Worst McDonald's ever! I am currently sitting in their drive through and sat at the speaker for ten minutes without being acknowledged! My order was NEVER taken and they proceeded to take other orders with me still at the speaker with no service.! I come here 4 times a week on my way to work and it's always the same! I've employees are rude and disrespectful and instead of providing excellent customer service they argue with you when they indeed wrong. They laugh and choose that their conversations with eachother are more important that making sure orders are correct. They discuss sex and every other thing that should be discussed in PRIVATE right in the customers face. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I order number 9 chicken tender. And I tell her I want to 6 piece. She tells me that on her computer screen there's only four pieces. I tell her on the menu there says four piece six piece and 10 piece. She tells me well on my screen I only have four. I ask her for a manager and she said no. Got breakfast here the other day. I am really glad I stopped eating the sausage McMuffin with egg before I chipped a tooth. The muffin was cooked so much I could have fixed my driveway with it. The sausage patty looked like it had come straight out of the Chernobyl reactor. I threw almost half the sandwich away. The hash browns were dismal and fell apart. There was no napkin in the bag and when I tapped on the window to ask for one, I got the attitude of "why are you bothering me/" I won't be going here ever again. read more

Every time I come here it is at least a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru. Tonight I specifically said that I would like to have the 4 price Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Tenders and they said okay and charged me for them. After waiting for SEVENTEEN minutes this time, I was informed that they dint actually have them and the cashier made a mistake. I was able to get a riding but I'll most likely go to a different one from now on. I only go a few times a year and it is frustrating that the times I DO go are never great experiences. read more

This is the very worst McDonald's I've ever been to. When I pulled up, there were at least 30 cars in drive through. Ok, no problem..I will go in. Find a place to park and go in to see at least 50 people in the restaurant. In the 30 minutes I was waiting in line, no one and I mean no one left with food. Several people brought food back to the counter. Finally get up to the front of the line only to be told that the register isn't working and everything is ringing up as a refund. Enough was enough..I couldn't waste any more of my lunch time listening to people yell about waiting for cheeseburgers. I had parked near the drive through and when I left, the car that was in the front of the drive through when I arrived was still there. The lady asked me how crazy it was inside and said that she was waiting all that time for a caramel sundae. If it wasn't so close to my job, honestly I would never ever go to this McDonalds again. I understand that they were busy..but this is McDonalds, not fine dining. The staff spent more time wandering around in the back and through the lobby then anything else. The cashier and manager were pretty rude also..again, in that setting dealing with a bunch of angry people waiting an extended time for food..totally understandable about not being exactly pleasant but no reason to treat the customer as if they are there to do you a favor. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's I have been in thus far. The entire place smelled of stale urine. Remarkably, (being hungry) I ordered anyway. Quarter pounder combo, $8 and change, can't judge food waited 15 minutes with two other people in the whole place and never saw a hint of my order. Figured I'd have some Coke or something while I waited, all pop was flat, and the ice dispenser looked a bit slimy. Came to my senses while the woman who took my order was around a corner screaming at someone by the bathrooms and left. Without food. Or drink. Never to return. This is the only McDonalds I've ever seen that allows the whole staff to wear earbuds (personal music devices for the slow folks). Even the cashier in the drive thru taking your order is listening to music. While high! The drive thru window smells like fries and weed. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The food: Yeah, it's McDonald's. The food doesn't change much between franchises. The fries just as great and the burgers just as so-so as every other McDonald's. But the quantity of fries seems to vary between McDonald's and this one is a bit skimpy. Some McDonalds leave you with plenty of bagglers once you finish the ones in the frypod, but this one won't. I estimate you get about 2/3s of the fries that a good McDonald's gives you. I'd rather they shrink my burger and give me the right amount of yummy fries. The pop is also a bit on the diluted side. Not quite water, but this would be the scrawny wimp of Cokes. Both of those say cheap, but what screams CHEAP is the prominently displayed sign "Additional condiments will be an extra charge". Nothing like telling the customer that they plan on nickel-and-diming you. Now, most McDonald's have salt and napkins available for the customer to grab. The good ones have ketchup packets. Not this one. If you want salt, extra napkins, or ketchup packets, you'll need to ask for them at the counter. I'm not sure if they charge for ketchup. The service: Again, it's McDonald's. Ya can't expect too much. But if I order an item with only certain condiments on it, I expect them to know what condiments shouldn't be on it. Turns out she guessed correctly, but the puzzled look made me think that more training would be helpful. The prices: They seem a bit higher than the average McDonald's. I would have thought those would be fairly standard, but I guess not. The cheapskate McDonald's charging more for meals? Just doesn't seem right. If you've got a choice of nearby McDonald's, I would drive to the other one. This store is not a shining example of a McDonald's franchise. read more

