The environment and customer service is great 10/10. The food.....not so much. I decided to order a burger when I got it, it was heavily over salted and extremely dry. My whole family went there and all the food we got was very dry and pretty over salted. The ice cream was ok but not throughly blended. read more

I went into Dairy Queen Tuesday evening and ordered some food and a blizzard. The staff were really nice and the food was hot and quickly prepared. I believe the young man's name was Kamdyn as he pointed out to us that the outside speaker was not working at the time. Very friendly and kind face! I now understand why this "restaurant" is dead at every location.. started at the drive through, had to repeat myself 4 times, slowly, still messed up my order and had to correct the woman twice at the window.. went to pay, some how ordering a combo at the posted price, yet still get charged extra for a drink and fries.. unless this restaurant doesn't understand what the word "combo" means, then they are blatantly breaking the law. we all know it fast food and it's not the best quality but to charge $17 dollars for a fast food meal is completely and utterly ridiculous, for $17 and the wait I could of gone to a real restaurant with actual food. This is my second experience with DQ and it's almost as bad as my first. This place has been reported to the better business bureau and hopefully it will be shut down for good. read more

I stand by my original review! Friendly greetings as I entered. Clean place. Awesome ingenious foot door opener in restroom. Tried a grilled chicken BLT salad, it was fresh and delicious can't beat the price under $6! Oh, and fun 80s music = pleasant solo lunch. read more

Had a craving for ice cream and so did everyone else. Doh! Googled it and found the nearest one. I arrived and saw the drive thru lane was all the way to Texas so I went inside thinking it would be faster. It would have been except the guy in front of me couldn't decide what he wanted. The young lady waiting on him did not blink an eye or act impatient. She was pleasant and didn't seem phased by the long line forming behind Mr. Indecision. I finally placed my order and it was not a long wait. This DQ crew had it going on! They were pleasant, fast and the store was clean. As I left I noticed all the employees were female. Yay! Super slow and they stole money from me by not filling all of my order. Sat so long waiting I hurried out and did not notice the missing items that I paid for. Won't make that mistake again. Decided to celebrate a great test result so went for ice cream. Waited in line to order, then asked to drive around and wait. We waited and watched employees go to each car and ask if what they had in their hand was theirs. Some were touched and then handed back. Came to us and handed our Heath and butterfinger blizzard supposedly. Neither were correct but by this time the drive thru line was out the other side of the parking lot. No way we could get their attention to give us our correct order. Celebration ruined because we got ice cream we neither one liked. Came home and threw it away. On a busy summer night the drive through can take 20 or more minutes to get through. That's pretty ridiculous for a quick serve restaurant. They need to step up their game. I love me some dq and all but the slow service keeps me away most times. read more

Went to this location after a recital and shortly before their scheduled closing. The staff remained friendly and courteous well past the posted closing time as dancers trickled in for an impromptu celebration. Truly appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. The manager and staff were more concerned with the customers having a good time instead of closing the restaurant on time. Great example of how a business should be run! read more
