worse than that of the employees. I recommend going to the one in Kearney, MO. The service is much better there, the staff is infinitely better trained, and the managers actually do their jobs. read more

There is just something special about small-town restaurants, even fast food restaurants. The service is so much better, the food seems so much fresher, and the time is so much speedier. All of that is very true for this McDonald's location. The employees are genuinely friendly, and seem like they enjoy their job (very unlike other locations). While expecting the wait time to be excessive, I was delightfully surprised with the minimum amount of time it took to receive my food. The time in now way negatively effected the freshness of my burger and fries. I will definitely be returning to this location! read more

So I get that this is fast food and a convenient way to get out of cooking. I have pretty low expectations of all fast food places but this takes the cake!!! I have learned to double check my order at this particular franchise because the is a 50/50 chance they got it wrong!! On this particular outing I had ordered and paid and was waiting outside the service window. The drive through kid handed me 1 bag and said I had another coming, so i checked the order that was in that bag. My son ordered 3 hamburgers ketchup only. Even for cheapo burgers they looked a little thin so i opened one up. All 3 of his burgers were just buns with ketchup. The kid was still atanding in the window kind of staring at me so i chuckle and ask him if this was a joke. He looked confused and asked is what a joke? I show him all 3 burgers with no meat, he turns, LEAVES THE WINDOW OPEN, and say to the manager.. the lady in the drive through is bitching and I am not going to deal with this shit. I was shocked, kinda leaned out my window and into the drive though and say to the manager.. I'm not bitching, I was just wondering if I could get a patty on the buns!! She shushes the kid, closes the window and walks away. About a minute later the kid hands me another bag, says he is very sorry and walks away. I just laugh, say thank you and drive away.