If I could give this 0 's I would! Like most other reviewers, this has got to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! I went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm, so it was not at all busy. I ordered thru the drive thru for two adults and three big kids. Everything went smoothly when ordering and at the speaker box and when I paid, they did not question the coupon code from the app and the credit card machine was functional. Once I got to the second window, it all went south from there. I was asked to see the receipt, something I have never been asked to do at any other McDonald's. Since I was not warned about this, I sat digging for a hot minute thru my purse since I had just shoved it in with all my other receipts. Once I produced it, I was handed my food by a young man that looked more like a deer In the head lights. I will say, for 5 people ordering, the order was pretty simple: 4 grilled chicken wraps, 2 large Diet Cokes, a big kids chicken nugget meal, 2 medium Dr. Peppers, a medium orange pop, a #2 with a Dr. Pepper, and a large fry (ok sounds like a lot more than it was). He proceeded to hand me two large drinks and a bag of food, which I noticed to have the burgers, medium fry, and the wraps in it and then said good by and closed the window on me. Since I was missing half of the food, I waited and just looked in at him. He came back and asked rudely what was wrong. I told him all I was missing and he went to hand me both of the kids meals he had sitting on the counter. I did correct him and take only one, with again, a 'slam' of the window after. Again, I just sat and waited until he opened it back up and asked me, "what now". I informed him I was still missing the Dr. Peppers, Medium Orange pop, and large fry. He rudely informed me he gave me my Dr. Peppers and they were sitting right next to me, ummm, those large pops were supposed to be Diet Cokes. Apparently, I do not know what I ordered so he once again ordered me to hand over my receipt. At this point, there is a decent line accumulating behind me... he finally does realize he gave me the incorrect large drinks and replaces them with Diet Cokes, and again, bids me adieu (in more of a f-u tone). Of course, I am still sitting there waiting for three pops and the large fry. Yet again, I have to pull out my receipt as he tells me he put he fries in the bag with the other food. I agreed that there were fries in there, but only the medium that comes with the meal. He asked to see the bag (apparently I was lying, again) so I handed it over and he throws it away! He comes back 30 seconds later with a large fry in the bag and says goodbye. At this point, people are beginning to honk behind me since it has now been about 10 minutes and numerous things (especially that receipt) has been passed back and forth. I then ask about my medium fry and other drinks. He starts to argue with me that he GAVE me the large fry even though I only paid for the medium sized meal and to pretty much make up my mind. This time I pulled out the receipt and showed him I should have both.. the large I ordered separately AND the medium that came with the meal. At that point, he is so confused (dude, READ the receipt) he calls someone else over (I can only assume a manager of sorts). She comes over and tells me I do not get the fries or the pops because I did not pay for them. I was SHOCKED!!! She has the receipt in her hand and it obviously shows that I did. At this point, people from behind me are pulling around and going in to complain, or just leaving. After she finally does decide to look closely at the receipt, she admits that I did in fact pay for the stuff and gets me the fries and other drinks. I then had the task of asking this very rude and uncooperative person for the right amount of straws and some ketchup for the cold, unsalted fries. It took about 15 minutes attempting to get the order finally correct (or at least food for all five people in my vehicle). When we finally pulled away, my daughters big kid meal (6 nuggets), was only a kids meal (4 nuggets). I will also note that, like another reviewer, did notice a VERY strong smell of weed coming out of the first window. The smell permeated my truck and did not subside until a couple minutes after leaving the restaurant. I will NEVER give my money to this McDonalds again. Not only did I not get any sort of apology for the mix up (which I didn't really ever expect), but for the bulk of the time I was feeling like they were accusing me of trying to scam them out of a large fry and a couple medium pops... even after they had my receipt in front of them. I typically do not have very high expectations of fast food places (you get what you pay for mentality). Even with my expectations being pretty low, I was still astonished by the experience. read more

I pull up to the window to pick up my breakfast and the girl at the window shoves my Diet Coke out the window, then turns her back to me. She comes back and says, you have to pull up and wait for your food. I said, "Why? There is no one behind me or in the line." She responds, "I have to keep the line moving." I once again said, "There is no line." I pull up and wait and wait and wait. She comes out and almost throws the bag of food at me and doesn't say a word. This is the worst place I've ever been to reason being is the employees. And the drive-through is always busy and very slow because the workers don't get things done quickly another thing that I had bad experience with are my sandwiches are always wrong my sandwiches are very simple no onions. For some reason that can't happen it's either extra onions with no pickles or extra onions no something like lettuce or sometimes I get a big Mac with no onions and I get no cheese on it with extra onions I don't understand how you could mess that up but they do and it pisses me off. Last night Friday there was a customer waiting in like for like ever I three people got to order and got their food and I ordered through the kiosk the guy was waiting for a cashier because he had cash. It took them 20 minutes to get everyone's orders out and ready before they helped him out. To add a cherry on top after waiting for sometime like 15 mins or so they ask me what was my order I gave them the recipe and they kept going off of my recipe and still got it wrong and on top of that they handed my food to another customer then they handed it to me. read more
