I love this Starbucks 129th and Pacific Avenue location to pieces! They are so consistent, caring and kind. Thank you so much Aaron for your incredible energy, positive light and wonderful smiles, I appreciate you. You are my most favorite barista ever, my heart sings as soon as I see you

Hard to see, but AGAIN they failed to mix it properly.... That's a layer of white chocolate sauce at the bottom of my cup folks

I'm not sure why they have such a hard time making iced coffee but it never fails if I go inside they do it just fine. If I'm in a hurry and go through the drive through it's like they lose all sense of what needs to be done. On multiple occassions I have tasted my drink to find something not quite right....I look at the bottom of the cup and there is a thick clump of chocolate and powder at the bottom. THE DRINK IS NOT GOING TO TASTE LIKE WHAT I PAID FOR IF YOU DO NOT STIR THE INGREDIENTS. Today I got a Chile Mocha through the drive through, left, took one drink and there was zero chile and zero mocha flavor. I get to work, look at the bottom of the cup and business as usual there is a heaping glob of chocolate and what I can only imagine is a mocha chile powder (??) lining the entire bottom of my Venti cup. In my ill fated attempt to stir it with my straw (I have no long spoon handy, this is why THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO STIR IT FOR YOU) my hands are now a sticky mess and the powder has coagulated in clumps throughout my drink. Had they stirred it AT ALL before putting in the ice there would be ZERO coagulation as the powder WOULD HAVE DISSOLVED. It is very frustrating paying almost $6 for a coffee drink and it's not made properly. I attempted to call the manager and let them know that someone needs to be retrained however I was told there is NO MANAGER available AT ALL today as she is in meetings...ALL DAY.

Drive thru!! Staying out of the rain.

Great customer service no matter what time of day I go! I always ask for a surprise coffee flavor and I have never been disappointed.

Some staff should pay more attention to the task at hand instead of what one customer may or may not be partaking in, in their own vehicle.

Recco's: Pour over, Nitro cold brew if they have that on tap, and baked goods by Three Hearts Bakery Cons: Service is a hit or miss at this new location. Being on STW (that is short for South Tacoma Way), I think this location has huge potential for attracting non-locals compared to their 6th Ave location (already established local reputation with regulars), hopefully they staff up to create more flexibility because a lot of times they're backed up on orders especially early mornings due to several crowd rolling in from Howdy Bagel across the street, they're also a bit stoic when it comes to simple greetings. Cortado is one of my favorite coffee drinks but I will not order from this location, today I ordered it with almond milk (which, for cortado of less than 4oz, the portion of milk is not very much but I paid a kidney for it, its my fault) it was $6.07. The barista did provide a tip for next time if I'm looking for a more fuller 8oz drink, I can go for a Flat White. I visit both of their locations fairly regularly and do appreciate this STW location that is closer to me. Parking is on street and has never given any problem finding a spot nearby. Great offerings of seasonal coffee drinks, and I enjoy coming here very early before the crowd hits.

Since we were passing by and totally new to the town and surrounding, we just google/yelp but we are so glad that we picked this one over others. The owner/barista was incredibly kind and welcoming. We both have specific dietary preferences and usually prefer drinks with very low sugar. She took the time to listen carefully and recommended something that would suit our taste. I honestly couldn't believe how perfectly she balanced the drink--it had just the right flavor with minimal sugar, exactly the way we like it. What really stood out was her hospitality. The shop itself was neat, organized, and very clean, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable. When she handed us our coffees, she made sure to check that everything was according to our taste and preference. That personal touch meant a lot. Their **menu also looked very unique**, with some really interesting drink options that you don't usually see at typical coffee places. If we ever drive through that route again, we will absolutely make it a point to stop at **Coffee Kitchen**. I truly feel the town is lucky to have small businesses and people like this who care so much about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I was bummed that the coffee bingsu is no longer a menu item.
