I dont know why we keep coming here... oh yeah, because it is the nearest one. We ALWAYS have to pull over and park for something. Sometimes I want to say, NO, I will not pull over. U listen to your buzzer because you cant get your stuff together. 8 out of 10 ten time we have something missing. This has to be the slowest McDonald's around. I always feel like it takes forever to get through the drive through. I never stop here unless I am prepared to take a long time in the drive through. Today i timed it just to see. Starting from the time i placed my order to the time i left woth my food, was 7:45. No way is this fast food. The way they remodeled the store has made it rediculous in all aspects to get into and out of, including the drive through. In addition, when I sat at the window waiting for my food I was not acknowledged until my food was ready, which was quite a long time. and then she didn't even say hello, she just said "buy 1 get 1 free anything on the menu if you do the survey on your receipt"... meh... no thanks. read more

Service was horrible in this McDonald's. My son and I came here this evening around 5 pm. There was a long line in the drive though as well as inside. They had 1 person making burgers and had some kind of attitude. He was taking 5 minutes to make a burger. It was obvious he was taking not only his time but the customers time as well. I waited almost 15 minutes for a fish sandwich and chicken mcnuggets. This is unacceptable. On top of that I see a sign saying patrons have a 30 minute limit to eat inside the restaurant. Manager was rude, came in at 10:50 ordered lunch in 3 separate tabs got the first two, and then waited for the 3rd. After waiting and the food getting cold the manager got smart and gave attitude when she had been bringing lunch orders already to people as lunch just started, then said it was our fault that we didn't communicate. Why is it our fault? Your staff should be the ones communicating to get our order out instead of others that came after us. read more

After patiently waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru for a 6 piece chicken nugget meal for my brother, the person who took the order even got the sauce wrong so I shouldn't have given them the benefit of the doubt. Normally I don't check the bags because c'mon, you order, they put the food in the bag and give it to the correct person right? WRONG. After telling the person who gave me the food that the wrong sauce was listed, she checked the happy meal box and put the correct sauce in and CLOSED IT. Now I'm driving for about 5 minutes after getting the food and my brother tells me his nuggets weren't in there....frustrated at this point I turn around and told them they forgot the nuggets. IN A FLIPPING 6 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGET HAPPY MEAL. All she said was sorry. THIS IS THE WORSE MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Take your business elsewhere, you'll thank me. The food there took forever to prepare. It took me and my uncle about twenty minutes to get our food. The food was also a only half warm. Though the food is good, I recommend a different McDonalds. I didn't even step foot inside, and it still wasn't that great of a service. This McDonalds should get it together. read more

We come here often because it's close to our house, clean and generally consistent in quality. This visit started out far below average. The young man taking our order at the counter was telling us about how he was supposed to be off work and very distracted. I had to repeat our order to him twice. Once we got our food I looked at our receipt and realized that he missed almost half of our order. I was more than a little irritated because I had repeated it to him to begin with. When I went back up to the counter the Manager "Mahogany" was very nice and mentioned that they had been having problems with him.....I work in HR, I totally understand the coaching process so I'm glad that I was able to give them feedback on him. I had full intention of paying for the food he had forgotten to ring up, but she wouldn't let me and they had the food ready in record time. I'd say they more than made up for the initial cashiers shortcomings. read more

This location is a complete joke (or at least the staff the past year). These visits have been sporadic throughout the past year. I wouldn't usually write a review for a fast food location but man this by far worst location I've ever been to and also the closest location to me. After having back to back bad experiences, I have to write one in hopes management does smething about it. Bc I know others experience this as well. First time I went to this location I was in line for over 20 min. I thought, okay .. maybe it was just a REALLY bad day. A second time, I was probably in line around 10-15 minutes and would have left if I wasn't stuck between cars. I asked (in the nicest way possible) why has service been slow, and the answer was because they had to re do the order for the customer in front of me who didn't want salt on their fries. Okay .. thinking in my head was that why it was slow last time? Not very efficient to keep them in line considering it's "fast food". Now my last two visits my cousin and I used their mobile app bc why not? Should be quicker right? Not really, we had to call and remind them. The last visit, we used the mobile app .. we waited over 40 minutes (now we only really waited to see how long it would take bc how ridiculous it was) this was at 11pm so why was it so busy? There was barely anyone in the parking lot or the drive thru. It literally made no sense to why they were busy. Called and they suggested to come in to grab the food bc they were "busy". We said we would wait. (we purposely didn't bc that is not the purpose of the mobile app ). 10 minutes later .. Called and they hung up, called again .. "busy line". Called "busy. We saw cars come and go. Decided okay we are over it we just won't come here anymore and decided to go through the drive through and get the food. We went up to the window and we told them the situation and we got a laugh from the young girl at the window ( I agree it's laughable considering how long we waited but it was an experiment ) but the staff is even more laughable bc how incompetent they are. Close to home...but I have stopped several times (5 or more)...they NEVER get the order right in the drive thru!!! Always missing something in a bag. I've had to check every time and something is wrong. Pointed this out my last visit and reply was a shrug. Get sent to wait by flaaapllle (flagpole-which you can never understand what they say). And you sit and wait for your order hoping someone doesn't nail your car trying to back up. I now drive further out to Mtn hwy McDonalds to avoid this location :( read more

I would rate this place a zero if I could, I came through tonight to simply order a 2 for 5 deal, (hoping to get a Big Mac and 10 piece nugget, that they previously had) when I pull up to kindly ask if they still have that deal, I get screamed at "WHAT?!?" so loudly it literally hurt my ear, and startled me, I have never experienced such rude customer service, from any employee, at ANY fast food restaurant. Let's continue, I then try to keep my calm & continue to ask the same question, after asking for the second time I received a reply like this: "no 2 for 5, we have 2 for da 2.50" I then say ok, and ask if they have Big Macs, to my surprise I am AGAIN screamed at with a reply of "YES, we do have Big Macs" with an attitude so unbelievable it made me feel like I was dreaming, or in some sort of tv show where they make rude customer service look something as a joke to viewers.... I am not one to write yelp reviews, I always smirk at anyone who takes the time to write yelp reviews, but this is almost the most unbelievable public situation I have been in... crazy. Not to mention the "lady" ( her being far from that) had too many vests on for me to see her name tag, at the first window.
